Descripción
Perry Ellis 360° Red for Men is a spicy oriental fragrance for men. Launched in 2003, this composition was created by perfumer Jean-Louis Grauby. Its top notes of lime, bergamot, cinnamon, orange, mandarin, cloves, and nutmeg deliver a vibrant and spicy opening. The heart reveals lavender and coriander, imparting freshness and herbaceous complexity. Finally, the base notes settle with musk, patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood, red cedar, and oakmoss, closing the structure with a sensual woody foundation.

In a word, wonderful. Some might say it’s a clone of Acqua di Gio, but I don’t feel that way; Red feels sweeter and warmer, giving it a mature touch. The first three hours (with more than five sprays) are a bomb that delights wherever you go. Afterwards, it becomes a very weak bubble, but with a rich, masculine dry-down. I can safely say it’s the fragrance that has given me the most compliments, and for the price, it becomes one of my life favourites.
To be honest, Perry Ellis 360 Red has been one of my favourite fragrances for many years. It has a lovely scent, and at least on my skin, it has lasted quite a while. It’s the one that has earned me the most compliments, more so than with other expensive fragrances I’ve bought. For the price, it’s truly a great fragrance.
Incredible, great price, and excellent performance.
An excellent spiced and slightly sweet fragrance for everyday wear, especially in the heat. Without comparing it to others, it carries a certain elegant touch with average longevity. I wore it in my teens and considered it very mature; back then I preferred Cool Water or Swiss Army, but I’d wear this with a suit or to well-dressed family gatherings. I believe it has been slightly reformulated but remains striking and has a non-intrusive scent if you don’t over-spray. Economical, neat, and simple; it shouldn’t be missing from any man’s collection from the 90s or 2000s given its price and quality. I know several people who wear it for daily use, confirming its versatility, especially for men over 25.
Excellent option for spring and summer. Its trail and longevity are low, but at this price, you can reapply it frequently without any issues.
A pretty good and reliable fragrance. Yes, it’s inspired by Acqua Di Gio, but personally I prefer this one because the marine note in the original smells a bit off to me. In short, excellent fragrance for the price, ideal for summer.
A fragrance almost identical to the original ADG. For the price, there’s nothing better if you don’t want to fork out the 60 quid the real thing costs.
SERE BREVE IS AN AQUA DI GIO WITH A TOUCH OF CINNAMON THAT MAKES IT MUCH RICHER, PLUS IT LASTS LONGER AND PROJECTS ENORMOUSLY.
Probably the most minimalist scent you’ll come across in a long time, but in a good way. People are right: it’s an Acqua di Gio at a third of the price with two-thirds more synthetics (it smells very artificial, yet pleasant). You get what you pay for. It’s a simple, effective fragrance. Don’t expect compliments, but you will smell good, and you will smell good.
I’ve been testing it for two weeks and wow, it is indeed very similar to Acqua di Gio, especially after a few minutes. It’s very savoury, citrusy with a minimal sweet touch, but not sweet; it gives a sense of elegance and freshness. My wife loved it and it gets her many glances. Recommended for hot days and outings. Longevity: yes, it has it, but for the price I give it a 9. Scent: 9, Longevity: 7, Design: 3. I’m not fond of the atomiser.
I’ve got mine now. It smells like Versace Pour Homme—clean, citrusy, and slightly soapy. I’ll give it a week to see how the scent develops. For now, the atomiser is a disaster: it sprays very little liquid, as if it’s dribbling it out. The box is simple, a classic. I’ll test it out over the next few weeks to see how it performs.
It does the job well for summer days, no more, no less: discreet, relatively serious and very good for the office. If you’re looking to stand out, this isn’t your fragrance; perhaps something more like Light Blue Intense. Longevity is modest, around 4 to 6 hours, with a discreet trail and projection for a personal bubble.
It’s like an Acqua di Gio. Very rich; I use it for hot days and for the gym. For the price and quality, I give it a 10.
Attempts to clone the great work of Alberto Morillas, Acqua di Gio, but only manages it partially in the first 15/30 minutes; afterwards it loses power in the notes, longevity and projection, just like Zara perfumes.
A synthetic smell I simply can’t stand; it smells very artificial.
Similar to Aqua di Gio, but the alcohol is very noticeable. If you like Aqua di Gio and don’t want to finish your bottle, buy Franck Olivier Blue Touch instead; it has a better quality scent than Perry Ellis 360 Red.
To me, it’s like mixing Acqua di Gio, Versace Pour Homme and Polo Blue; the scent is superb and I adore it, although unfortunately the performance is very poor.
A lovely smell, with a moderate longevity of around 5-6 hours, good trail and projection. Worth it for the price-to-quality ratio; I found it for 350 Mexican pesos for 100ml on Amazon Mexico.
A very pleasant and easy-to-wear scent. Very similar to Acqua di Gio, but with a hint of cinnamon that gives it a spicier edge.
This fragrance remains a classic; I took my time to find it again in Iquique, Chile, but luck was on my side when I spotted it at a good price for the summer. It’s like an Acqua di Gio EDT, with good longevity and trail, in my experience.
A very good fragrance, citrus with a spicy touch, quite similar to Acqua Di Gio, but more synthetic. As for longevity and projection, despite what many say, on me it’s not that enduring: it lasts me 3 to 5 hours and hardly projects. Even applying several sprays, I’ve asked people to smell me and they say I smell like nothing after 3 hours. I would recommend it for daily wear in the heat, satisfactory but no further (in my case).
The quintessential Acqua Di Gio clone without the marine or floral elements, and with cinnamon as a replacement. If I perceive something sweet that reminds me of peach, which isn’t declared in this fragrance but is in the Acqua Di Gio. It’s wonderful for its price. It projects potently for the first half-hour, about 2 metres of trail; afterwards, it leaves about half a metre of projection for an hour, once you let it macerate. In total, it gives 6 to 7 hours of duration, as the rest is skin scent. Very good, I haven’t bought the famous classic Acqua di Gio yet but I have heard it, and it smells a lot on the street. I’ve had it twice and it’s wonderful, 100% recommended. At the moment, I have a Cyzone Fist clone that smells 80% similar: it combines the citrus of this with lavender and a touch of effervescence, lasts almost the same, maybe a little less, but it’s worth it because it costs a third of the price. If you fancy taking a look, or rather, giving it a sniff xD. My ratings: Scent 10/10, Longevity 9/10, Projection 9/10, Rating based on price 10/10.
I had tried other Acqua Di Gio dupes and I didn’t have much faith in this one… but the truth is it’s quite good. In terms of longevity, it holds its own against other dupes. The opening would be the only ‘but’: the cinnamon note feels more present, but after 15-20 minutes it drops significantly. For the price, it’s incredible what you get. I would place this perfume on par with Frank Oliver’s Blue Touch. It’s a guaranteed blind buy.
A good perfume. It should be clarified that if it resembles the ADG, I feel it fails in some points. The main one is the absence of aquatic notes, which is the most essential part of the ADG (for a reason it’s called Acqua) and gives it that refreshing part. Also, it lacks the floral aspect. The 360 is drier due to the cinnamon and nut side. If I were to describe it, it’s as if the ADG were you on an idealised beach eating citrus surrounded by plants; the 360 would be like being in a forest with trees where citrus fruits grow. In short, it’s recommended and 100% to buy blind, but don’t expect something exactly equal to the ADG (personally, I would easily distinguish them by the aquatic part). I’d give it an 8.5/10, with an average duration of 5 hours and average projection of just over a metre. If you’re looking for other budget options, try Blue Touch and Just Me; personally, I like them more because they do have the aquatic notes.
Cheap, effervescent, with a cheap smell. It’s very outdated in 2024-2025.
Well done PE, you make good things, pity that you normally copy other houses, but undoubtedly it’s a good smell at a very comfortable price. Like the ADG, you’re going to get thousands of compliments. I’d like to say it smells different to that perfume, but no, it resembles it a lot. Anyway, buy it, it’s a fact you’ll like it and your partner will undoubtedly love it.
I got it for $18 and that’s why I bought it. It didn’t spark my interest based on the expectations I had from other reviews. I expected something more citrusy and fresh that would make me feel super fresh. That cinnamon note goes in the opposite direction of what I’m looking for and kills the projection I was hoping for. Maybe on a fresher day it’s what it lacks. Nevertheless, I would recommend picking it up, especially for the price.
It has a pleasant citrus scent, perfect for the heat. On me, it doesn’t last long, but I suppose it’s a matter of pH. You have to reapply it frequently, but since it’s a cheap perfume, it doesn’t weigh you down.
360 Red Hue starts with bitter lemon and citrus notes, but it’s a rich lemon that later sweetens with spices. It’s 85% similar to the classic Acqua di Gio: clean and refreshing. I see it only for heat, exercise, or hot mornings at the office. The longevity for the price is decent. The box is a thick, unusual tube (8.0). The bottle is a long cylinder with a light plastic cap that holds well (8.0). The atomiser is a bit poor and weak (7.0). The price is around $30-40 (8.5). It lasts about 6 hours on skin and up to 10 on clothes (8.5). It projects to a metre for 40 minutes (7.5). It leaves a trail for the first two hours but lightly (7). It’s not its strong suit for compliments, but people like it because it’s relaxing and clean (8.0). Final rating: 8.0. It’s a good alternative to the classic Acqua di Gio, light and refreshing; for the price, you can’t ask for more.
It’s a classic: that fragrance you use when you don’t know what to put on. Fresh, energetic, casual. The quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable. It’s very casual, though I wouldn’t use it in cold climates. It follows the path of Acqua di Gio but is sweeter with a less persistent citrus note.
360 Red is fresh, efficient, and cost-effective. Ideal for daily wear and heat, offering solid performance for its price. Those seeking originality or a natural composition may be disappointed by its synthetic character and similarity to the ADG. In summary: a great choice if you want something pleasant without spending too much, but don’t expect a unique scent.
It smells effervescent and cheap, like cold tablets. Nothing charming and a bit dated. Of course, there are people who like it, but now there are many better options with more performance. Simply my opinion.
A living proof that cheap doesn’t necessarily mean poor quality. An absurdly good price-to-quality ratio; it doesn’t need advertising. Just try it and know the price, and it’s a safe purchase. It shares the DNA of Acqua di Gio to a large extent, but it takes its own path. It doesn’t try to replicate it, and that gives it charm. Citrus, green, clean, sparkling with a slight touch of baby lotion. During the first two-thirds of the wear, it’s noticeable with enthusiasm. It’s a fragrance that makes you feel you’re emitting good vibes, friendly, and a happy person (you won’t lack compliments). That said, you need to reapply every 4 hours if you want it to be noticeable. The atomiser is of poor quality, but who cares? It’s the least of your worries. A perfect gift, whether for your 16-year-old cousin or your 75-year-old grandfather; both will love it.
I see it as a very similar inspiration to the classic ADG, but without the rosemary note (which I like, but I wouldn’t use as I feel it gives a more mature scent). Basically, a better option than the original. Better performance, good price, and super versatile. I started wearing it for work; nothing too overpowering and you smell good. Blind buy if you want a good perfume or liked the DNA of the ADG.
Thoughts on this gem: I’m 30 and have been wearing it for two years, though I’ve known about it since I was 14 or 15. In 2010, everyone was wearing it, perhaps because of the ADG which is very similar. I kept smelling it but didn’t feel brave enough to buy it as it seemed like an aroma everyone used. Two years ago I decided to try it, and oh surprise, it’s a marvel. Yes, it’s very similar to the ADG, but in my opinion, 360 Red is superior. Obviously, many people don’t accept that a cheap perfume can be better than an expensive one, but this is the case. 360 Red is a more potent and spiced-up ADG, with touches of cinnamon that give it warmth and make it more special. For me, it has more winter use than summer. The longevity is good, lasting me 10 hours, with a powerful projection for 1 or 2 hours. For the price, it’s a gem and yes, it outshines the ADG, although many won’t accept it. It will always have its place in my collection and is one of my mainstays for December parties; it never fails. It’s ultra-famous and mass-produced, and… I love it and it suits me perfectly.
It gave me an allergy.
Strangely, this is the one that has given me the most compliments; not because it’s bad, but because I’ve put more effort into other perfumes and expected more from them. It’s a straight copy of the classic ADG, which I’m in love with. It’s my go-to for school in the summer; I’ve already bought my third 200 ml bottle. Highly recommended for hot weather, the price is ridiculous—I got the last one for just $18. If you see it at a good price, you’re under an obligation to buy it, believe me.
Briefly: Perry Ellis 360 Red is a well-made citrus. I don’t see it as a clone of Acqua di Gio, but rather as a flanker that inspires without copying. It opens with tangerine and lemon peel, with a hint of those classic orange Tic Tacs. I enjoy it quite a lot. Best regards.
A good everyday perfume, without any flaws except that I’d like it to have better projection.
Fresh, marine and very pleasant. It’s not quite the same as Aqua di Gio, even though they follow a similar line; they barely resemble each other. It’s affordable and good quality for the price. Ideal for everyday wear.
