  Better than the anise and pepper uniting to create something almost magical that I hadn’t noticed before; I’ll be paying closer attention now. At first it smells like that, then the oak and sandalwood emerge, and finally the resin with a citrusy, manly touch of bergamot. I didn’t buy it for the notes or the forums (in fact, most were indifferent), but as a memento of Kiss, yet it’s a very accomplished youthful fragrance. I thought chypres were like Aramis, but although this is more subdued, it’s a worthy representative. I recommend it to fragrance lovers (worth that anise and pepper blend), rock fans (it comes with four caps mimicking the original band members’ makeup), and those under 25 (it’s very youthful, in my opinion). It doesn’t disappoint.
