Fearless, Philippine Courtière does not back down from a challenge. With her head in the clouds and her feet firmly on the ground, she explores the world freely and creates with intuition, refinement and sensitivity. A lawyer by training, a clever and sophisticated Parisian, she had a day when her vocation turned to becoming a perfume creator. During this 180-degree turn in her career, she was guided by renowned perfumers such as Francis Kurkdjian, Michel Almairac and Jacques Cavallier. An inveterate traveller, she was trained in Paris, Geneva and then New York, whose energy and very direct fragrances have always deeply influenced her personal signature. Dividing her time now between Dubai and Paris, she is passionate about Middle Eastern perfumery and satisfies her curiosity about other cultures while creating for prestigious fragrance houses.

2008 – OBTAINS A MASTERS IN LAW/INTERNATIONAL ADMINISTRATION

2014 – IS NAMED PERFUMER AND MOVES TO DUBAI

2018 – RETURNS TO PARIS

2021 – ARRIVES AT SYMRISE TO JOIN THE DUBAI CREATIVE TEAM
