  Sometimes I feel embarrassed that the site is so incomplete and doesn’t list the notes for many fragrances. However, I bought Brut Ocean, and its evolution is as follows: upon spraying, it smells of rosemary, lavender, and basil with citrus, featuring a bright lemon and notes like Amalfi lemon or chinotto. It is aromachemical but of good quality, feeling more natural than brands like Paco Rabanne. It has that aquatic top note, so I assume it contains calone. In the heart, it doesn’t smell of spices or flowers because it isn’t one. The base has woods, a clean vetiver, a light touch of amber, and perhaps Iso E Super and Ambroxan. At first, it is very fresh, aromatic, and citrusy; then it becomes woody, hyper-clean, slightly soapy but not musky, and lightly ambered. It vaguely reminds me of the classic Acqua Di Gio or Versace Pour Homme. I think it will improve with age. I wouldn’t wear it until next spring, but as an ultra-fresh budget option for spring-summer, it is excellent. It works well for daytime, doesn’t bother anyone, has notable projection at first but isn’t a beast mode, and that is its point. Verdict: highly recommended for the price. The scent is generic, but don’t expect a niche fragrance in an eight-dollar bottle. Blessings
