It’s a family cologne, 100% unisex, not tending towards the feminine. The typical cologne that can be used from a child to a grandparent, the husband or the wife, with a pleasant aroma in the style of Nenuco or S3, but with superior quality in both scent and longevity, which is more Eau de Toilette than Eau de Cologne. At 12 or 13€ for 150ml it’s not as cheap as the ones mentioned, but the truth is it offers something more than them.
A marvellous cologne, revitalising, one of those you feel like putting on in spring and summer, just after a good shower. The longevity isn’t the best, but it doesn’t need to be for a product of this type.
My favourite in the line, although objectively it’s not the best. I love it because the orange blossom note seems marvellous to me. It has a spectacular opening for the price, better than many designer scents. The dry-down is my weakness; I like it too much, it transports me to the streets of Seville. I recommend it to everyone. It’s a blind buy that will suit you in any season, although I’d recommend it especially for warm days.
Jo Malone or Prada Infusion d’Oranger are magnificent anchors for the orange scent. This one from Álvarez Gómez has a slightly sweet and orangey opening, and a dry-down that’s a little powdery; the almond gives it a slight bitterness that leaves it with a soapy, childish aftertaste. If it lasted longer, it would compete with the previous ones. It’s fresh, energetic and pleasant, like all the brand’s offerings, a pleasure you can enjoy without spending extra for its ridiculous price.
Perhaps I see it in the shadow of the original, but that blend of almond and orange blossom seems a failure to me. I love warm orange blossoms, but they don’t suit me in a fresh context, especially with that powdery almond that dries out alongside the wood. Compared to the original by Álvarez Gómez, which is perfect and rounded, this feels like a circle drawn without a compass. Perhaps it saves a bit in the sweet, relaxing dry-down, but I believe the original smells better and relaxes more.
For quiet days. It’s humble, seeking no praise and unwilling to compete with the superior concentrated version. This Eau d’Orange is very good, not as a substitute but as a complement to refresh with oranges. Its only mission is to give you pleasure, and it delivers, offering much more than it costs. Don’t expect projection to grab attention; its purpose is to cleanse and relax you. The scent is top-notch: fresh, realistic orange with fragrant orange blossom and a hint of almond that doesn’t bother, over a woody base. Everything passes quickly but the citrus clings to the skin. Repurchasing is a joy. If you’re looking to perfume others, look at other options like Agua de Sevilla or Hermès. If you’re torn between the original and this, buy both for the price; you’ll certainly be happy for summer. Ideal for the shower, before bed, for studying, at dusk, or for distracting yourself while your brother-in-law shows off his golf trophies… worth it.

It goes absolutely incredible straight after a shower and lasts for a proper two hours.
Brilliant for after a shower; it lasts a good couple of hours and smells freshly washed.
