  It’s a rich scent where the florals, spices and caramel are quite noticeable. After a while, on the skin, the vanilla and caramel become more concentrated; in my perception, it’s not a youthful fragrance.

  This was one of my first Arabic fragrances and I still have it in my collection: it’s a bomb, projects well and lasts. I don’t find it as sweet as others suggest, but rather floral with spices. What I notice most is the orange blossom with mandarin, pepper with cinnamon, and a creamy caramel with vanilla; it isn’t that typical white marshmallow, but something sweet, vanilla-infused, creamy and fluffy. It’s not for little girls; it’s for night, sexy, for an adult woman, sensual and serious, with that animal touch the creamy notes give it. It’s ridiculously cheap for the quality. I’m not sure if it resembles Killian’s (I’ve never tried it), but it’s an excellent product in its own right. I wear it in winter; in summer during the day it can be overpowering, though perhaps in summer at night in open-air settings. Recommended blindly only if you like fragrances with personality; otherwise, test before buying.

  I bought it to try the original, as it’s hard to smell here without spending on a decant. It bears an uncanny resemblance to Oriana (I own its inspiration, Ansaam Gold); for a novice nose, telling them apart is nearly impossible. It’s a cloud of marshmallow and orange blossom, elegant and slightly denser than Oriana.
