Very similar to Prada L’homme but sweeter.
Greetings. How charming. Fresh but classy. Daytime, to make a good impression. Certainly, an expert nose will spot the differences from Prada L’homme. I bought it when it was just a rumour in my country and I adore it.
I haven’t tried Prada L’Homme, so I can say that Avant Garde is a special perfume for sunny daytime wear. Masculine, elegant and discreet, with a wonderfully sweet dry-down.
I haven’t tried Prada L’homme, but Avant Garde is special for sunny days. Masculine, elegant and discreet, with a wonderfully sweet dry-down.
Pleasant fragrance and, of course, similar to Prada. A little sweeter and less soapy. Worth it for the price. Ideal for everyday wear without worrying about using up the bottle.
Rich citrus opening, with cardamomo taking over in the dry-down. Easy to wear, without going overboard. Smells clean and interesting. I didn’t expect much, but it’s very easy to wear, soft and not cloying until someone gets close. Performance isn’t top-tier, but if you catch it on offer it’s a gem; I recommend it.
Very weak. I’ve been let down by the hype again. It’s not even up to the standard of Prada L’Homme, neither in quality, which is quite poor, nor in performance, which is even worse. It’s around €30, but even at that price, I find it ridiculously expensive. Total disappointment, to be honest.
Very weak. I fell for the hype again. It doesn’t resemble Prada L’homme at all, neither in quality (which is poor) nor in performance (even worse). It costs around £30 and, believe me, that’s still too expensive for what you get. Total disappointment, truth be told.
I tried it and threw it away. The opening is a mess, very watery and synthetic, but after 20 minutes it smells like Prada L’homme. It does improve with time, though it becomes more talc-like and floral than the original. Clean, yes, but the quality is far off from Prada. It’s not a substitute; save your money if you can’t afford the real thing. It failed; the opening smells cheap and it lasts only 3-4 hours at most. It only resembles it in the dry-down.
