Descripción
Que Chimba! by Lorenzo Pazzaglia is an oriental floral fragrance for men and women. This creation, launched in 2025, is a new addition to the brand's collection. The nose behind this composition is Lorenzo Pazzaglia. The top notes unfold an explosive combination of guava, cloves, star anise, passion fruit, peach, cinnamon and ginger. The heart of the fragrance reveals a warm and exotic blend of tonka bean, tobacco, heliotrope, orchid and Damask rose. Finally, the base notes settle on a woody and sweet foundation formed by cedar, sandalwood, patchouli, vanilla bean, benzoin, ambergris and amber.

Literally… What a chimba! 🇨🇴 A super unique perfume, smells like aguardiente with passion fruit. Fresh and tropical.
Smells like Antioquian aguardiente, guava paste, coconut, and tobacco. Smells like Colombia; in my case, it reminds me more of the Caribbean, but it’s a personal memory. The aroma transports me. Now, I find it difficult to wear, it’s intense, enveloping, and cloying. I would wear it, but I keep a unique olfactory experience!

The aroma transports me. However, I find it very difficult to wear: it’s intense, quite enveloping, and cloying. I would wear it, but I keep a unique olfactory experience.
What a chimba! Lorenzo Pazzaglia is a very interesting perfume at first; it reminds me of the cold, cold anise guayao from my beloved Dominican Republic. If you don’t like it at the start, just wait 20 minutes and that tropical part ‘settles’ to give way to sandalwood, resulting in something sweet, spiced, and very powdery. It has a small resemblance to Gris Charnel Extrait when dry, but you need to have both on each wrist to check; it’s only similar because of the powdery note. What a chimba is quite cheerful; I’d wear it for a party, having a few drinks at night in a restaurant near the beach. It’s for informal situations, in short, a very Latin perfume. I give it an 8/10, worth trying (remember to let it dry for a few minutes on the skin).
I’ve only tried it. A niche fragrance in every sense of the word. Super strange and captivating. Projects a lot and is very penetrating but fades within an hour. If it lasted, it would be a must-have.

Smells like aguardiente, guava, passion fruit, and Colombian mint malboros… it’s like capturing the whole vibe, my friend!
