In this Splash version, the citrus notes are toned down, giving way to a more aquatic character compared to the other Blue Seductions. At first, the lavender and grapefruit blend perfectly, though water dominates the mix. In the middle, I don’t detect the nutmeg; instead, I get pineapple and red apple. Towards the end, the musk and amber nuances are noticeable right up against the skin. The trail is moderate and lasts around eight hours; it can be applied generously, but avoid overdoing it to prevent any stinging. I’m a fan of Antonio Banderas fragrances, and I confess this Splash is less sharp and more aquatic than the original. Ideal for 18-35-year-olds or 40-year-olds, very fresh for spring and summer, perfect for everyday wear without being heavy. It has earned me several compliments, with people asking what I’m using. Moreover, the price and quality are a hit. It has become one of my favourites. SPLASH BLUE SEDUCTION – Antonio Banderas
