  I’m a huge fan of Jimmy Bodin, one of the best perfumers out there, and it hurts that this is his first misstep. I don’t expect all his work to follow the gourmand line of his previous creations, but this smells bad in every way. It’s not a suspenseful scent, but given the price and expectations, it deserves a notable rating that I find painful to give. Trying to be objective: it smells like ‘no perfume’. With notes of guava, grape, and blackcurrant, I expected something fruity and intense, but I find it light, with a woody touch of oud and weak fruitiness. It has something smoky and alcoholic, but I can’t quite put my finger on what it smells like. In short, it doesn’t smell bad, but it doesn’t smell good either; it smells faint. The intensity is extremely low. The positive is the longevity: it lasts 10 hours on skin, but always very softly. Am I anosmic or is this common? Scent: 6, Longevity: 10, Sillage: 5, Originality: 8, Versatility: 6, Overall: 7.

  I arrived with high hopes for the notes and the perfumer, but the scent is strange and dull. It doesn’t give me good vibes or surprise me; it’s completely flat. The only saving grace is that it hides some delicious fruity top notes well and prevents the wood from being noticeable, even though it’s there. At first, I couldn’t smell anything, but after an hour and a half, the sweetness, quality… and the salt emerged. Something pleasant, very unusual. Pity the performance is terrible, with poor projection and trail. There’s nothing to highlight here.
