It’s not one of the brand’s bestsellers, but this scent caught me off guard. The opening is fruity, like jam, and on my skin the kiwi really takes charge. It’s sweet, as we’ve come to expect, but it dries down to something divine. The plum adds depth, and paired with baguette and butter, it smells like polvorón. Warm, spiced, and with a sensual touch I didn’t anticipate. I simply can’t live without it in my collection.
This perfume has given me cavities. It’s far too sweet. While it’s supposed to smell like jam and roughly does, for me the blend of notes reeks of disco club bathroom cleaning products. I don’t like it at all.
Comfy Ture by Jousset is a sunny feast where juicy kiwi and orange jam bursts forth, fresh and ripe blueberries and red plums dance, and a base of salty butter on white bread gives a crunchy, creamy hug that wraps you in homey warmth. It turns the everyday into edible poetry for comforting pauses. I adore this perfume. Everything Jousset creates is a realistic gourmand and utterly synthetic-free.
