  • Smells of dark chocolate and lavender with galangal, absolutely delicious. You can detect the tobacco flower, the woods that give it class, and the pomegranate that makes it unique… Ideal for the office, as in enclosed, cool spaces it is appreciated better… Clean, powdery scent, and best of all, no citrus. I love it! Bravo to Alberto Morilas

  • It seems like dark chocolate with lavender and galangal rich. The tobacco flower is noticeable as are the woods that give it elegance and the pomegranate that makes it unique. Ideal for the office it is appreciated better in closed and cool spaces. Clean powdery scent and the best part: no citrus. I love it! Bravo to Alberto Morillas.

  • It is a super elegant perfume very long-lasting and with a lot of presence. It is noted that one must use it and have it.

  • It is a super elegant perfume…!!! Very long-lasting and super imposing. One must use it and have it.

  • Discontinued like all the BLVs. For me this was the best offering of the blue saga of Bvlgari-Morillas in men. I say this because it stood out above the BLV pour Homme for the day although they were very similar especially in galangal dark chocolate and tobacco flower. Its entire olfactory pyramid had a decent trail and acceptable longevity. I confess I did not use it much because then there were much more succulent offers of the Notte with better performance. I keep fond memories of it but I also remember the entire BLV saga for BVLGARI of which Alberto Morillas was in charge.

Today I took the day off in a relaxed manner. I put the remote on the wicker stool and dressed to eat and train trying to maintain a semi-human form. I have never made it to five in the afternoon without my pyjamas; it is a record. The problem is that I like those pyjamas not just because of Donald Duck but for the comfort. The important thing is not to pass in front of the mirror and not see my reflection. I have been lost all week with the scent of Bvlgari Blu which leaves me fresh and elegant. The Blu Notte pour Homme bought in a shop for the discerning where you need psychology to get what you want has left me with a big smile. It is built on an intense and warm spice galangal mixed with tobacco flowers and in the background it opens to a sensual chocolate aroma. It has the same DNA as the original but is deeper and more seductive perfect for nights where upon contact with the skin it unleashes its mysterious side. The spices are present in the heart while the chocolatey sweetness makes the fragrance unique. I do not know a similar scent. The sensation of cleanliness is undeniable; a fresh laundry breeze is always noticeable at the bottom. It is like a magic wand to transport oneself to a dimension of sensory pleasure. Its trail has a mysterious power that gifts pure sensuality. A King of the Night who releases a bewitching enveloping and strong aroma inspiring the senses. Suitable for a strong and romantic gentleman special and with refined tastes. It is a spicy fresh and chocolate-sweet fragrance that you do not smell in every corner and which is already difficult to find. Great work by Morillas.

  • Today on the advice of Jerry Drake I took this bottle. I have the vintage version of Blv and it is a beast in terms of longevity and sillage. This Blv Notte retains the DNA of the original but adds the warmth of chocolate as the queen note creating an autumnal and spring-night aroma very spicy and gourmand. It is a mature and romantic scent ideal for the night although it also works brilliantly in the mid-afternoon. I will try it again in autumn with better weather to evaluate it outdoors but it promises well.

It was a very special gift. Upon smelling it I became intoxicated by its exquisite aromas. I am new to this and do not know how to express its notes but I only know that it is one of my favourites. I will not regret it.

It was a super special gift; the moment I smelled it, I was intoxicated by exquisite aromas. I am new and don’t know how to explain the notes, but I only know that it is one of my favourites. You will not regret it.

  • Writing about Bvlgari Blv Notte is a pleasure just as wearing it is. It is my first memory of an adult male fragrance the one my father used. That is why I am a fan of both houses; the Italian base of tea and pepper is carved into my memory as well-being elegance and distinction. He wore it with a suit and tie to work for Sunday lunches on trips to the beach or after a bath. It was his signature. What does it smell like? It pleased me then and still does. It was the first I sniffed until I was exhausted to discover its notes. I did not know Fragantica then but I knew the aroma was exquisite refined with presence but without aggression. It was different. It was not Drakkar Noir Halston Azzaro Polo Green nor Quorum. It was something better superior. Unlike those classics that today only fit older gentlemen and have been replicated in soaps and gels Blv Notte distances itself from all that. Yes it smells clean and talcum-like but the woods pepper cardamom and anise give it a stimulating spicy kick. That spicy part is like a well-placed stain on the white talcum then it becomes creamy with notes of chocolate and tobacco flower. All the notes walk together creating that sense of intoxication that evokes distilled drinks. It penetrates any nose without shouting. It has the presence and gentleness of a very well-crafted fragrance. It does not need citrus. The blend of spices and woods wrapped in the sweetness of tobacco and chocolate plus the talcum touch of lavender is what makes us ask what we are wearing. To stand out on outings meetings dates or as a personal delight. What does it really smell like? It smells like a gentleman. Morillas often errs by being too simple but I am sure this is one of his favourites; I would bet he wore it daily. Whether you are 20 30 40 50 or 60 years old it is a timeless scent that suits the wearer’s attitude. It is frontal educated clean spicy when it should be and wrapped in a transparent purity that recalls that of a child. It is not complex nor does it evolve into the unknown but it is certainly special. Better to use it in formal semi-formal contexts cocktails cool evenings or air-conditioned environments. I have worn it with flannel and jeans in extreme heat and although it wears well its performance suffers; for that I recommend its sister the traditional Blv pour homme. Although I smelled it as a child I never felt it as a fragrance for an older person not even in my adolescence. Yesterday I passed a perfumery to smell many aberrations full of vanilla and came across this jewel. Today I come to defend its legacy. I hope this review is useful as I understand Notte is discontinued.
