I read it smells better than the original; it’s similar but much improved. I haven’t tried it yet, but it has received better reviews than the classic version, so I’ll definitely buy it. Note: I’ve now tried it and it is true that it smells the same as the original; I detect no difference, only that it’s softer and the bottle is more feminine. I’ll stick with the original Can Can.
I’ve just bought it and I like it: a soft scent, a little sweet but not overpowering. Ideal if you prefer soft, slightly sweet perfumes, plus it’s good value. Edit: I think it’s better than the original.
I work in perfumery and have tried both Can-Can scents: they smell identical, with the first being slightly more intense than the Burlesque. It’s the same fragrance, just a different box and name—pure marketing.

It smells very much like the original, but it is much fruitier, which I think makes it better. At first, it smells of caramel and raspberry. It’s my favourite from Paris. It smells delicious; it lasted a long time on blotting paper, similar to Prada Candy and Juicy Couture but much cheaper. I couldn’t stop smelling it.
Agreeing with others, it’s similar to Can Can, but this one became stronger and very cloying on me.

It’s my daily perfume, very floral with a fruity touch. The only thing I didn’t like was that it lasted incredibly little; I had to apply it a thousand times and there was no sillage. Edit: after months, I think the sillage is now medium and the longevity is good; perhaps it was olfactory fatigue. I’m already on my second bottle.

I didn’t like it at all; it was too cloying on my skin. It has excellent fixation and longevity. It smells nice at first, but over the hours it becomes very woody and powdery.

I picked this up because it came in a kit with cream and gel. It’s an exquisite scent; on my skin, it leaves a fresh opening with sweet, fruity musk undertones. The fixation is good; it’s the kind of perfume you don’t need to reapply during the day.

It feels too dense for my skin. I thought I was over-applying and reduced the amount, but it didn’t work. It overwhelms me; I like sweet scents but this one is cloying and makes me feel sick. I remember it and it still makes my stomach turn. It smells very synthetic and eventually only the woody notes remain. It has good fixative qualities but is very oily on the skin.
Some say it’s like the traditional Can Can, but I’d say the difference is that this one is sweet and fruity, whereas the original is just sweet. I love the bottle; it smells like raspberry caramel with cream. I wear it all the time, the trail is good and it lasts eight hours. You don’t need to apply much because it can overwhelm those who don’t love gourmand scents. From my side, it’s a 100% recommendation.

I was looking for a raspberry scent and Burlesque delivers… it’s the only note I detect from start to finish (a sigh). It’s been a disappointment; although it has the raspberry, it’s very insipid and has poor performance. I can barely smell it after half an hour, even being generous. The trail is extremely low; you have to be within 30cm to detect it. I don’t recommend buying blind, not because it’s powerful, but to avoid wasting money. Even though it’s affordable, check the performance. (And don’t even mention the pheromones, as I see none). I use it as a body mist and won’t repurchase once finished.

What a lovely scent! At first, it reminded me of the original Can Can, but then the juicy, slightly acidic raspberry really shines through, with a touch of caramelised notes. I adore sweet perfumes, and this is a 10. I only have the body mist and I’m surprised it projects moderately and lasts several hours. 10/10, I’d consider buying the full perfume.
Watch out, don’t wear this on a plane; people aren’t to blame if you start smelling like a fairground cross-dresser. It gives me a headache and makes me feel sick. Absolute rubbish.
