  Anyone who has perceived the intimate aroma left by a woman after intercourse (fluids, sweat) or after caressing that beautiful anatomical section knows this perfume. I don’t think it’s wearable; if anything, the volume would need to be reduced, yet it would still carry a scent reminiscent of vaginal discharges. As an experiment, it is interesting.

  Smells like a woman’s intimate area. Interesting to try and wear for oneself, but not for gifting or formal or casual use. In other words, it’s just for you, in case one day you want to smell like that.

Sergey Borisov doubts that La Tsarine would be accepted by Russian women as a feminine fragrance; he believes they would see it as something for hunters or Cossacks, questioning his view of the modern woman. I disagree. It is openly sexual, ideal for a lady, or perhaps for a woman less ‘lady-like’. I intend to buy it as a man to fantasise about such a beautiful being. Yes, purely out of vice. For me, it has notes that recall sex with excessive carnal desire, the dirty and savoury, unrelated to procreation, indulging in fluids and touch, taking pleasure in the laziness of used sheets. Key notes: cumin, animalic notes, musk and costus. Accompanied by honey, saffron and white flowers that make it more lustful. The result recreates a female pubis after sex. So well formulated that it doesn’t project too much but shines at close range and lasts a long time. An intimate product for personal pleasure. The box is worthy of collection. An interesting olfactory experience.

  Despite all those animal notes, it smells less sexual than I expected; it lacks a wilder, carnal touch to be pure feminine sex. Although it’s a musk, it smells cleaner rather than dirty on me: it’s a luxurious, empowered woman, the kind who would wear a goddess. As it dries, the animal nuances emerge, but they never become too dirty; there’s freshness and florals. For those who find it very sexual, try something with Tonkin musk. When I think of feminine sex, I used to think of things like Carnicure by Marlou or the dreadful Sadonaso, which smells like wet genitals. It’s composed with great taste; a wonderful musk.
