  • English forums say it’s a good Sauvage clone, but I don’t have a sample to compare. I absolutely loved this Capucci: soft, aromatic, spiced with a citrus touch. It has pedigree—it’s not a copy; the house has a solid reputation. The bottle is handsome, and the liquid is greenish-grey, not brown. The spray works well, though it took a few tries at first to come out properly. The box is black and understated. It’s very masculine without being heavy, suitable for almost any occasion, day or night. At these 40°C, it evaporates quickly, lasting only 2–3 hours, but that happens with everything. Hopefully, it performs better in autumn and winter. The trail is subtle, about arm’s length in the first hour. This is during the heatwave ravaging Spain; nothing survives this oven-like weather. Giorgio Beverly Hills’ Red is more refined and less intrusive, but both are more than enough for masculinity. For stylish, characterful men aged 25 and up. In a few days, I’ll receive the EDT from the same house and write another review. P.S.: I wear it on my arm to sleep, and smelling it is a real pleasure—great scent and a great blind buy.

Very good. It’s a clone of Dior’s Sauvage but with more florals and less ambroxan. I liked it. Rating: 8/10.

Strong opening; the anise and basil are noticeable from afar. Reminds me of Armani Code. The projection is moderate, but it holds up well in enclosed spaces. Lasts around 4–5 hours on my skin. Perfect for evening wear or cooler weather. Given the price, it’s a safe buy.
