To be honest, Ariana Grande doesn’t appeal to me at all. But as a gourmand lover, it would be rude not to give it a chance. Moonlight is a lovely song, isn’t it? Sounds tempting to smell a song, doesn’t it? The bottle is adorable, it looks literally made of sugar. It’s like a sweet with chrome tints, as if several cubes of lavender sugar had merged. I HAD TO SMELL IT. Without hesitation, I tried it. But its fruity opening was syrupy, like cough syrup. Too many blackberries and sandalwood. It stuck well to the skin, but I just wanted to take it off. It was excessively concentrated. I left it for a few hours and gave it a second chance. Stop everything, this scent had a beautiful evolution. From syrup, it moved to a more mature and elegant version of Britney Spears’ Midnight Fantasy. The vanilla and candy aromas, mixed with the blackberries, give it a versatile night vibe. I only complain that the candy scent seems synthetic. Apart from that, I liked it quite a lot. Despite its night vibe, it seems usable every day of the year. I loved its fixative and longevity. The sillage could be better but I don’t dislike it. ♡Scent: 8/10 ♡Sillage: 8/10 ♡Longevity: 10/10

  • Fruity from start to finish. Fresh, without the warmth of Ari or SLC. Although I liked it, it’s not my favourite, especially due to the performance… quite weaker than the other two. Longevity was what disappointed me most; practically a whisper.

  • This perfume is delicious but unfortunately doesn’t last on my skin. It smells wonderfully of plums (especially) and currants, which then blend with the marshmallow and vanilla. I don’t perceive the floral part. In the dry-down, it’s quite similar to Ari, so if you already have it, this adds little. It’s a simple and slightly childish fragrance that I like to alternate with more complex ones. Its trail is moderate but the longevity is short, barely a couple of hours. What a pity it evaporates so quickly. The bottle is a showstopper, although for me the pom-pom is excessive. I have the 30ml and it’s even prettier. Scent 8/10 Longevity 3/10 Sillage 6.5/10 Value for money 5/10 Versatility 7/10 Packaging 8.5/10 Would I buy again? Probably not, unless it’s an irresistible offer.

  • I bought it blindly; it didn’t disappoint, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s not a special perfume to impress or seduce; the scent smells very teenage.

  • I bought it blindly and loved it. It reminds me of Ari but is a bit fruitier. The only downside is it doesn’t last long on the skin (unlike Ari and Cloud, which last hours). If you like sweet perfumes, you’ll love it, and the iridescent bottle with the lilac pom-pom is gorgeous, it’s stunning.

  • Kellytreviño

In my opinion, it smells like blueberries with marshmallow and a touch of sweet floral, rich and delicious. It has become one of my favourites.

  • It’s odd; I struggle to define it… At first, it smells like baby powder, then the plums and marshmallow come out. It’s very pleasant, with that clean scent but also sensual touches that play between warm and fresh, making it wearable all year round. Super versatile for any situation, like the others by Ariana.

  • Liviaparfums

I absolutely love this perfume and would buy it again. It’s perfect for spring, autumn, and winter, day or night. It’s sweet like the rest of Ariana’s, the marshmallow is very noticeable, and it’s perfect if you like sweet and fruity perfumes. I love it :3.

  • w3xtrilogy

If you love super-sweet perfumes, this might be your cup of tea. The problem is it’s cloying and very synthetic, especially the plum. I don’t think it’s the light version of Ari, as this smells more like caramel. I bought it because it’s by her and I like her other fragrances, but this one is unbearable. It doesn’t smell fresh or fruity; in my case, it gives me a headache.

  • Bought it blindly for the plum and marshmallow notes, but it was a mistake: it’s basically a floral with synthetic fruity sweetness. It doesn’t even resemble Ariana Grande’s other scents. It’s floral with a sweet touch, nothing like a gourmand.

  • A very sweet perfume close to the skin. It’s a delight; I perceive lots of marshmallow and vanilla. It’s similar to the scent of cotton candy but well-creamy. It doesn’t leave a trail, but it feels like it’s with you.

  • It doesn’t say much to me… I must admit I bought it for the bottle, and it’s not bad, but it might be one of the weakest I’ve tried, although I don’t doubt the rest of Ariana’s fragrances. I don’t find it as sweet as others say; I think if it were gourmand or more cloying I’d like it more, because this is too soft and timid. Also, as already mentioned, I can barely distinguish the scents beyond the plum, and then there are soft, fresh notes which are welcome; a bit of vanilla comes through at the end. Beyond that, it’s an ordinary perfume; I don’t think I’ll buy it again.

  • Beli Suárez

A rather sweet perfume that reminded me of Britney’s Midnight Fantasy, but Britney’s lasts longer and costs less. I think Ariana perfumes cost a lot for what they offer; another synthetic and generic celebrity perfume.

  • It’s one of my favourites. The bottle is very pretty and fits the name. I’m not a fan of Ariana, but I like her perfumes, although I think they’re expensive. It was the first one I tried in a 3ml decant and I loved it from the first moment. I managed to get the 100ml version on offer at ML four months ago and I’m already halfway through (a great achievement, considering I have 10 perfumes plus decants and samples). For me, it’s very sweet and delicious; it makes my mouth water. Even though it’s not an official note, it smells of green grapes, big and sweeter than sour. I love green grapes! It was a pleasant surprise to find that flavour in a scent for everyday wear. Many find it synthetic, but for me it doesn’t, perhaps due to the association with grapes. It gives me the sensation of smiling after biting into something juicy and sweet. It lasts 4-5 hours on my skin but days on clothes. Even someone identified my knitted hat after thinking it was lost, thanks to this perfume. I have a special affection for it despite using it sparingly.

  • Lost_Cherry.exe

All of Ariana’s perfumes are horrible, but this one wins the prize. The dry-down is awful for the notes it has: sweet and nagging, poorly formulated. Don’t spend the money; there are better celebrity perfumes like Britney’s Fantasy or Katy’s Meow.

  • Satine.noir

I’ve just discovered A.G perfumes and am very attracted to them, although my favourite is Thank U Next for its coconut and macarons. This reminds me of Ari in a super-soft version. Although I’ve noticed it for several hours, its sillage is scarce. It’s an eau de parfum that behaves like an eau de toilette, but if you’re looking for something soft, sweet and not heavy, it’s a good option. The bottle is an iridescent gem in lavender tones with a cute pompom that looks great on the dressing table.

  • MySecret Mia

It smells delicious, but sadly it disappears from my skin in no time. It’s a bit marshmallowy and delightful. Given its short life and weak sillage, I use it to help me fall asleep after a night shower.

  • fxllingstar

Generally it smells nice, but its longevity and sillage are poor; nevertheless, it remains a very rich fragrance.

  • Karina Carreño

The bottle is divine, but I wouldn’t recommend it because it smells just like Ari, only this one is more marshmallowy. Ari is simply better.

  • Maryferie

I’ve just bought this and it smells gorgeous, sweet and marshmallowy; the downside is it fades in 2 to 4 hours, though it projects well when first applied. It feels like an eau de toilette, perfect for personal enjoyment, with plum, marshmallow and currants taking centre stage.

  • LavenderAGB

Just like its name, a moonlight. Moonlight is that, such a lovely and pleasant scent for sleeping. It comes out with the plum note well-marked and slightly accompanied by touches of blackcurrants (very, very light). As it dries, it smells of marshmallows and light touches of peony with amber. It’s a fruity, powdery, ambered, and sweet fragrance. On me, it has acceptable performance: 4 hours on skin and a maximum of 6 on clothes, with a very light sillage and projection from moderate to very low. As I repeat, I love it for sleeping, so that doesn’t bother me; it’s perfect for personal enjoyment. 8/10 overall, and let’s not even talk about the beauty of the bottle 😮💨🫧

  • It’s very delicious, sweet but versatile. It doesn’t smell too childish; I see it for daily use, it’s not invasive, and the sillage is very moderate. I bought it blind, and it’s almost impossible not to like it. It could be a good idea to gift without failing.

  • Shiny_angie

The opening reminds me of the Caprice hair spray, the purple one. I was excited because I’m fascinated by the bonbon note. It seems very similar to the Ari, but much fresher, less sweet, and with less powder. It gives it a ‘Midnight fantasy’ vibe. I like to have it in my collection, but yes or yes, you need to reapply (I reapply both the Ari and the Moonlight) with a Sweet Like Candy body mist. I don’t think it’s worth buying all the splashes as they don’t last long and the DNA is the same. If you’re looking for something less sweet than the Ari, it’s a good option for spring and summer. I’m team pick-me-up and didn’t fall in love because I don’t feel it adds anything new.

  • It’s like the Ari but much fruitier and more pleasant, less cloying. It’s the night version, more sensual and attractive for men. It’s one of my favourites from Ariana. Yes, it’s sweet, it smells very delish!

  • Delicious, I think it’s my favourite Ariana Grande perfume 🤩. It’s very similar to the Ari, but Moonlight is the sweeter version. I get super delicious, powdery plum marshmallows. It has a slightly soapy note that makes it more versatile 💜. Moderate longevity, about 5-6 hours, and moderate sillage as well.

  • I have it as a dupe of Zenz, and it’s really enjoyable. At first, it feels fruity, vaguely reminiscent of Caprice Purple, and as it dries down, it leaves a super delicious vanilla bonbon scent. I use it daily; it’s sweet but in no way strong or annoying, feeling like a soft, feminine, and clean scent that’s totally wearable.

  • ari_sweetperfumes

The plum, blackcurrant, vanilla, marshmallow, and peony are perfectly combined in this fragrance: sweet, talcum-powdered, soapy, feminine, floral, soft, and delicate (when I smell it, it reminds me of a comfortable, edible cloud), and it’s one of the most long-lasting in its line. Moonlight is one of my favourite AG perfumes with excellent performance, and it truly is worth the price.

  • nataliedrm

It’s a sweeter perfume with a fruity aroma. The bottle has always seemed gorgeous to me, but frankly, I expected an Ariana-style scent but more sensual due to the plum note, and no, it didn’t happen; only the acidity is felt, and it doesn’t develop into anything.

  • redvelvetblackbox

I’d give anything for it to last longer and project more… It’s delicious, fruity, and powdery, with just the right floral touch. I feel that among all Ariana Grande perfumes, this one doesn’t get much attention, as it’s not as popular as Cloud or Thank U, Next, yet it’s exquisite and the bottle is gorgeous. I imagine it more for a date or a night out; it’s a coquettish scent with a mature touch. Unfortunately, its longevity and projection are practically non-existent. If you like Ariana’s fragrances and want to add it to your collection, go ahead, but if you’re looking for a powerful perfume with great sillage and long-lasting power, with all due respect, I must say I don’t recommend it.

  • samharrison

I think this is more of a night scent. The blackcurrant and plum notes give it extra weight; if you overapply, it can become annoying. At first, I fell in love with it and searched everywhere for it since it wasn’t sold here anymore. Later, I found the body mist and felt something had changed. I managed to get the original perfume, but it wasn’t the same as in the store. I don’t know why. It doesn’t last long, but it smells good. Although it’s not listed in the notes, I perceive it as fruity and boozy, so for me, it’s perfect for night or winter.

  • Mademoiselle

A sad disappointment. The scent is sweet, fruity, and powdery, but not like talc, rather fluffy, like a bonbon without being childish. It’s not cloying; it’s addictive, beautiful, delicate, and feminine. But what’s the point if the performance is non-existent? It’s a fleeting scent; even with cream, perfume, and body spray together, you can’t detect it on skin or clothes.

  • Barbarapaola771234

Delightful notes, incredible, and very cheap if you buy it at Sam’s Club for just 1,199 MXN. It’s sweet but not cloying, addictive, feminine, and on my skin it lasts from 1 to 6 hours (depending on skin type). It’s exquisite, youthful, and much better than GIAW. The bottle is also gorgeous and very holographic.

  • Delicious; it was my first Ariana Grande perfume and I fell in love so much I almost own them all, but this is my favourite. They compliment me and everyone likes it, but… it lasts nothing! I put it on and it’s gone in 30 minutes, leaving nothing behind and transforming into just vanilla and plum. Sad. Scent: 11/10, Sillage: 2/10, Longevity: 2/10.

  • Ara Betancourt

I really liked it; it was a gift. It’s sweet and fruity, smelling of baby powder, not cloying at all. I could even sleep in it.

  • Anjellychee

The first thing I notice is the bonbon, which dries down to become fresh (plum and blackcurrant) and powdery, definitely talc-y. It’s a very soft scent with low longevity and sillage. Ideal for layering because it fades quickly. Apart from that, it suits any occasion, day or night.

  • What a beautiful and original perfume! At first, I loved the plum and blackcurrant notes; it’s sweet but not cloying. Then, over time, the peony becomes more noticeable and it turns more powdery. It’s versatile for day and night. The downside is that after two hours it sits very close to the skin.

  • A very pretty, feminine, and sweet perfume without being cloying. I bought it blind based on the packaging for my collection and really liked it; it’s addictive. It smells of plum, talc, and marshmallow. It’s a lovely, tender fragrance.

  • Moonlight is a hypnotic sweet-and-sour fragrance, like a fruit caramel. I always detect plum and blackcurrant, which is delicious, but its longevity and sillage aren’t the best; on me it lasts about three hours with body lotion and mist. Worth it if you catch it at a good price. Extra: the bottle is gorgeous, the prettiest of the flankers.

  • El michi coquette

I already owned it in mist and loved it. It’s an elegant, soft scent, nothing imposing. I see it as perfect for formal night parties. It’s the nocturnal version of Ari: while Ari is fruity, sparkling, and that shy pink friend, Moonlight is the reserved, calm, sweet purple maternal friend.

  • When I tried it with body lotion, it smells like Cacharel Noa but sweeter, with that clean girl vibe; they share plum, peony, vanilla, and sandalwood. Rumour has it production has stopped and I’ve noticed the price rising, so I can only find 100ml bottles or sets.
