Out of all my Al Rehab scents, this is the one I like least. It doesn’t smell bad, but it reminds me of the strawberry air freshener I used heavily in my car, so I associate it with that and it doesn’t appeal to me. Others adored it; my sister loves it, but for me, no. It’s very linear; it opens with a slightly sharp medicinal hint but settles quickly into fruity, talcy strawberry gum, very sweet without being cloying, just like Boomer gum with the powder on top. It feels very synthetic, hence the air freshener comparison, but it’s soft and non-intrusive, which is a plus. The longevity is excellent, over eight hours with moderate sillage; for the price, it’s brilliant. I tested it as a roll-on oil. Ideal for daytime and hot weather. Recommended for those who love sugary, candy-like perfumes, even if I don’t, who knows if you might.
Out of all my Al Rehab scents, this is the one I like least, not because of the smell, but because it reminds me of the strawberry car air freshener I used so much that I’m fed up with it. People who tried it adored it and my sister finds it brilliant, but for me, no. It’s very linear; it opens intense with a slightly sharp medicinal note but settles quickly into fruity, talcy strawberry gum, very sweet without being cloying, just like Boomer gum with the powder on top. It feels very synthetic, which is why it reminds me of an air freshener, but it’s soft and doesn’t invade, which is a plus. The longevity is excellent, over eight hours with moderate sillage. For the price, it’s brilliant. I tested it as a roll-on oil, ideal for daytime and heat. Recommended for those who love sugary, candy-like perfumes, even if I don’t, you might. For the price, you can’t go wrong.
Another Al Rehab gem worth the investment. It has an indescribable green, sweet, and juicy scent; it smells like tropical fruit juice but I can’t tell which one. It’s wonderful, and mind you, to me it doesn’t smell like strawberry at all—I don’t know what they’re talking about!
Another Al Rehab gem worth buying. It smells green, sweet, and juicy—an indescribable tropical freshness. To me, it doesn’t smell like strawberry in the least—what nonsense! I just know it’s wonderful and I don’t understand the fuss from those who say otherwise.
Bought it blind with few references, and upon smelling it, it reminded me hugely of my own perfume: Montale Mukhallat. It’s not identical but has the same vibe. To my nose, it smells like pure synthetic strawberry with florals and sandalwood. It’s compared to Snow Fairy, but I see it as closer to Mukhallat. I’ve adored it, even though it’s very synthetic. I’d use it layered with another strawberry scent to give it more punch.
Bought it blind as there weren’t many reviews. The moment I smelled it, it reminded me hugely of my Montale Mukhallat; it’s not identical but shares the same vibe. To my nose, it smells like total synthetic strawberry with a floral and sandalwood touch. Although it’s often compared to Snow Fairy, I link it more to Mukhallat. I’ve loved it despite how synthetic it is. I’d layer it with a strawberry perfume to boost it.
