  I got lucky enough to try this before the launch, and it’s not a 10/10—it’s a 100/10. If you’re obsessed with sweet tobacco scents, particularly gourmand ones, this is your life. The evolution is stunning: it begins with an intense, spiced almond liqueur. I usually smell almonds very subtly, but here they’re at full volume. That almond note lingers for almost the entire duration, blending with chocolate until it smells like fairground glazed almonds with chocolate underneath. Then tobacco and vanilla take over, joined by a spiced touch reminiscent of cinnamon and honey. Finally, the spiced, vanilla-infused tobacco remains on its own, incredibly sexy, while the chocolate and almond fade away. The longevity is insane—over 24 hours on skin with strong projection for five or six hours; I wear it in the morning and evening, and it’s still there after eight hours of work. I’ve worn it three times, and three times people have asked what I’m wearing. It lasts even longer on clothes and hair, even after a shower. It reminds me of Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford due to that sweet tobacco, vanilla, and cinnamon, but TV is more linear and tends to become overwhelming, whereas AMUND evolves beautifully and I never get tired of it. That opening of liqueur and chocolate heart is pure magic. The longevity far surpasses Tom Ford. Rosa Vais has created olfactory art that will be a total success. Although it’s February, AMUND will almost certainly be the most significant launch of 2026. If you’re looking for something intense, long-lasting, with great projection, sweet yet elegant for cold days or long nights, try AMUND.
