This is an beast of an oud, musk, cinnamon, and vanilla. If you’ve smelled Musc Ravageur, it’s the same scent but at a bargain price. Most likely, the opening won’t suit you due to the intense oud, but as it dries down, the vanilla and cinnamon take over, leaving a scent like cinnamon rolls. Longevity is nine hours and projection is three. Priced between fifteen and twenty dollars, it’s a good option for cold climates and dark occasions like Halloween or funerals. In summary, it’s more of an artistic niche perfume than a mass-market fragrance for everyone. If you enjoy dark niches, it must be in your collection; I give it 9/10.

What power!
My nose hurts reviewing this, haha. I bought it blind after trying Silver Scent Intense. They promised niche quality or something similar to Tobacco Vanille, but others said it smelled of cat urine. The first spray was an atomic bomb; it outperformed Havane, Kouros, and Armaf. My mother, upon arriving from work, covered her nose saying it was overpoweringly perfumed. At first, it smells of opium, medicinal, and acidic notes, like a potent spiced oriental that even tickles my nose, perhaps synthetic. Then it shifts to sweet talc with vanilla, amber, cinnamon, and tonka, reminiscent of Cuba Classic but more mature, like my grandfather’s talcum powder. The dry-down is warm with the cinnamon shining through. The initial projection is bestial for about three hours before fading. Longevity varies between six and twelve hours depending on my skin chemistry. It’s not very versatile; ideal for Silent Hill-style nights, cold and foggy evenings. I’d recommend it for those over 35. When I’m older, I’d buy it again, preferring adult fragrances like ST. Dupont Noir for the price and scent. I suggest a more explosive bottle; the current one isn’t up to it. The only compliments I get are ‘you’re overperfumed’, ‘you’re over-marinated’, or ‘you’ve bathed in perfume’. Haha.
Exotic to the extreme, a blend of woods, amber, and a subtly hidden oud. It carries that animalic civet of Shalimar with a strong initial hit of Peruvian balsam, smelling of caramelised and minty vanilla. A perfume for a avant-garde Dalí: it demands attention, it’s not for everyone, but people will forget your name for your scent.
It caught me off guard at first, but once it settles, the magic happens. Here in England, my Polish colleagues have been spreading the word about this cheap treasure. The dry-down is impeccable and women absolutely love it.
