I don’t know how those declared notes work, but there is a scent of coconut and creamy almonds that is missing. I wouldn’t say it’s fresh or green. It changes a lot depending on whether it is on skin or paper. But it is exquisite, I am surprised. I can’t find another that resembles it, but they could be these from Sol de Janeiro with a summer beach scent.
At first it smells woody, like a man’s perfume. After half an hour it drops down to be a bit more floral. I feel that the aroma is strong at the start, but in less than an hour it is no longer perceived. I didn’t like it.
I agree with @kathe91, at first it reminded me of a citrus masculine aroma, like some D&G Pour Homme. Afterwards it becomes floral, so my girlfriend adored it, as she doesn’t like sweet and cloying perfumes. If you want something casual, clean, without calling too much attention but rich and neat, this is a good option.
I was very pleased with this blind buy. I loved the green and woody opening. A few minutes later it dried down to woody and stayed that way, very linear, for a few hours until it faded. I wish the opening lasted longer because it is frankly exquisite and uncommon. On my skin the opening feels more feminine, but the dry-down is totally unisex. I liked it a lot because it steps out of the conventional without ceasing to be usable. My only complaint is typical of Benetton: they don’t last. More than EDTs they seem like colognes. Edit: 1) I thought it didn’t last long because at 2 hours it stopped being noticeable, but it is there and noticeable, because people have complimented me a lot. 2) Dries woody-sweet. 3) I like it more each day. Soon I’ll restock because since I bought it it’s the one I use most. It has totally fallen in love with me.
It behaves well with many changes after application and from the dry-down, it sweetens gradually. It evolves a lot in the bottle; you can notice the pepper at the start and then it changes quite a bit as it dries. It lasts longer than any other in the line and I’m surprised that every time I use it, it smells different.
Very good for the brand, but the scent is repulsive. It’s a woody with coconut, but it comes off very badly.
It works well for the brand, but the scent is repulsive. It’s a woody with coconut, but it looks ugly.
