I was blown away when I smelled it on my brother and I was wrong to underestimate it because of the simple bottle. At first, I thought it was nothing, but when I handed it to him, with so many famous brands and beautiful bottles around, I doubted it. But when he applied it, he told me it lacked the Fifa vibes, and from half a metre away, what a refreshing punch! Literally, the aroma of ash, alicor and potency hit me with just three sprays that filled both rooms. He left and I was left smelling it. When I returned home, the halo was still there. This is power and freshness at a ridiculous price. It is a potent, fresh and rich gem that I will keep in my collection once I live alone.

I was blown away the first time I smelled it on my brother. I underestimated it because of the simple bottle and told him it wasn’t special. I asked if he was sure about ordering 200ml, and once he held it, I saw the packaging lacked flair and lowered my expectations. I thought, ‘What could possibly happen?’. Two years prior, I’d almost completely forgotten about Paradiso Inferno. When he applied it for the first time and said ‘Fifa challenges?’, I stepped back a metre and a half and—puff!—what a slap of freshness! Literally, the aroma slapped me, filling both rooms with just three sprays. I stood there sniffing the halo in the room until I’d had a shower, and when I returned home, it was still lingering in the air. This is power and freshness, and the best part is it’s cheap and almost no one mentions it. It’s potent, fresh, smoky, rich, and tequila-infused. I’ll add it to my collection once I’m no longer living with my brother.

  • I picked this up via an Amazon coupon for just 400 pesos (19.74 dollars). I’d already fallen for its sibling, Black, for winter, so I felt no risk in buying it blind—it was a bargain! I tested it straight away: once the alcohol evaporates, it smells very fresh and invigorating, with that barely perceptible tequila hint and a melon note (to me, more like watermelon) that lingers fixedly, delivering exquisite freshness. Eventually, the vetiver and musk emerge to make it clear it’s masculine, with presence and good taste. It’s neither common nor a wild innovation; it’s right in the middle. I highly recommend it; it smells great, lasts well, and I’ve even received compliments at 28 degrees.

  • I picked this up with an Amazon coupon for $19.74 for 200ml. I already loved its sibling Black for winter, so I thought there was no risk; it was a bargain. Upon application, the opening is zesty and invigorating with a very subtle hint of tequila and a melon note (more like watermelon) that lingers throughout, providing exquisite freshness. Towards the end, vetiver and musk emerge, confirming it is a classy men’s fragrance. It’s neither generic nor revolutionary; it’s just right in the middle. I highly recommend it: it smells good, lasts, and on a 28-degree day, I received many compliments.

  • I don’t agree with what others say; to me, it smells like Low 7 and it’s not my cup of tea. The only thing that caught me off guard is that it lasted five hours, which is quite a bit for this line.

Benetton Blue is a proper gem, perfect for beginners to kickstart their collection with something for everyday wear. The price is a steal: around $20 for 100ml. Longevity is short, about three decent hours before it fades to skin-only after six. The sillage lasts 30 minutes and then vanishes, so you need to be right up close. Recommended at 7-10 sprays, ideal for spring and summer.

Benetton Blue is a proper bloke, ideal for newcomers to build their collection with something to wear all the time. The price is a steal: around $20 for 100ml. The longevity is short, about three decent hours, then it fades to skin scent after six. The trail lasts 30 minutes and then vanishes; you have to be right up close. Recommended 7-10 sprays, perfect for spring and summer.

Honestly, the ozonic and aquatic accords aren’t felt much; it’s more like an addition accompanying the freshness the perfume has at the start, which fades in less than an hour. I really liked its sweet melon aroma, which is what catches my attention most. But I didn’t quite believe the tequila note it declares; the citrus is undoubtedly felt, but I think that tequila note is probably just the alcohol smell found in perfumes like eau de toilette that don’t contain many essential oils. In conclusion, a sweet, fresh perfume that leaves a clean and refreshing sensation, ideal for young people or for using after a morning shower.

  • A good fragrance; it’s a cologne in almost all its characteristics, simple and rich, especially the citrus part, which is the best phase, that is, in the heart of the fragrance. Its opening isn’t pleasant and its dry-down is almost imperceptible, but the scent itself isn’t bad.

  • I used it for a while and honestly, it reminds me a lot of L’Eau d’Issey EDT. Perhaps it’s the tequila note, but the aromatic accord combined with the other notes brings me back to Issey. Obviously, separating quality, longevity, and intensity. It’s good for everyday wear, going shopping, after-shave, etc. If you want something similar that lasts, go for Issey Miyake. And it’s true that it resembles Blue by Antonio Banderas, but it lacks the mojito note. I also sense a bit of Polo Blue EDP. In conclusion, it’s a fresh, blue budget alternative that, to my nose, resembles the classic Issey Miyake. Would I buy it again? Yes, possibly. For the price, it’s very good; I wouldn’t mind reapplying it since it can be obtained very cheaply. Scent: 8/10 Longevity: 4/10 Projection: 5/10 Sillage: 5/10 Value for money: 8/10 Blind buy: 6/10 Season: for warm climates and mid-season.

  • A fresh fragrance ideal for summer… It doesn’t last long on skin or clothes. It’s economical and I think it would be good for a young person wanting something to start their collection. I don’t think many people will like this fragrance; it can be bought blindly.

  • A fresh aromatic fragrance, with citrus notes at the start and a subtle marine ozony touch. Melon dominates the development, then dries down to an intense, slightly musky vetiver. The tequila note is perceptible with a bit of imagination. Equally, it’s a good budget alternative for walks, the gym, errands, and hot days outdoors in relaxed, simple, and informal situations. It lasts a good while and projects well.

  • It’s a fresh fragrance with citrus notes at the start and a soft, ozony marine touch. Melon dominates the development, then dries down to intense vetiver and something musky. It lasts a good while and projects well.

  • To please and use without fear of wasting money on perfumes reserved for special occasions. This would be a hit in another country and is expensive there. Timing and location matter because climate and occasion are more important than the brand or price. I don’t believe anyone would wear Dior to the gym. So these BENNETTON scents are casual and wearable, plus they’re economical here in Spain because as soon as temperatures rise, their sweet notes become overwhelming. For this reason, I recommend all the Mercadona perfume lovers to try these Bennetton ones, as they surpass them in quality and performance, and they lack those unpleasant gummy and plastic notes found in other budget options like those from the supermarket. Cheers! 🎉

  • Good price, but it feels a bit boring and one-dimensional. I’m not a fan of aromatic scents, which is why I used it as it was a gift. Perhaps it’s suitable for someone comfortable with this type of aroma; for the price, it smells nice, but it’s not enchanting. Very much for everyday use.

The scent is neither good nor bad; I’d say it’s rather simple, similar to a melon water. Longevity is 5 to 6 hours, with a low price and high versatility. Scent: 5/10 Price: 10/10 Longevity: 7/10 Sillage: 7/10

I’m not entirely sure what it smells like exactly… It reminds me of one of the Nautica scents, though I can’t recall which one. Everything that is so incredible about Black, an indispensable fragrance, is here completely dispensable.

  • ErickPowah

It was a gift and it sits very much in the same vein as Blue Seduction by Antonio Banderas, but with more aromatic depth. It delivers exactly what it promises and is rich enough for everyday wear, perfect for applying perfume. Especially ideal for hot days or those with plenty of sunshine.

  • I’ve been wearing this since 2019 and it always brings back fond memories. It smells wonderful and is ideal for any outing, be it hot or cold weather. Its fresh, vibrant scent makes it one of my favourites.

  • The new Diario has a strong opening with tequila and citrus. As it develops, it reminds me of Cool Water and other blues; it’s a masculine scent, but projection and longevity are average. The good thing is that for the price, you can pull the trigger. The base recalls Polo Blue, a fresh, marine-style masculine; on skin, it lasts 5–6 hours. Very good for everyday wear, work, school, or the gym. A bit generic but good taste.

  • I’ve been using Benetton Colors Man Blue since 2019, and it brings back good memories every time. It smells very pleasant, ideal for any outing, whether cold or hot. Its fresh and vibrant fragrance makes it one of my favourites.

  • Two sprays on the arm: initially, I don’t detect tequila or any alcohol, just the typical soapy scent found in clean, ozonic, aquatic men’s fragrances. The good thing is that soap isn’t overpowering and fades quickly, leaving a fresh fruity note (perhaps melon) with subtle juniper/pine and musk. It lasts five hours with the first two sprays moderately potent, then fades to skin-level by the sixth hour. Not bad if you can find it on offer. In Chile, 100ml costs $13–17 when on sale.

  • Economical and simple, it feels clean and sweet. It lasts an hour on skin, ideal for sunny spring/summer days. It has a cloud-style atomiser that opens with a strong tequila note before settling into an alcoholic melon; in Chile, there’s a drink called ‘Melvin’ with melon and white wine that reminds me of this. I’ve never seen melon so prominent in a dry-down, so I always buy it just to smell the melon, although don’t expect quality for $15.

  • The aroma is lovely, but it wore me out. Very synthetic and not durable at all; with luck, an hour and a half on skin. I’d recommend it for everyday wear or the gym: fresh and not heavy for the environment.

  • The scent is beautiful, man, but the longevity is terrible. It’s fresh, rich, not overly citrusy, with a woody touch that makes it versatile. It doesn’t last long on skin, making it ideal for the gym as it’s neither annoying nor cloying.

  • Listen, this perfume depends entirely on your skin. On mine, the woody vetiver dominates, rich and almost identical to Guess Red, but more suited to spring/summer than autumn/winter. It doesn’t last long and has little sillage, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you dislike it or need something that endures on your skin. In Argentina, it costs $26–30, making it a difficult entry-level choice given the price and performance, although the aroma is delightful.

  • It’s a blue fragrance with little history and poor longevity. Antonio Banderas’s Ico performs better, though its mass appeal is the only drawback, although blues are already saturated anyway.

  • It has a stinging scent that pierces right through my nose; I can’t quite put my finger on what exactly it is.

  • To me, it smells more like spring than summer, even though the notes don’t say so; I detect a hint of pepper that makes me reluctant to wear it in the heat. It’s situational, but if there are options like Versace Eau Fraiche, this one lacks punch.
