The truth is there is no loss with this. I bought the 200ml big bottle and it’s fixed for after my shower and for the gym; with 2 sprays you go, you train, you sweat and you come home and it keeps projecting. Simply you cannot complain for 30 dollars x 200ml.
Well, I don’t know what to say about this perfume that has probably not been said before, but let’s go with the review. This combines two concepts in my opinion: Green/Fruity and Floral/Clean. It opens with the most distinctive notes, those green notes like leaves, like cucumber, with a slightly aquatic air but nothing salty, as if a breeze from a frozen lake hit you in the face, with a note of apple that is just about to fruit and minimally sweeten the opening sensation; this sensation lasts at most 10–15 minutes and is an alcoholic opening. When the perfume settles, its floral part comes, a lotus flower that is very present, combined with mimosa (I’m not sure, to my nose it’s just lotus, I compare it to a less prominent one than L’eau D’Issey) and combined with green notes that still resonate in the background but minimally. The duration of its heart is 1–2 hours and its base is the most basic in my opinion: musk, and a minimal woody and amberaceous conjunction… minimal that still retains some lotus. In that, I could summarise the aroma with a base duration of a maximum of 3 hours. If I had to describe it, it would be like taking a bath in a crystal lake full of lotuses and coming out clean and neat from it. The aroma is rich, smells good, definitely, but it won’t attract attention nor will I manage to distinguish; this smells like you are a youthful and neat man. Now, the performance for its price is quite strong, they are quite rich aromas and last as long as an average designer freshie. Its exclusive occasion of use for spring and summer with hot and daytime climates. And it becomes a unisex masculine. Aroma: 6.5/10, Fixation: 5/10, Projection: 5/10, Versatility: 5/10, Price: 10/10.
Well, normal. I like it because the dry down is somewhat similar to the classic Kenzo, a perfume that brings me lovely memories. Quite good to smell clean, to smell like a clean man. That said, if you really want to smell clean, nothing like a Myself, Versace Eros, Allure Homme Sport, Dior Homme Cologne, etc… For the 35 pesos it cost me the 200ml bottle, it deserves an 8. 8/10. The best 2-peso perfume in the world.
We are in the middle of spring in Argentina and I am already prepared for summer. I bought 200ml of this beauty yesterday for 30 dollars. I am going to spray a lot, I love it, I know it will go from 10 for very hot days, for the beach, for walks!
I bought it because I saw very good reviews, but really I used it once and it reminded me of my childhood; I know someone I knew as a child used it because I have friends whose parents had perfumes and they wore them, one was this and the other Paris Hilton for Men. I like the smell but I don’t know, I didn’t like it altogether, I ended up giving it away.
This is fine if you want to smell like salty cucumber.
Cheap and simple. It starts with a cucumber water and green apple opening, afterwards it starts to smell like a mixture of flowers, but some flowers like the ones used in funeral arrangements, a scent of flowers submerged in water to prolong their life. I like its opening but not the smell in the mid-life of the fragrance. 5/10, I like how it smells on other people but not on me.
You can get the same aroma by buying the Stefano Alpha deodorant, practically they are the same fragrance.
I arrived late to the hype, but it’s never too late to smell good. Nautica Voyage is functional and nothing more. Its DNA is simple: 80% slightly sweet green apple and 20% wet grass. Projection: 2/10. It doesn’t break necks or turn heads; it’s an intimate bubble, almost a whisper. Longevity on skin: about 6 hours, just like the weekly wage: it delivers what is fair and then it’s gone. Its comfort zone is the day, the sun, the gym, or university. Ideal when you want to give many sprays without suffocating anyone in the car. Target audience: young people aged 18–30, those who want to smell fresh without looking like a gentleman. Smells like freshly ironed white shirt or a cold shower: clean, neat. Attractiveness level: 4/10. Pleasant but dispensable. If you already have a powerful fresh scent, you don’t need it; it’s a commodity. Overall rating: 69/100.
Want to smell like you’ve just opened your Tupperware with cucumber inside? Use this.
Simple and fresh, smells like shampoo. I love it, although there is a bit of alcohol at first.
Excellent price. The quality is average but it delivers, and for summer it smells lovely and is usually well-received. Great buy.
It’s okay, smells nice but neither very good nor very bad. I love the apple scent, although it’s a bit ‘meh’. The atomiser on the bottle isn’t good; it doesn’t distribute the perfume well.
A 10/10.
A simple fragrance that delivers. Many arrive with expectations that it is a niche scent, well gentlemen, don’t be stupid, this is clean laundry scent. An outing between cucumber water and green apple with something floral, and personally I feel it a bit marine. For me, it is peace, a fragrance for dressing simply and going for a walk watching the sunset after a long hot day. For me, regardless of what others say, it is easily a 9/10, it is one of the few that conveys peace to me.
They throw a lot of hate at the fragrance but the truth is it’s fresh, fruity, herbal and a bit cheeky, but for the price it is one of the best there is.
Cool and slightly sweet. Yes, it smells like cucumber even if it’s not an official note. Its bad reputation comes from being so good and cheap, plus being very popular. It’s an excellent perfume if you consider its ridiculous price. The projection and longevity surpass brands like Dolce & Gabbana. Yes, it’s synthetic, but pleasant. I don’t mind that my opinion is unpopular; the detractors’ hate is irrational; they hate it because everyone uses it. Many call it a ‘nicher killer’ because it generates more compliments than niche perfumes, and it has achieved this perfectly by pleasing the majority.
I know it’s an over-saturated topic, but it’s one of my favourites. That green apple and aquatic notes make it very fresh. Thanks to it, I’m a fan of perfumes for the heat. Plus, the price is very accessible, ideal for starting in the world of perfumes.
Only novices who think more expensive is better detest this fragrance… within its price range, it is the absolute champion and unbeatable. I dare say that if its projection were higher and its duration slightly better, it could dethrone many famous perfumes and place itself among the best; it pleases 9 out of 10 people, men and women alike.
Perfect for the gym and summer, a key option for showering then heading to work without anyone forgetting you. It’s incredible that it smells this good for the price; I still don’t understand it, haha. Highly recommended purchase, you’ll definitely receive compliments, even women at the market have smelled me.
Good for school or work, but it doesn’t last long nor project much, so if you’re out all day you’ll need to reapply. Note: in cold weather, even if you spray the whole bottle, it won’t be noticeable. Only recommend it with temperatures above 26-27 degrees.
I’d been dreading buying it for months due to the reviews, but seeing the accessible price made me think: what have I got to lose? Turns out, it’s a great purchase. It’s not magic or olfactory art, but it smells fantastic and leaves you feeling clean and secure. Don’t let the hate drag you down; it smells exactly what it smells like. Try it yourself, let it work on your skin and clothes. For €15, lasting over six hours and projecting well for the first two, it’s absurd. I put it on hours ago at home and people have already asked. If you don’t like it, no harm done, but you’ll thank yourself later.
This is my opinion based on the scent and performance, something many people doubt. At the start, it’s as if you were eating a green apple in a freshly mown field. After 2 or 3 hours, the aquatic and sweet part begins, given by the floral notes. After 4 hours, it becomes musky, subtly sweet and creamy (what stands out most is that musky and creamy part). Speaking of performance (based on an average afternoon doing sport): I showered, applied moisturiser at 5 pm, sweated, showered again, and now as I write this (12:44) I still feel a slight reminiscence of the musk and sandalwood. In conclusion, the fragrance lasts me about 6 to 7 hours, which is more than adequate knowing it is an eau de toilette. I hope this long text helps encourage you to try it.
I bought it last week after watching a thousand videos. It smells rich; is it the best? No, but for this price, it’s top. It smells more like delicious cucumber juice than apple to me. Ideal for summer. Ten sprays without any issues. It doesn’t last forever, but don’t expect much from a €20 perfume like Nautica Voyage. I received compliments on the first day, no joke. Would I recommend it? Without a doubt, it’s one of the best under $20.
Fresh and soft, but the longevity feels short. Works well for everyday wear.
A simple yet winning formula. Nautica Voyage proves that simplicity works too. It’s a scent everyone enjoys, with an aquatic opening reminiscent of sea cucumber, super refreshing and easy to wear. It smells fresh, is cheap (around $13), although many find its performance lacking. On skin, I get 3–4 hours with moderate projection, and on clothes it reaches 5–6 hours, but for the price, we can’t ask for more. Perfect for summer, especially those days when the sun leaves you breathless; it’s great for sport or the gym because it’s not overpowering and smells glorious. 100% recommended.
Hello, there’s not much to say about ‘Mata Nichos’ (and not because it’s bad). It’s the best thing you can grab if you’re on a tight budget or just starting out in perfumery. Even if you’re experienced, you’ll surely find a spot for it in your wardrobe. I love it so much. Scent 10/10, longevity 9/10, and sillage 8/10.
Out of everything I’ve tried, this was the first one I owned and it hooked me from the start. I wouldn’t call it super versatile, but it’s perfect for casual days, school, or a date. Despite what some say, it’s a scent people love and delivers brilliantly for the price. At first, it smells synthetic, more like cucumber than green apple, but it holds up well: about 3–4 hours initially, and once it settles, it lasts 5–6 hours without issue. You can find it cheap almost everywhere and it’s worth every euro; it will always have a place in my collection.
Perfect for the gym; one of the cleanest, freshest options available. No wonder they call it ‘La Mata Nichos’ – it smells incredible.
It’s the typical ideal perfume for mild or warm days, whether at the office or for daily routines. On my skin, it highlights notes of cucumber, apple, and watermelon rind. Although it’s fresh, after a year it eventually bored me. I don’t think it remains a ‘nicher killer’, especially with the current offer of Arabic perfumery, where there are more interesting options with better projection and longevity.
Picked it up for around 20,000 pesos; I’ve lost track of the exact price, but given the scent and value, it’s an absolute beast. Smells fresh, green, with marine notes, perfect for everyday wear and something you’ll want to reapply all day. Projects beautifully both indoors and out, and even in Santiago’s heat or on the metro, it doesn’t become overwhelming at all. 100% recommended; buy blind because you won’t regret it.
Deliciously clean, fresh, and above all, the scent of a man who cares about smelling good without spending much. It’s a delight that I keep buying despite having more expensive options like Hugo Man or Tommy. It belongs to that line of informal, casual aromas that never go out of style; they don’t smell like vintage perfumes such as Pino Silvestre.
A perfume that, given the price, you can’t expect too much from. When I heard it smelled like cucumber water, I couldn’t believe it until I tried it and indeed it did, hahaha. Still, it’s a quite pleasant scent, but be warned: it doesn’t last at all.
What a lovely perfume! I’d always heard good things about it and decided to give it a try. It has a fresh, fruity opening, nothing sharp, with green and aquatic notes and a subtle apple sweetness. The floral heart with lotus and mimosa adds a soft touch. I adore the dry-down: everything becomes clean thanks to the musk, cedar, and amber. It’s a relaxing and soft scent. Yes, it feels generic and doesn’t outshine designer fragrances, but it surpasses many cheap blue perfumes. If you’re looking for something fresh for the heat, it’s a good choice: you’ll always smell clean. On me, it lasts four hours with one hour of projection and a one-metre trail. Ideal for meetings, the office, or with friends; not for parties or formal dates. Recommended from age 12. 7/10: fresh, clean, and relaxing.
Fresh and rich fragrance at first, but I grew quite tired of it with regular use.
Clean and fresh scent with a fruity touch that is pleasing at first. It’s a simple fragrance, easy to wear, with decent longevity. Although rich at the outset, it eventually grew on me; I wouldn’t buy it again as there are better options available on the market, even at this price point.
I don’t like it at all; it smells like a fishmonger’s shop.
The classic Nautica Voyage stands out for being clean and has a creamy touch when it dries down. It delivers, but the projection is poor and the longevity mediocre; however, for the price, it’s worth it. Mostly, I’d recommend it for the gym, everyday wear, and younger people. I’d use it more for school and daily outings.
For the price, it’s a bargain. Yes, it smells like cucumber water, but it’s so delicious. The triple B: good, beautiful, and cheap. It doesn’t last long, but what can you expect for this price? It doesn’t sting when applied; I use it every time I get out of the shower or for any daily occasion, just to enjoy that lovely breeze that lifts my spirits. Scent 9/10, longevity 5/10, value for money 10/10. A great fragrance for beginners or anyone who wants to smell good, simply because they can, at any time.
With this fragrance, one must be fair. It’s ideal for everyday wear for anyone who wants to smell good and stylish without complications or spending a fortune. It smells fresh and masculine, and women adore it (in my collection, it’s the one that receives the most compliments). It lasts about four hours; you need to reapply to finish the day, but given the price, it’s no bother. It has good projection for the first two hours and then settles into your personal bubble. Without a doubt, it gives you that image of a clean, masculine man. For its price, it’s an absolute bargain.
