For me, one of the best in the family, without a doubt. Although it has ‘voyage’ in the name, it doesn’t smell the same; it’s more citrusy and pleasant. It’s perfect for going out or working out. Fragrance 9/10, longevity 7/10, sillage 7/10, and staying power 8/10.
I wanted to try it on my skin as it’s at a good price online and is newly released. Four months ago I bought Nautica Life, which smells fresh at first and then like wood. To me, the highly praised Voyage Sport doesn’t suit me; in fact, I can’t stand wearing it. Voyage Sport is fresher and more wearable than Voyage, smells good and fresh. I already have many fresh perfumes and feel it adds nothing new; it smells very similar to Nautica Life, except this one has a different and more citrusy touch. Anyway, I consider it a good fresh perfume for those who aren’t collectors or don’t have many, but if you already have citrus and fresh perfumes, this adds nothing new.
It’s the best scent in the Nautica collection. Good smell, durability and very fresh.
Indeed it’s fresh and stings a bit at the start, feels like an after-shave. Very soft, the marine and green apple notes make an exquisite combo, youthful, relaxing and casual. Unfortunately the longevity is tiny, one or two hours, and the trail is imperceptible. Am I the perfume snob or did I get a defective batch? It’s original but the performance equates to an after-shave. I gifted it to a friend who fixes citrus better, and on him it’s barely noticeable skin-deep. I bathed in it for the gym and when I sweated it woke up a bit, I felt it better for a couple of hours. Very suitable for infernal climates. It’s much better than D&G Light Blue and costs a quarter of the price.
Indeed, it’s fresh and sharp for a bit at the beginning, like an aftershave. Very soft, with an exquisite combo of marine and green apple notes: youthful, relaxing, and super casual. Unfortunately, the longevity is minimal, one or two hours, and the sillage is almost non-existent. Oh dear! Am I the perfume killer, or did I get a defective batch? It’s original, but the performance is equal to an aftershave. I gifted it to a friend who holds citrus notes better, and even for him, it’s barely noticeable skin-deep. I bathed with it for the gym, and when I sweated, it woke up a bit and I felt it better for a few hours. It’s ideal for infernal climates. Much better than D&G Light Blue and costs a quarter of the price.
Nautica Voyage Sport is simple, with no pretensions other than smelling good. It’s woody aquatic with a fruity opening that gives a pineapple sensation, perhaps due to the mix of citrus and sea salt. As it dries, woody notes give it a masculine personality. For its modest price, you can’t ask for more; it smells good even if the components aren’t natural. Average duration 5 to 7 hours and can be over-applied without regrets. Versatile use, preferably spring and summer. It reminded me more of Azzaro Chrome than Bleu de Chanel, although it has less complex development.
Nautica Voyage Sport is simple, unpretentious, just for smelling good. It’s woody and aquatic, with a fruity opening that seemed like pineapple, perhaps due to the blend of citrus and salt. As it dries down, the woody notes give it its masculine touch. For the price, you can’t ask for more; it smells good even if the components don’t sound natural. It lasts between 5 and 7 hours and can be layered without regrets. Ideal for spring and summer. It reminded me more of Chrome by Azzaro than Bleu de Chanel, with a less complex development.
It’s almost identical to Nautica Life, with a less sweet opening and trail. Citrus notes are felt at first. I consider its longevity poor; I feel it’s unisex and ideal for hot days.
Nothing suits it as well as ‘sport’; it’s a fragrance where you can apply up to 18 sprays without getting dizzy or annoying others. It activates softly when you sweat and leaves you exactly as you are once dry. Vetiver and apple for half an hour duration without leaving a trace.
Nothing suits it better than the term ‘sport’. It’s one of those you can spray up to 18 times without overwhelming anyone or being annoying. It activates gently when you’re sweating, and if you’re already dry after exercise, it leaves you exactly as it found you. Vetiver and apple for half an hour, without leaving a trace.
Divergent smell. The opening is totally synthetic and of low quality, pleasant? Not really, it’s like the Light Blue Intense Man by Dolce Gabbana (bitter fresh). Then things improve. The dry-down base is very similar to Lacoste Essential: sweet, green, fresh, comfortable, and nothing pretentious or hateful like the opening. Longevity 3 to 5 hours depending on the sprays, soft projection. Recommended only if you need something for the gym. Accessible price $350 MX ($17 USD approx).
Different scent. The opening is low-quality synthetic, pleasant? Not really, like the Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Intense (bitter fresh). Then it improves. The dry-down is very similar to Lacoste Essential, sweet, fresh green, comfortable and unpretentious. Longevity 3 to 5 hours depending on sprays, soft projection. Recommended only for the gym. Affordable price 350 MX (approx $17 USD).
Longevity? What a laugh. It’s at $13 and I understand why. It’s the 15-minute perfume. For anyone who doesn’t want it to linger on their skin, it’s useless.
Longevity? What a laugh. It’s found for $13 and I understand why. It’s the 15-minute perfume and that’s it. For those who don’t want to feel like they’re smelling of perfume on their skin. Useless.
The scent is pleasant at first, nothing overpowering. The marine and citrus notes are very prominent, a typical Nautica house aroma, perfect for daytime and summer. Longevity is poor, so apply more sprays of Nautica Voyage Sport for better performance.
Smells like its sibling Blue but with a rich marine touch, though very synthetic; it does not mention apple. Ideal straight out of the shower, affordable price and youthful, it suits even a 50-year-old.
It’s aquatic, fresh, pleasant and bold. It has just one problem: its miserable longevity. As soon as you put it on, you know it shouldn’t carry an ‘Eau de toilette’ label. It’s like an aftershave cologne, similar to Pravia Hay or Orange Blossom. I even dare to say those colognes have more sillage and last the same, though they are enjoyed to a minimum extent. I’m not sure it will unleash its potential in much heat, like Vibrant Leather or Legend from Mont Blanc. Nautica Voyage Sport has a fixation of 3 to 3.5 hours. Its opening feels like cold red fruits, lasts five minutes, and soon comes out the salt, the marine, the citrus and the coriander. This effect radiates joy, being a lively person. Like the good-natured uncle who drops by and the nephews want to see him on weekends. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it due to its scarce longevity and sillage. I can’t even describe its evolution. I know cheap ones need over-application (I put on a minimum of six sprays), but one day I increased it to 8 or 10 and it made no difference.
It’s been two years in my small but growing collection. For extreme heat days, it’s brilliant; I think that’s why so many people in Monterrey use it; this fragrance does the same as Tecate or Corona beer: you have to use it and consume it if at all possible on scorching hot days. Smell 7/10, delivers on the citrus front and is an energising aroma that makes you feel clean but as if you’ve sweated lemon, giving it a medium-dark tone. Price 10 ⭐, it’s a bargain, buy it. Performance 6/10, a bit fleeting; to make it last longer, you need to be sweating a little.
I’ve worn it for two years in my collection. It’s brilliant for extreme heat days; I think that’s why so many people in Monterrey use it. It does what Tecate or Corona beer does: it must be worn and consumed on proper hot days. Scent is 7/10; it delivers on the citrus, gives you energy, makes you feel clean but like you’re sweating lemon, a medium-dark tone. Price is 10 ⭐, it’s a bargain, buy it. Performance is 6/10, a bit fleeting; to make it last longer, you need to be sweating a little.
Good perfume, excellent for the heat, highlights the citrus notes. For the price, 9/10.
Reminds me of Hugo Boss Soul. Curiously, despite being a Sport, I find it slightly heavier and sweeter than the original. Pleasant aroma and, given the price, it’s fine.
Very good and fresh, typical for the gym or university in summer. I recommend carrying it to reapply throughout the day.
Fresh and masculine aroma, good price. HOWEVER… the longevity is almost non-existent. It projects for fifteen minutes and lasts an hour on skin. It’s like a refreshing water. I wouldn’t recommend it, unless it’s just for the gym, as it will only last your workout hour.
A good option if you can’t afford Dolce Gabbana Sport. I didn’t think it would be so similar. Perhaps its projection and fixation aren’t of the same quality, but it’s incredibly cheap.
A good option if you can’t afford the Dolce Gabbana Sport. I truly didn’t think it would be so similar, of course, perhaps its projection and fixation aren’t of the same quality, but it’s incredibly cheap.
Please note this is just my experience; other skin pHs might perform better. For me, the scent lasts nothing. I sprayed 15-20 times and nothing; literally, my girlfriend had to press her nose against my neck to smell anything. I detected no notes or development. I had high expectations based on the notes, but it was worse. I rule out it being counterfeit as I bought it at the official shopping centre.
What a pity its poor longevity. It could have been my favourite, but it vanished after half an hour 🙁
It’s in my top five for scent, but the longevity is terribly mediocre and the sillage ranges from average to poor; truly lamentable. Yet, I remain completely smitten with it.
It’s a pity they last so short a time, because the scent is excellent. Fresh and energetic, but it disappears in half an hour, in less than a sigh. It lasts much less than a CK One. Scent: 9/10, Longevity: 3/10.
It opens with strong citrus notes similar to Dolce Gabbana’s Light Blue, then the spicy green apple and geranium come through, all accompanied by marine and salty notes. In the end, it smells very woody and fresh. On my skin, it lasted between 7 and 8 hours, which is quite a bit, considering I didn’t think it would last anything given the comments. It’s very fresh. The projection is good for an hour; the second hour is low but you can still feel it.
Fantastic scent. Unlike most reviews, I believe its longevity is moderate. The complaints are probably due to its very soft, almost non-existent sillage. Although for the price, it’s well worth using generously for the rest of the summer. If I boost it, it becomes one of the best options for hot days.
It has a very refreshing, soft yet delicious aroma.
Honestly, this perfume is a gem that nobody talks about. I bought it blindly two years ago and my wife was one of its favourites; she told me how incredible it was that she liked it, as technically it was my easiest purchase. I think it holds up well against the tropical notes. At night, it’s a different story, especially in air-conditioned environments. I reapplied it to my hand and it’s another blind buy of marine, citrus, and green notes.
The truth is, it stands out from the rest of the line. In my case, I don’t feel it lasts long, but if you like to smell good at the gym or wear perfume after a shower, it’s a very good option.
I’ve tried several NAUTICA scents: Voyage, N83, Blue, Heritage, etc., and this is right in the middle; neither the best nor the worst. Like all of them, it has a pleasant opening, but the longevity is scarce. It smells innocent, like a good guy who doesn’t break dishes or say bad words. It’s for sunny, hot days, nothing for the evening. It has an aromatic scent that doesn’t invite sport (the name ‘Sport’ doesn’t suit it), but rather to relax. It lasts about 30 minutes and you have to reapply until you’re nauseous. It smells odd, like a mix of cleanliness, spa, and floristry. It reminds me of Lacoste’s Booster and Guy Laroche’s Horizon. Is it worth it? For me, no. It’s a cheap blind buy I wouldn’t repeat. Better to go for Voyage.
I remember this perfume with great fondness from my teenage years. It has facets similar to D&G’s Light Blue, but taken to crisper waters with a less robust base, like a gentle sea. That makes it last less than Dolce Gabbana, a pity, but for the price it’s brilliant for everyday wear. Yes, I received several compliments when I wore it.
Personally, I prefer Heritage, as they share many similarities but this smells less woody and feels lighter. It’s fine as a post-shower scent for staying at home, but it doesn’t stand out in any way.
The marine and salty scent is top-notch, but the performance is a disaster. I wear it at the gym because it’s not overpowering in the heat; I apply eight sprays before and after, and it barely lasts until the workout is over. However, for the price, it’s excellent.
