  Nino Amadeo, co-founder of Reminiscence, launches his own brand with Magnificent Leather. If you’re looking for leather, look elsewhere; here, fig reigns supreme. As always, NA knows what he’s doing and it smells wonderful. At first, it seems like leather will emerge, but it quickly steps aside to let fig take centre stage. The other notes aren’t very noticeable, just providing a lovely balance to that sweet, green fig that projects about a metre for around two hours. By four hours, the soft suede-like leather becomes more apparent along with a woody base, sitting very close to the skin. Surprisingly, at six hours it rises again and projects better at around 15cm, lasting another two hours. It’s well-constructed and that fig is a delight. The downside is the performance on my skin, so it’s best to try it to see how it suits you. At least the price isn’t outrageous. Au revoir!
