  It’s a beautiful iris, one of the finest I’ve tried. It feels like a cross between Monegal’s Impossible Iris, sweeter and soapy, and Naruto’s Dama Koupa, more floral and powdery. Although I already own several iris fragrances and haven’t bought it yet, it’s not due to dislike but logic; my instinct after testing it is to add it to my wishlist, but reason holds me back. The blend of iris with the dirty sweetness of licorice is brilliant, and the hint of anise and fennel gives it a very special touch. The leather and musk base adds density, texture, and a character reminiscent of Dior Homme Parfum. The intensity is moderate, but the longevity is excellent, almost like an extrait, with a contained yet sufficient projection. In short, it’s a well-rounded fragrance of exceptional quality, perfect for cold days or mild spring and summer evenings. Scent: 10, Longevity: 9, Projection: 7, Value for money: 7, Versatility: 8, Originality: 7, Overall: 9.5
