Lucía Bright Aura is a super-citrusy EDT at first, like a rich summer lemonade. The flowers add femininity without overpowering the lemon or the blackcurrants. Smells clean and energising. If you like I Love Love, you’ll adore this. It lasts 3–4 hours with moderate projection, perhaps longer in the heat.
Citrus notes tend to be acidic on my skin, but this one is delicious, fresh and slightly sweet. The magnolia adds a charming touch, and I catch a hint of green tea even though it’s not listed. It lasts around four hours, which is unusual for a catalogue EDT. My favourite of the season and I already have a refill.
On my skin, citrus notes tend to turn sour, whether from a designer brand, a celebrity line or a catalogue scent, but this smells delicious, super fresh with a sweet touch; the magnolia adds a delightful freshness. It doesn’t claim to have green tea, yet I can detect it on my skin. As a catalogue EDT, it lasts about four hours, something many designer fragrances would envy. It’s one of my favourites for spring and summer, and I’ve already secured a refill.
Lucía Bright Aura is a soft, green touch where lime (or lemon) takes the lead with a natural sweetness. On my skin, it’s a lemonade with lemon balm and delicate flowers, nothing synthetic. It lasts about three hours, but I don’t mind reapplying.
