  • Kikumoto EG

A ten out of ten citrus for me. Good longevity, acceptable projection, and a super refreshing trail. The petit grain with cedar and mint blends perfectly and is what really stands out. Worth the price despite being expensive; it smells wonderful and lasts a long time.

I’ve just discovered a reference in floral citrus. I love this Orangea; it’s like an evolution of Neroli Portofino with a creamy touch and a dry-down similar to Eau des Sens. I don’t understand why it doesn’t have more hype; it seems like a work of art made from petit grain. Highly recommended; I already have my bottle and will use it up quickly as I’ll wear it all the time.

I’ve just discovered a benchmark in citrus floral perfumes. I love this Orangea. It’s an evolution of Neroli Portofino with a creamy touch that suits me perfectly and a dry-down style like Eau des Sens. I don’t understand why it doesn’t have more hype as I think it’s a work of art regarding petit grain. Highly recommended, I already have my bottle and I think I’ll finish it because I plan to use it a lot.

  • What a wonder! Freshness, elegance, and a delicious natural scent in its simplicity. The first time I liked it for being very green, a tribute to orange leaf. The second time I enjoyed it more, especially due to the bursts that last up to eight hours, so I bought the 18ml. But the third time, from the very first minute, I fell in love definitively and will use it as my signature scent this summer; I need the 100ml. It no longer smells just green; I notice natural nuances like bergamot, clean woody base, a hint of mint, and that incredible performance from the house without heavy chemical additives or synthetics. It projects well and is a compliment machine with a juicy summer freshness. The name comes from the tree, it doesn’t smell like orange or orange blossom, so don’t be disappointed 😉 Not like Neroli Portofino or Nenuco. An 11 out of 10.

  • What a marvel! Freshness, elegance, and a natural, simple, delicious scent. I loved it at first for its green notes and homage to the bitter orange leaf, but over time the bursts keep coming even after eight hours. I’m truly in love and will use it as my signature this summer; I need the 100ml bottle. It no longer just smells green; there are natural bergamot notes, clean woods, and a hint of mint. Incredible performance without heavy synthetics. It projects that juicy summer freshness so well. It doesn’t smell like orange or neroli, so don’t be disappointed. An 11 out of 10.

  • Aromatic marvel. Petit grain, citrus, a mentholated touch, clean and creamy. I love it from the start; the opening is fresh and revitalising. The opening is pure spectacle, with well-executed and balanced accords; simple but addictive. It gives energy and evokes a lot. The dry-down is creamier and woodier. All natural, no synthetics, from Profum Roma’s big scents. Summer, daytime, and unisex. Semi-formal; a treat to keep your nose close to your hand. However, the performance disappoints: skin scent fades in two hours. For the scent alone I could buy the large bottle, but with that price and performance, it doesn’t tempt me.

  • Green and sparkling at first with bergamot and petit grain, then dries down to a listed orange blossom that smells super fresh and natural. The base is cedarwood with a mentholated touch that reinforces the freshness. It’s a simple yet elegant fragrance, with a slight sharp edge that makes it addictive. Perfect for summer if you’re looking for green, citrus scents without any sweetness. Moderate trail and lasts about 8 hours on my skin. Thanks to @Mithrandir I got to try it. Scent 7/10, longevity 8/10, trail 7/10, value for money 6.5/10, versatility 6/10, packaging 6/10. Haven’t bought it yet.

  • It is a marvel of a scent certainly. Petit grain citrus a touch of menthol clean and creamy all at once. I love it from the start: a fresh and revitalising opening. The opening is pure spectacle well-executed and balanced accords simple yet addictive. It gives off a lot of energy and is tremendously evocative. The dry-down becomes creamier and woodier. All natural with nothing synthetic; true perfumery masterpieces from Profumum Roma. It is summery daytime and unisex ideal for semi-formal occasions. A delight that makes you want to keep your nose right next to the wrist… However I am not sure what is going on with the performance. It stays close to the skin after a maximum of two hours. And it is a pity. For the scent alone I could see myself reaching for the full bottle but with that price and that performance it does not tempt me.

  • Orangea is an olfactory experience with a sharp citrus opening of bergamot that blends with warm earthy notes of cedar leaves; just as it seems the scent might lean too woody mint steps in to elevate it to the level of the great perfumes. It is very easy to enjoy and versatile for any season: while the citrus opening shines more in the heat the wood and mint keep it interesting in the cold making it a true all-rounder. Although it is a great composition it is not innovative as there are other perfumes with similar profiles with Amouage’s Hut Beach Man being the closest; both share similar notes and high quality. The performance is good: it lasts 7 to 8 hours with a projection of about a metre for the first two or three hours before settling close to the skin until the end. I would not give it a rating because it would not do justice to this wonderful aroma but I do recognise it could be a signature scent very versatile and with supreme-quality ingredients like almost everything from Profumum Roma.
