At first, it doesn’t grab you; I bought it on offer and got it for half price. Now I’m using it for the third time: the opening is moderate, with noticeable oud, rose and patchouli. As it dries, it becomes a blend of wood with an animalic touch. Initially, the rose and oud dominate, but once it settles on the skin, it’s rich, intense and seductive. I sprayed it four times and could smell it through my face mask; it left a trail everywhere, with spectacular projection and longevity. Be warned, the rose is very prominent, smelling of strong flower mixed with oud and animal notes. Highly recommended for men with a personality, it really makes an impact. The magic is in the dry-down: after 25 minutes it truly unfolds. Final rating: 8/10.
