JV x NJ by John Varvatos is an aromatic fougère fragrance for men. Launched in 2018, this olfactory composition was created by perfumer Harry Fremont. In its opening, the fragrance unfolds a vibrant accord of cascalone, mandarin, lime, and pink pepper. The heart reveals a fresh and herbaceous harmony with lavender, mint, sage, rosemary, and Hedione. Finally, the base settles on a warm and woody foundation thanks to Clearwood and sandalwood.

Youthful floral sporty fragrance for warm weather. Bought blind in 4.2 oz and I’m very happy; I wouldn’t change it when it runs out. Citrus-fruity opening, followed by a dose of mentholated calone, and I detect oakmoss. With this perfume, you’ll receive countless compliments.
Good fragrance at a great price ($30). Youthful and modern aroma, very versatile: it’s fresh yet has a rich sweetness that makes it usable in any weather. A bit generic; reminded me of several others, like Eros Aqua, but it smells good. I recommend it if you can find it for $30 or at most $40; any more and it feels too expensive. Ideal for young students.

It’s versatile: perfect for spring, summer, and heat, day and night. Lasts about five hours on skin and eight on clothes (the last three hours are very faint). Projects little, half an arm or less, and the trail is almost non-existent. Perfect for the office, dates, or dinner, but not for going out at night or to clubs due to lack of potency.

Absolute rubbish. It lasts the length of a sigh; by two hours, there’s no scent left. If it doesn’t last, it doesn’t matter how nice it smells. I absolutely do not recommend it. I bought it on Fragrancenet.
