  Indochine 25 smells odd due to that honey note, which gives it an animalic or bramble-like quality. Cardamom accompanies it, very similar to Kilian’s Intoxicated, but more edible than aromatic, which isn’t to my taste. The base features benzoin and sandalwood that last throughout the fragrance, keeping the honey at full strength with a sensation that might turn some people off. It’s an original scent, but I’d only wear it rarely, in cold weather, for special and very elegant occasions. I’m not sure if it’s the sandalwood or the honey, but it doesn’t react well on my skin, leaving me with doubts. In the end, I wouldn’t buy it, though it’s worth trying. Rating: 6.5/10 (it would rise if the honey didn’t do that).
