Perfumer
Pierre Guillaume
Pierre Guillaume is a renowned perfumer. He grew up in a family of chemists, surrounded by the world of aromas from an early age. He spent his childhood collecting essential oils and fragrant materials. At just 25 years old, Pierre began his journey in perfumery by trying to recreate the smell of his father’s cigar cellar. This experiment created "02 Cozé", a spiced tobacco accord built on the basis of Epicène-Gamma, which caught the attention of critics and professional buyers, earning him recognition in the perfume blogosphere and around the world.
In 2010, Pierre founded his own company, Pierre Guillaume Diffusion. He equipped it with his own production studio, a warehouse of raw materials, and a dedicated bottling line exclusively for the creation of his perfumes. As the company expanded, a second workshop was inaugurated in 2015. Today, Pierre Guillaume Paris is an independent, family-run Composition House operating in almost 390 points of sale across 26 countries.
Pierre’s collaborations include composing Daimiris and Esvedra for Laboratorio Olfattivo and creating 17 fragrances for Phaedon Paris.
Pierre Guillaume’s approach to perfume creation has its roots in his training as a chemist and his passion for olfactory exploration. He is known for his contemporary, inventive and poetic perfumery, striving to produce wearable products of high quality at realistic prices. His work is characterised by his commitment to total creative and financial independence.
Working from his own workshops, located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanos of Auvergne, Pierre develops an eclectic range of perfumes. His collections have grown since the creation of his brand, including the Numeraire Collection, Black Collection (launched in 2010), Cruise Collection (launched in 2015) and White Collection (launched in 2019).
Pierre Guillaume Paris is an independent, family-run perfumery that stands out for its commitment to quality and creative freedom.
