Suede, when it dries out the incense note emerges with a sweet vanilla base. Beautiful, very rich. (This isn’t Coca Papi 😂)
I don’t know what it’s a clone of, but it’s a classic Arab combo of oud, rose, and vanilla with a very well-balanced leather base that becomes the protagonist in the dry down. It reminds me a bit of Replica By The Fireplace or its cousin Ishq Al Shuyukh Gold, just less dense. It’s delicious and totally recommended. Good performance and completely unisex.
The opening is a little odd; I don’t know how to describe it; the good stuff is in the dry down: it’s a very clean and heavy aroma with leather and vanilla notes. Good quality at a truly good price. It is an autumn and winter unisex fragrance.
Although most websites categorise it as feminine, the truth is it leans more masculine, and believe me, since I always steer clear of sweet, very floral, or extremely fruity fragrances; I tend towards woods, leather, and incense. Here the equation differs slightly; it is true and undeniable that there is sweetness, very similar to Colombian arequipe, to which we add a smoky touch, probably from the wood fire where it was prepared, and close with suede that gives it texture. Is it for everyone? No, it has a strong presence and potency that will fracture weak noses. Will it earn compliments? Yes, but only from people without a refined sense of smell, because it is a unique scent that resembles nothing, and many fear that, preferring the mass-produced. Enduring longevity, abyssal projection; I have poor pH and fragrances usually don’t last long on me, but this one surpasses 10 hours on skin and lasts days on clothes. Anecdote: I went to test fragrances and, as is custom, ended up with a dozen in different zones, but I clarify I’m talking about other Arab scents; this one erased them all after a while, having devoured any other aroma.

Yes but only from people with poor olfactory senses because it’s a unique scent that resembles nothing else and many fear that by preferring mass-market options. Tea, leather, and incense—that’s the evolution. A unisex aroma, but the kind that would look stunning on male skin. It’s not projecty, unlike Lattafa Ameer al Oudh Intense Oud, yet it is long-lasting. Some say it resembles By The Fireplace; I don’t think so; it recalls Isqh Al Shuyukh Gold (Rosendo Mateu 5) more, though even that is only a distant match regarding the smoky aspect. Here, the vanilla isn’t the star; it’s less sweet, with incense enveloping the leather (not one of those intense in that vibe). It smells well-constructed, refined, elegant, informal, and attractive—sober, without shouting ‘look at me’, yet denoting originality for the wearer. The Pride line from this house is almost always a successful acquisition at a convenient price. I see it for autumn and winter, daytime wear, and any occasion. It lasts on my skin for over 6 or 7 hours, easily.
It’s truly distinct from most perfumes, bearing a strong resemblance to Lattafa Isqh Gold, though I’m unaware of the niche fragrances it’s supposed to emulate. I love it, what a pity it’s not suited for spring and summer. It smells genuinely niche and the price is ridiculous; in fact, I haven’t bought a designer fragrance in about five years, as for the $100 cost of a branded one, I can buy four Arab perfumes (Afnan, Armaf, Lattafa, or Alhambra). Greetings from Chile.

A beast of a fragrance. Beware of the sprays, as you risk painting yourself; it’s not that it’s annoying, but rather too invasive. Smells of toasted notes and chocolate, something charming. Compliments are moderate to low, but when it comes to scent… it just works.
It smells as if you’ve walked into a leather shop, bought a waistcoat or jacket, and headed to church draped in incense. That is its scent from start to finish; in my case, it proved unpleasant and off-putting—neither my husband nor I liked it. I think it will only serve as an ornament in our collection since the bottle is beautiful. Do not buy it blindly, as it is not easy to enjoy.
It smells as if you walked into a leather shop, bought a waistcoat or jacket, and so, smelling intensely of leather, you went to church and stayed impregnated with incense. That’s its scent from start to finish; in my case, it resulted in being annoying and unpleasant, neither my husband nor I liked it. I think it will only serve as decoration because the bottle is beautiful. Don’t buy it blind because it’s not easy to like.
I have it and it surprises with projection, longevity, and scent: warm, suede-like, sweet but not cloying, with a great personality. I dare to say that if I gave it a name, it would be the Yellow Beast (The Yellow Beast 😎👌🏻). One of my favourite Lattafa Pride scents.
It’s an underrated fragrance; if you see Lattafa Pride buy it without hesitation. It features a suede-leather-vanilla blend that’s sweet but not cloying. In the style of Isqali Gold and Al Ameer Noble it projects well for about three hours on my skin and lasts until I shower. It’s a beast mode. I paid $445 for it on Mercado Libre via The Fragrance.
It’s an underrated perfume. When you see it says Lattafa Pride, buy without doubt. It highlights the suede-leather-vanilla; it’s sweet but not cloying. In the style of ISQH Gold and Al Noble Ameer. On my skin about 3 hours projecting and lasts until you shower. It’s a beast mode. I paid $445 on Mercado in The Fragrance.
I love it; it’s not for everyone; people have told me I smell odd, but I love it. It lasts a very long time and projects more; it’s the fragrance with the best performance in my collection. You barely touch the atomiser and it smells like too much perfume.
Something strange happened with this perfume. I wore it one winter morning to uni, running late, and sat on the first bench near the door. I applied more to gauge the projection. During the class, strong bursts of that particular Al Areeq scent arrived; with the heat, I felt it smelling more and more, until I wondered if it was too much, but I enjoyed it immensely. At the end, the teacher stopped, looked at us, and said: ‘Someone smells very rich’. Several classmates nodded that something smelled strong and rich. It was this beast that filled the whole room through the door. I’ve never had a perfume cause that.
Something strange happened with this perfume. One winter morning, I was late for uni and sat on the first free bench near the door. Knowing it well, I applied a bit more to test its projection. Throughout the lecture, strong bursts of that distinctive Al Areeq scent reached me; as I warmed up, it seemed to intensify until I wondered if it was too much, yet I enjoyed it immensely. When the lesson ended, the lecturer paused, looked around, and said, ‘Someone smells very rich,’ while several classmates nodded, confirming that something smelled both strong and delightful. It was this beast that had filled the entire room, drifting in through the door. I’d never had a perfume cause such a reaction before.
I just bought it on sale and what a fragrance! Instantly reminded me of Magnificently Dubai by Jo Malone for Zara; they share notes. The other smells more citrusy, while here the tea stands out. I’ve grown tired of designer feminine scents. Since I tried unisex and masculine scents from Arab and niche brands, I’m not going back 😂. Longevity and projection are very acceptable for the price. Incredible perfume.
I just bought it on Compra Colectiva and what a beautiful fragrance! The moment I smelled it it reminded me of Magnificently Dubai by Jo Malone for Zara. I later checked that they share some notes. The former has a more gourmand opening whereas here the tea note is more prominent. I’ve grown tired of designer feminine scents. Since I tried unisex and masculine Arabic and niche fragrances I haven’t looked back 😂. Lasting power and projection are very acceptable for the price. Incredible perfume.
The leather and saffron are one. They complement the rest of the notes perfectly. The black tea gives a mossy, damp base, like leather freshly wet on one side and well-treated dry on the other. Elegant and distinctive.
I was surprised on first use. It smells like sweet suede, as if bathed in warm honey and dark tea. It’s a soft, elegant gourmand and nothing cloying. I’ve worn it for 4 days and it’s addictive: the more you smell it, the more it captivates you. It projects well without being overpowering and lasts hours, glowing like golden amber. I recommend it for autumn, winter, and spring; in summer it can be heavy due to the sweetness. People come closer to smell it and ask what I’m wearing, which is a good sign. If you like soft, sweet leather, don’t hesitate to try it. I loved it.
Ambered leather. The opening is a bit tricky: it smells very alcoholic for about 5-10 seconds, then the saffron gives a hint of petrol. After a few minutes, everything settles and a dark leather note takes over, like a briefcase or handbag. By an hour, a powdery vanilla base appears, sweetening that leather (which I thought was very masculine) and making it unisex. This is one of those perfumes you must try on skin, as it smells different on paper; the petrol note lingers longer on paper but vanishes quickly on skin. If you love leather, it’s a safe buy.
