What a shame this is my first review! This perfume truly deserves it. I started off disappointed with the opening of a Victoria by Lattafa (that sour mandarin note wasn’t for me at all), but thanks to that, I bought my Petra. If you own Devotion, Desirable Addiction is more faithful, more wearable, and lasts longer. For around $17, it’s an incredible purchase. The bottle is lovely and robust. It smells like a citrus dessert at first, then softens with that panna cotta note that makes the caramelised lemon perfect. It’s very wearable even in extreme heat. A great buy for the price, thanks to Maison Alhambra for looking after our pockets.

It bears a strong resemblance to the original, though the trail is softer and doesn’t last as long: after a few hours, and specifically by the sixth hour, it becomes quite personal. Given the price and quality, it’s a total success; the bottle is lovely, with a heavy cap and a good sprayer.
