It smells like unadulterated strawberry and has a leather note with brutal longevity. You’ll lose hours thanks to its amber and woody base that anchors it to the skin. 100% recommended.
It bears a striking resemblance to La Capitale, which I have as a decant. I love that it features a very refined oud that is nothing scandalous; it’s a note I normally dislike, but here it works perfectly.
I bought it blind. I’m not an expert, but to me, it smells like blueberries with spices. It’s lovely, even if it’s not one of my favourite Lattafa scents. It’s totally unisex, neither too feminine nor too masculine. I’m a woman and I love how it sits on my skin. ♡
Oh dear, I thought it wouldn’t suit me, but it has caught me. At first, I detected a more masculine scent with that opening of oud and soapy leather, but as it dries down, it becomes sweet, fruity, and rose-like. It passed the test! If I didn’t know it contained oud, I’d think it was purely floral.
