  A clean, pleasant cologne that isn’t intrusive, where citrus notes and the lemony quality of the aldehydes really shine. In my opinion, those aldehydes add a modern, fresh touch without becoming heavy or dated, providing real depth. It’s linear and very feminine, a composition without grand ambitions but versatile, daytime-appropriate and relatively unknown, projecting an image of purity. I don’t think anyone would be bothered or dislike it; it’s almost a safe blind buy (though the ‘almost’ is key, as letdowns can happen; perfumery is highly subjective), provided you’re not looking for something powerful or original and you enjoy those notes. To give you an idea, it recalls the style of CK One or Carolina Herrera’s 212, but feels more contemporary, cheerful and rejuvenated. Its strongest asset is the occasion for use: it’s like that plain shirt in your wardrobe that you know well but always return to. A ‘yes, but no’. It’s perfect for dressed-up days in the heat and a safe bet for everyday wear, discreet in the office or enclosed spaces. Its longevity and sillage are fairly average. To my taste, it suffers from being generic and lacking originality. It’s quite economical in relation to the size (€65 for 120ml) and its quality, so you can reapply as much as you like, although the bottle isn’t the most convenient to carry. Even if you haven’t heard of it before, it becomes familiar; essentially it’s a blend of lemony, aldehydic, musky cologne with floral touches. Overall, for me, it’s a 6.5/10.
