Not bad, but it’s a fairly ordinary green vegetal scent, pine-like and wild yet restrained, pleasant and cute, suitable for a back-up in the wardrobe. Given it’s affordable, it’s worth having.
There’s almost no information or reviews for this fragrance. I picked it up on offer in 30ml. To summarise: it’s an intense green fougere with a base very similar to the 1975 Jacques Bogart (the one with the signature box). The difference is that this Montana smells darker and heavier than the original, but if you’re looking for that 70s-80s fougere style, this is on the right track despite being released in 2003. The longevity is good and quite potent. I’d only recommend it if you love retro greens; in that case, it will suit you perfectly. Its vintage vibe makes it versatile for any time of day. Personally, I prefer other vintage alternatives I already own over this Montana Green.
