Bogart’s proposal is an original within its own house, which usually releases intense and bold scents. It’s no surprise they associate it with Le Male by Gaultier as it resembles it at first, but FMajeure drops its intensity quickly and settles into a musky dry-down. It’s the kind of scent that doesn’t bother anyone, perfect when I don’t want to feel like I’m wearing perfume constantly, but simply smell good in a very discreet way. Although I couldn’t quite place it at first, over time it has become one of the bottles that empty fastest (it’s easy to overapply). As for the smell, being soft and unobtrusive, it doesn’t create a strong memory; to judge it properly, I’d need to compare it with several musks at once… If I can help anyone get an idea without reading the Fragrantica pyramid, let them know it smells of musk, and perhaps a faint woody base with something aromatic and clean, but very indefinable.
