Very rich perfume, perfect for winter. Sweet and woody, I absolutely love it.
A very rich perfume, ideal for winter, with a sweet and woody note that I simply love.
Intense, soft and elegant, in the style of musk-free base perfumes. Perfect for fresh and cold seasons.
Deep, soft, and elegant, like all perfumes without musk in their base notes. Ideal for fresh and cold seasons.
Montana 80 is dense and commanding. It has a tremendously milky aspect that gives the neroli a special touch. Its mandarin opening is citrusy and beautiful, alongside the Brazilian rosewood which tames it so it’s not so sharp. The combination of a modern, creamy neroli gives it a dense, risky yet satisfying feel. What compensates for the density is the sandalwood, which calms the overly nutty side, making it less pulpy. It’s an oriental floral with laurel that spices up the formula. Evoking it is like having rice pudding alongside a vase of potent neroli with fresh green laurel. I recommend it for winter; in summer, the milk and neroli can hit hard. It has massively low prices for its atomic quality and longevity. It’s very special; try it first because that soapy/sour/bitter point might put some people off. If it’s a good price, it’s worth it. ADDITION: its dry down is soapy and milky, very innocent and docile. There are moments when I smell powder (the sandalwood), which is why I’m not entirely sold on it yet.
This perfume seems uncommon due to the few reviews, but it’s well worth it. It’s delicious and very similar to Versace’s Crystal Noir (same creator) that I owned years ago; that one was too heavy for the evening. This is more wearable, lacks coconut, but has a milk note that makes it very creamy. It has excellent sillage and longevity. I’d recommend wearing it in autumn or winter; in the heat, it would feel too dense. I’m wearing it now and absolutely love it.
First things first: it’s almost a clone of Versace’s Crystal Noir EdT, created by the same perfumer, but I think it’s better because it lacks that initial mosquito spray smell. It’s striking how identical they are without sharing notes. The opening features white flowers and a plastic-like scent that makes me think of white patent leather. I know it might sound unappealing, but that’s what hooked me on both CN and this. As it settles, it takes on a milky nuance, highlighting Brazilian palo de rosa and laurel over carnal white flowers. By the six-hour mark, it loses the floral notes and focuses on milk and sandalwood, reminiscent of Dove soap. It lasts about eight hours, though the projection is softer, staying closer to the skin. It’s feminine, mature, and seductive without being overpowering. Ideal for cool to mild days and nights, suitable for any occasion, though it shines in intimate settings (my partner loved it). Don’t be put off by the ugly bottle; it’s a gorgeous scent for the price. Worth it if you’re seeking something sophisticated. Pleasant: 8/10, Interesting: 8/10, Versatile: 7/10, Original: 5/10.
This perfume is rich and creamy. It reminds me of Elle L’Aime by Lolita Lempicka due to its sandalwood and coconut side, although there is no coconut in its notes. It’s well-balanced with neroli and Brazilian palo de rosa. It has amazing projection and good longevity. It may resemble others, but it’s better. It has elegance, is feminine and sweet—a beautiful fragrance.
Absolutely love it! Smells like Crystal Noir but better. I like Versace, but Montana 80 feels more feminine, creamy, and lactonic, with less spice. Lasts wonderfully, especially on clothes. My wardrobe smells like a mix of M80 and Jubilant Noir for weeks; the scent drifts out and fills the room. Long-lasting and delicious. If you’re looking for something similar to or better than CN, I recommend it. For the price, it’s well worth it.
