I’ve finally run out of my Polo Blue (the Caravan imitation, which is brilliant) and, with nowhere else to restock, I popped into a perfumery. I was looking for Adolfo Domínguez’s Citrus Cedro but they didn’t have it, so I settled for this one. It smells very fresh, meaning very good and suitable for everyone; it’s rare for anyone to dislike it. Very crisp and summery. It’s citrusy, more orange than lemon, and I detect a soft, sweet fruity base, like coconut—note, it doesn’t smell of coconut, it’s just a nuance. Longevity is moderate (3–6 hours on Fragrantica), leaning towards 4 or 5 hours. The projection is soft, not skin-scented but not projecting two metres out either. It lasts longer on clothes; I sprayed it on a shirt for the pool and days later my wife said it smelled wonderful. It’s an Eau de Toilette. I’d say it’s more masculine, but in the style of classic colognes, it wouldn’t clash on any gender. Recommended for casual occasions, staying fresh and smelling good; surely some compliments will follow.

A maritime, citrusy and sweet fragrance that is immediately recognisable. It lasts well for an EDT, making it perfect for hot weather or the office. 9 out of 10 overall.
