  Normally I don’t like gardenias or moss, especially animal notes. I didn’t expect much, but I tried it for the originality. It’s not my style, not because the notes are bold, but for that sweet contrast, perhaps the musk, which makes it more amiable. The notes aren’t piercing but balsamic, although ultimately they are what they are, and that’s what takes the taste away. Performance is moderate, but it lasted over 12 hours.

  Although I tried the other two, I prefer this Soir Edition. It keeps its essence but without the difficult notes: no fruits, nuts, herbs, leather, or strong patchouli. The gardenia is sweet and creamy, and I adore the oak moss with its earthy touch. The base is a powdery musk with tender antelope that doesn’t smell like leather. It’s dark, nocturnal, and has fewer notes, lacking that herbal scent of the others. The gardenia shines with mossy highlights. It’s feminine, elegant, and has a vintage makeup touch. That gardenia-moss duality reminds me of a Lucky Strike. Soft trail and moderate longevity, ideal for mild weather or cool summer evenings. It doesn’t overwhelm; perfect for semi-formal events. I see myself as the pink panther in a black dress, with silk gloves and a long cigarette, causing fainting spells. Be careful, it’s very catchy. In the background, Henry Mancini’s piano.

  It opens intense, floral and sweet, then softens to reveal a blend of leather, moss and musk: a spectacular trio 💖. You have no fear of this Panther; she is sexy, sophisticated and mysterious, yet without being aggressive or annoying. Perfect for autumns and cold winters, very nocturnal. Scent 10/10, longevity 7/10, projection 8/10.

You don’t need to fear this panther; she’s sexy, sophisticated, and mysterious without being harmful or annoying. Ideal for autumn, winter, and cold nights. Scent 10/10, longevity 7/10, projection 8/10.

  At first, I notice the sweetened gardenia and animal notes, which are irritating and unsettling, very feminine. I imagine a woman who is quiet, imposing, and strong, yet pragmatic. As they fade, creamy and soft flowers emerge, a serious and proper scent. Then mosses blend in with an earthy touch without losing sweetness. For me, it’s elegant, feminine, and centred, not invasive. Although it lasts only five hours and the trail is discreet, it was worth reapplying to feel so feminine and clear.

  A sweet, animalic floral-animal opening that I adore, suitable for any weather. The trail is moderate; my only complaint is that it lasted three hours on my skin, but I love the bottle and the price, so I’m happy with my blind buy.

  I love it! I own all versions, and while they resemble each other, they are distinct. This Soir Edition is the tenderest, sweetest, and softest. The black cap suggested something dark, but it’s quite the opposite compared to the EDP. It’s the easiest to wear, ideal for younger people, with the brand’s elegance but more minimalist.

  I absolutely love La Panthere! I own almost every version, and each is distinct in its own right. The Soir Edition is the tenderest and sweetest of them all. The black cap and the name ‘Soir’ suggested something darker, but quite the opposite; compared to the EDP, it’s lighter. It’s the easiest to wear, ideal for younger people; it retains the original’s elegance but with a slightly cuter touch.

  I wore the other two versions and thought this would be similar; a huge mistake. They have nothing to do with each other. It’s delicious, musky, tender, and dark all at once. It obsesses me, and I need it. They share a soul, but this one is super sexy.

  Dark, sensual, overwhelming and striking; it’s a magnet for male compliments that can become exhausting, sparking curiosity in gentlemen. A true Panther: silent but dangerously intense. It has good longevity and leaves a trail on clothes for hours. It is imposing and delicate at the same time, a powerful, refined and elegant scent for classy people, nothing common these days; that’s why it attracts men and women of all ages so much. I was surprised that young people would always ask me what it smelled like.
