It absolutely repulses me; a former colleague used it without restraint and the scent invaded the entire space… Since then whenever I smell it on someone it brings back that unbearable ‘olfactory claustrophobia’ sensation.
In my country that Mercadona line doesn’t exist. I don’t deny that I would love to try it; I’ve read in several posts that Mercadona releases fragrances identical to designer ones but much cheaper. And this is one of the perfumes recommended for its enormous resemblance to DKNY Be Delicious. I suppose it must be good to have it.
As far as I understand they say it’s very similar to DKNY Be Delicious. The truth is it smells quite good; in fact my mother uses it occasionally. Given how economical it is I think it’s a good option for daily wear. The Mercadona fragrances aren’t bad.
Certainly it’s very similar to DKNY Be Delicious it’s a pity it falls short in longevity and trail which doesn’t happen with the other Monogotas but for the price and format it’s ideal to carry around and reapply whenever you want. Monogotas de manzana is very good; it hasn’t disappointed me but there are others in this line that are much better; almost all are worth it (I was only disappointed by the strawberry and blackberry ones which are very artificial and alcoholic for me).
Taking advantage of my partner visiting their family I asked for the famous Monogotas; the apple one is indeed very similar to Be Delicious but lacks the refreshing cucumber note. In my opinion it’s totally worth it very rich with a moderate trail and it makes me feel tender and youthful. The longevity is approximately 6 hours. I’ve been pleasantly surprised; from the Monogotas line this is my second favourite.

In my opinion, it’s totally worth it: it smells lovely, has a moderate trail, and makes me feel tender and cheerful. The longevity is around six hours. I’ve been pleasantly surprised; out of the entire Monogotas line, this is my second favourite.
Very simple aroma with a sour-sweet air. To me it smells like apple gummy or apple air freshener. It gets tiring after just one spray.
I bought the original DKNY last summer in a 30ml format as a summer perfume and it left me so shocked that I used it like a drink… I switched to Monogotas looking for equivalents and I must say it’s super similar; a nose not accustomed to perfumes wouldn’t notice the difference. The problem is the longevity… Whereas with the green apple you forget you’re wearing it and occasionally get a rich scent that reminds you with Monogotas it disappears on my skin in about 3 hours. For the price it’s a huge competitor to designer perfumes and I don’t mind reapplying as long as I get the chance.

It’s a pity that Fragrantica doesn’t include more Mercadona perfumes as they not only have clones but also very good fragrances and they keep getting better; the era when they only made clones is behind them. Specifically Monogotas de Manzana is very similar to DKNY Be Delicious; I own both and even I would find it difficult to distinguish them on someone else. In other perfumes the resemblance to famous scents is indeed very obvious. In recent years Mercadona has changed its strategy in perfumery launching its own lines with strong investment and producing excellent fragrances up to the standard of recent designer launches as they collaborate with the world’s best perfumers and use the finest raw materials. These perfumers won’t risk their careers by cutting costs or releasing mediocre perfumes and that is not Mercadona’s intention. To launch the My Soul line they hired Philippe Paparella from Symrise and My Soul for her/him was designed by Ilias Ermenidis from Firmenich. Another fragrance Oud Noir Parfum Royal is the creation of Quentin Bisch. However Mercadona doesn’t boast about its fragrances or its perfumers; this is all a mystery but the obvious fact is that they keep releasing more modern varied original and higher-quality fragrances that have nothing to envy from famous designers and at prices that are more than affordable. I insist it’s a pity they aren’t in the Fragrantica database.
What a shame that Fragantica doesn’t include more Mercadona perfumes; they no longer just have clones, they’re now releasing their own jewels and getting better all the time. The era of cheap copies has passed. The Monogotas Apple is almost identical to DKNY’s Be Delicious—I own both and would struggle to tell them apart on someone else. In other cases, the similarity is obvious, but Mercadona has changed the game: they’re investing heavily in their own lines with the world’s best perfumers and top-tier raw materials. Those experts won’t ruin their reputation with mediocre products, and Mercadona certainly isn’t looking for that. The My Soul line was designed by Philippe Paparella and Ilias Ermenidis, while Oud Noir Parfum Royal is the work of Quentin Bisch, yet the brand keeps very quiet about this. The mystery of the creators is total, but what’s evident is that their fragrances are modern, varied, original, and of a quality that rivals designer brands, all at ridiculous prices. I insist, it’s a pity they’re not in the database.
The good: it smells more expensive than it is and even looks the part; it comes in glass not plastic like many body mists that charge more for almost the same thing. It’s said to be a clone of DKNY Be Delicious and the truth is I don’t recall ever trying that one. I do find a reasonable resemblance to Victoria’s Secret’s Pear Glacé range or what I remember of that range before the reformulation; it’s not exact but it fits that sweet-fruity aquatic profile. On my skin it lasts comfortably over two hours which is more than expected for a mist. The not-so-good: for me it’s sweeter and more linear than I’d like and I get a bit bored with it after a while. I ended up giving it to my mother who absolutely adores everything Victoria’s Secret and it aligns with my view that it resembles the products they had years ago. Obviously it’s a matter of personal preference so for those who like sweet soft perfumes but not too heavy for hot days in my opinion it’s worth trying in this Mercadona range.

It was one of my teenage perfumes. As its name suggests, it smells of apple, fresh and light, ideal for everyday wear. It’s a pleasant, clean, youthful scent, but to be honest, it doesn’t say anything special to me these days. It fulfils its function as a daily perfume, although for me the best thing is the price. For what it costs, its longevity and projection are quite acceptable, making it an economical and practical option for those seeking a fresh everyday scent without needing to invest much.
