Excellent. I love it: a blue scent, elegant and masculine without overdoing it. I bought it today, applied it at 1pm and could still detect it until 9pm (faintly, but there it was). The bottle is a work of art, beautiful. I picked it up for £83, it was half price, and I’m very happy. I also like the Open Mind, which is lighter but equally fresh.
Delicate is a very pleasant and soft fragrance that inspires peace, ideal for relaxing during a personal moment; it’s not a beast, so if it lands on clothes, it remains discreet and agreeable. Don’t expect to stand out or be the centre of attention; the tea note is noticeable towards the end. It’s a lovely aroma with no resemblance to any commercial scent, but it lacks a bit of power to be perfect. Given the website price, I don’t think it’s worth it, although I got it with an excellent discount and feel no disappointment. If you really like the scent, there are probably more convenient Arabic alternatives.
Excellent. I’m delighted with the scent; it’s blue, elegant and masculine without exaggeration. I bought it today and applied it at 1pm; I could still feel it until 9pm, barely, but it was still there. The bottle is a work of art, very beautiful. I paid £83, it was half price, and I’m very happy. I also like the Open Mind, which is lighter but equally fresh.
If they say it has creamy, clean woods, L’Ame Slave is living proof. To my nose, it’s cedar wrapped in a velvety accord, very masculine. Perhaps the tea and vanilla are to blame, but the result is unexpected and not harsh. The important thing: it doesn’t smell so niche; it recalls commercial scents, so I understand the ‘blue’ vibe. It’s not disruptive, nor is it a Bleu de Chanel, but it smells of very high quality. Highly recommended, especially for men. Rating: 9/10
