Descripción

Cabotine Turquoise by Grès is an aromatic aquatic fragrance for women. This creation, launched in 2025, is signed by the nose Karine Dubreuil-Sereni. Its olfactive pyramid unfolds with top notes of mandarin, bergamot and lemon (sour lime); a heart evoking aquatic notes, jasmine, anise and cardamom; and a base of musk, patchouli, ambroxan, cedar and labdanum.

A new Grès proposal. A Cabotine that moves away from its green side to embrace a marine development. A sweet opening (not gourmand) with mandarin and marine notes, then the scent stays linear until the end. It dries down with a predominant musk, making it clean, like fabric softener. I find it ideal for daily wear, during the day and in spring. It has good longevity, lasting over six hours.

A fresh take from Grès. This Cabotine moves away from its green side to adopt a marine twist. The opening is sweet but not gourmand, featuring mandarin and a marine note, before the scent stays linear until the end. It dries down with a prominent musk that makes it clean, like fabric softener. I find it ideal for daily wear, during the day and in spring. It has good longevity, lasting over six hours.

  • I bought it blind because I’ve always used the green version and expected similar sillage and longevity. Well, not so. The opening is soft, fresh, and marine; it smells clean and on my skin it’s like hand cream. I don’t like the anise, which fortunately fades quickly. At the end, that subtle powerful touch typical of the brand appears. It lasts no more than four hours on the skin and, although it seems strong at first, it leaves almost no trail. I love it for my collection. Should I recommend it? Not yet. As always, I’ll return in a few weeks once it’s more macerated.

  • I bought it blind, having always loved the green scent, expecting a similar trail and longevity. Well, not so much. The opening is soft, fresh, and marine; it smells clean and on my skin feels like hand cream. I don’t like the anise, which fortunately fades quickly. Eventually, that powerful signature note typical of the brand emerges subtly. It lasts no more than four hours on the skin and, although it seems strong at first, it leaves almost no trail. I love it for my collection. Would I recommend it? Not yet. As always, I’ll return in a few weeks once it’s more macerated.
