  • Fragrantica, like other times, confuses readers: the bottle photo (the EDT and EDP one) doesn’t correspond with the description (Parfum). Talking about the Parfum, whoever searches by name understands they are looking for that; it’s rounder than the EDT, without that artificial and strident opening that nobody likes. It’s smokier, while the EDT felt more citrusy. Although comparing the dry-downs hand to hand they aren’t too far apart. In my opinion the EDT projects more, but the Parfum lasts longer (in my case, about 12 hours close to the skin). In conclusion, I consider the Limited Edition to be the better perfume: closer to Aventus in aroma and structure, feeling of higher quality or naturalness of ingredients compared to the other two CDNIMs.

  • CDNIM Parfum Limited Edition 2022. I bought it blindly due to the reviews and the hype of being limited. Mistake. Simply didn’t like it. I don’t feel comfortable wearing it. Of this Aventus-type DNA I had only tried Montblanc Explorer and loved it, although it didn’t last; I had read the dry-downs were identical, so I bought it. Two different things: the Explorer is cleaner, brighter and subtler. This one is very smoky, strong and intense. Obviously if you like smoky scents you’ll love it. Being a strong scent, I see it as mature (+30). This could be a source of discomfort, I’m 23. Yes, it’s a beast: the times I wore it lasted 8 hours with projection for the first two days. I was looking for something that would last all day with 5-6 sprays and it delivers. I can’t compare with previous Club de Nuit ones because I haven’t tried them. Recommend testing before. It’s not a fragrance you have to rush to buy. None are. Regards.

A lot of hype, but it’s a flop. I’m talking about the 200ml EDP (€80). People speak wonders of the smoky dry-down, but to me it smells rancid and old. Although I’m 25 with an elegant style, it doesn’t suit me even with a tuxedo. I suppose Creed Aventus smells better, because otherwise I don’t understand the comparison… I have Montblanc Explorer, Loewe EDP essence, Zara Vibrant Leather and SNOI, and these give it a thousand turns. I can’t find the famous pineapple. It’s curious, but the only thing I’m growing fond of is the bottle, although most people hate it.

  • This site makes me laugh many times. I see people commenting on the EDP, others on the Limited Edition, and nobody on the Pure Parfum. I wish they specified with name and image each version (EDT, EDP, Limited Edition, Pure Parfum) to generate proper reviews and notes, as they differ from each other.

  • I have the EDP, an exquisite aroma. I can’t compare it to the EDT, but the opening is incredible and captivating at first. The only problem is that it appears not to project: you don’t notice it on yourself, but others do. I bought the bottle and couldn’t smell it on me, but at university the girls were congratulating me. Going up the stairs to my house, my neighbour said she could smell it after 9 hours. PD: Appears not to project, Club de Nuit Intense EDP.

  • I’ve already used two bottles and the third has arrived (all EDT 105ml). At 22, I wear it at uni, for casual outings or formal events, and always receive compliments. Is it hard to assimilate when smelling it for the first time? Yes. But it’s a delight on the skin and the scent in the trail is exquisite according to all my comments. I went to a birthday party and the hostess said she knew I had arrived by the scent before opening the door. Conclusion: don’t let yourself be swept away by others’ opinions; tastes differ. Someone can’t like what you love. There are people who buy $400 perfumes and sell them the next day because they didn’t like them, and others who love one for $50 or less.

  • My second review: the Pure Perfume 2022 version arrived today. Forget the potency of the 2018 EDTs. I put a drop on my wrist and the house was flooded; it reached the kitchen. Beastly, nothing compares to this projection. It smells rich, it’s not my favourite, but I like it; I associate it with something formal and serious. Incredible potency, gave me a mild headache at first. The opening is citrusy but pleasant, nothing strident. Very potent, rich scent. 7.5/10 for scent, 20/10 for projection and 10/10 for longevity. Edit: the first day I was showered with compliments. The neighbour from the fourth floor asked what smelled so good, then my girlfriend too. At a bar, my friends asked what perfume I was wearing. I recommend it 100% (Pure Perfume 2022 version).

  • I love the Limited Edition Parfum. Ideal for spring and summer, but works for any occasion. The opening is strong, less so than the EDT or EDP; instead of smoky, I sense a ‘burnt’ note from the blackcurrants that dissipates quickly, leaving soft lemon and pineapple. After 15 minutes, the more refined and elegant DNA emerges. It feels a step above the EDP, ideal for informal night outs, more for men over 30. Worth it if you already own the others. It’s the best of the three: versatile, with a trail of 2 metres per hour and 8 hours duration on the skin, lasting up to 12. In Uruguay, with high taxes and no duty-free imports, it costs around $140 (5,600 pesos) in official stores. Perfect for day or night in warm seasons.

It gives me an allergy: stinging and redness on my neck every time I wear it. Probably not dermatologically tested as it’s an Arabic fragrance. I’ve already notified the Ministry of Health. What a pity it smells so good…

  • A genetic sibling of Club de Nuit Intense with a dry lemon opening that is lovely and unobtrusive. The smoky dry-down smells much better here, integrated with a clearer and more persistent citrus note than in the other versions.

  • Club de Nuit Intense Parfum is undoubtedly the best I’ve tried (the only one I haven’t tried is the limited edition). It has a very sharp lemon acidity but isn’t unpleasant like the EDT, and doesn’t go unnoticed like the EDP; the smoky touch also feels better crafted. Longevity and projection are lower than the EDT (which was a literal beast), but not bad: decent projection and 7–8 hours of wear. For me, it’s a workhorse, suitable for everything and any moment.

  • Powerful lemon opening that fades quickly. Then it reminds me a lot of Zara’s Vibrant Leather Oud, but less old. Friendlier but with the same spirit. Another Creed Aventus-style fragrance, much cheaper and of not-so-far-off quality.

  • This Parfum version feels much closer to Afnan’s Supremacy Not Only Intense, with a slight lean towards Nishane’s Liver than towards Aventus. It’s a beauty, but of all the Club de Nuit Intense versions, the limited edition is the best and most balanced. It projects less and not as much as this one, but I find it more refined. Any Club de Nuit Intense you buy up to the EDT is an excellent investment for any occasion.

  • Rodrigo RV

Undoubtedly, this Parfum (Pure Perfume) is the best. They’ve improved the lemon opening from the EDT, the performance of the EDP, and the smoky touch of the limited edition. Longevity could be slightly longer, but it doesn’t drop below 8–9 hours; projection and trail are very good. The price in Chile has risen, hovering around $73 for 150 ml in 2023. Recommended if it doesn’t keep rising.

  • Vicsant36

Club de Noche Intense remains my favourite, but without that cheap, up-front lemon blast of the EDT. It’s still a beast in longevity, though it projects less; it lasts a proper 8 to 10 hours with a decent initial trail.

  • kachiparfums3

I believe they’re referring to the 2022 Pure Parfum. Given the few reviews, they claim it’s the best of them all, the most balanced, pleasant, and versatile; we shall see. But beware: don’t be confused, this is not the EDP.

  • Good morning. Today’s pick is Club de Nuit EDP. I know I should have posted the Parfum version, but I couldn’t find it. The EDP is like the EDT but without that synthetic opening. Projection is solid—not quite at the EDT level—but it easily reaches 4 metres after about four hours. Longevity is superior, certainly between six and eight hours. Compliments are plentiful, though most come from women over 30. Perfume 9/10.

  • Smells like controversy. I picked this up after trying the MontBlanc Explorer; once dried, they’re almost twins, both with an Aventus soul. My gripe is the opening: the first 15–30 minutes are a brash lemon and bergamot that scream for refinement. After that, the fragrance relaxes and evolves into something luxurious. The dry-down is pure success, though the start can be alarming. Longevity is beastly and the trail is brutal. It’s a proper all-rounder. I’m sticking with the MontBlanc for now, but it remains a great alternative to Aventus. I’d recommend it, but don’t buy blindly.

  • Nothing, what a total letdown. I bought the August 2023 batch blind because the praise was constant. I had already loved the Montblanc Explorer, but I noticed reviews here claimed it had two or three levels less longevity and projection than the Armaf. Expecting them to be equal, I decided to buy the ‘beast from the underworld’. The disappointment was huge: it doesn’t smell anything like the Explorer, nor like Creed (which I haven’t smelled, but it doesn’t matter). That rich, smoked pineapple scent simply isn’t there. It’s like the song ‘we still want torrone’, but here it would be ‘we still smell lemon, lemon, lemon’. That note hijacks everything: an artificial, heavy lemon that smells like a slice of Fanta. As children, when we ate that slice, it smelled of lemon with artificial and orangey notes from the drink. A disappointment. For this scent, I’d rather buy lemon extract and patchouli. In terms of performance, the ‘beast’ is a lizard. Yes, it’s above Francisco Rabaneda fragrances, but it lacks punch. If I give Joop a 10 and Kouros an 8.5, Club de Nuit stays at a meagre 6. I put CDN on a shirt and the next day it smelled like Kouros from three days ago, while the CDN had almost completely vanished. As we’d say in Galicia: ‘non repito, non teñas medo’ (I won’t repeat it, don’t be afraid).

  • I’m tired of reading mile-long guides that say nothing. The perfume is good and cheap, but it’s not Creed Aventus, watch out. No clone replicates it 100%, although it resembles it in notes. It smells rich, woody, smoky, and citrusy; it has pineapple, but little, and yet it’s exquisite. Many complain about the longevity, but it’s hard for a perfume to last more than 4-5 hours with a continuous trail. The important thing is that it stays on your skin and is noticeable over time. I have a batch from 2022 and the first time I used it, the scent remained on my clothes and sheets all night. If this doesn’t happen to you, perhaps you should see a dermatologist or take better care of your skin. With moisturised skin, it lasts up to 8 hours for me. On Saturday, 16 December, I went to a birthday party: I put it on at 9:30 pm, and several people told me it smelled delicious. At 6 am, after leaving the nightclub, a girl said goodbye hugging me and smelled me super delicious. From 9:30 to 6:30, the perfume was at full throttle with a tremendous trail. In summary: an exquisite perfume, not too expensive, with long-lasting power for all seasons (but better for night, for a reason it’s called ‘the beast from the underworld’). Please, do not apply it excessively; between 6 and 8 sprays are enough to not scare anyone. It’s an excellent perfume from an Arab house. A tip: take care of your skin. Apply moisturiser after showering, especially where you will apply the perfume, wait 10 minutes, and then apply the perfume. You will see that the longevity increases considerably. Look for creams without scent or almost odourless.

  • Gentlemen, I have the 2022 batch and I tell you it remains the Black Beast; ignore those who say the projection has dropped. This perfume is a Brown Beast: I only sprayed it for a wedding and it projected for over four hours. On clothes it lasts for weeks, still smelling even after washing. I recommend it if you want to turn heads.

  • First Arab perfume I’ve tried and it has surprised me. I have the Pure Parfum: the opening is sparkling and citrusy, though too much for my taste, lasting about 3-4 minutes before stabilising with that smoky wood note mixed with the citrus. It smells very rich; I love the dry-down, it’s addictive. The performance is outstanding: four sprays are enough to fill the room, it projects massively and lasts a long time. I think it’s for a more mature audience; it’s not that sweet scent that everyone likes.

  • metropolis777

It was my first Arab perfume, and although the opening is slightly irritating due to that sour lemon note, it fades within 2 or 3 minutes and begins to project its power. To me, it seems exquisite: heavy and citrusy, a proper beast.

  • CDNIM Pure Parfum review from March 2024: WOW! They have improved that sharp citrus opening; it no longer smells so aggressive or chemical. The fragrance remains a delight. On my skin, the projection lasts about 3-4 hours and on clothes around 8-9. For this price, the quality is impeccable. 10/10.

  • Coni Macarena Miel

This is my favourite Arab men’s perfume, a truly masculine scent. I look for strong fragrances and this wins by a landslide; my husband finds it delicious, though he, who prefers softer notes, gets a bit overwhelmed in the first few minutes, so he doesn’t wear it much in summer. However, he still wears it during the day. The dry-down is marvellous and he loves it too. Although he has bought more expensive designer perfumes, none compete with this. The longevity, projection and price are outstanding. It’s perfect for a young adult who wants character without looking old, and for me, as a woman who enjoys smelling it, it’s a 10.

  • I can’t stand it. For me, Armaf is a mediocre house among Arabic perfumes. I bought Trés Nuit blindly and after several tests, I don’t like it: it smells of dampness and mould. This Club de Nuit Intense Pure Parfum resembles Aventus clones, but its opening smells of chemical syrup mixed with chamomile. I find it deficient. Of all the Arabic Aventus clones, the best is Afnan Supremacy SILVER; Not Only Intense goes in a different direction. I will not try anything else from Armaf.

  • MelvinSuazo

I took the 200ml Parfum. It leaves a brutal trail and projects a lot, though not quite as much as the EDT. However, it lasts for several hours. It’s an elegant scent that needs to settle for the first 15 minutes. Will people ask you about it? Absolutely, but be careful not to overapply.

  • A bold and seductive fragrance blending freshness with class. It opens with vibrant citrus and blackberry, moves to a floral and spicy heart, and settles with amber and cedar. The Parfum version fixes the synthetic lemon of the EDT, projects well, and lasts over 10 hours on skin. You’ll never go unnoticed; expect compliments and it’s worth the price for 200ml. Note: do not spray on clothes as it’s difficult to remove, and in enclosed spaces or with heavy application it can be intrusive. Scent 9/10, longevity and projection 10/10. It’s a refined and potent beast, highly recommended.

  • JossArman95

At first, I thought it was rubbish because of that sparkling burnt lemon in the EDT, until the person who sold it to me dry-scented it and it was brilliant. I started researching and found the Eau de Parfum; upon spraying, it’s no longer so aggressive and is far more wearable.

  • RCP at 10. Suitable for year-round wear, but beware of heat: it can be a bit much and projects like a cannon.

  • Alberto Brarda

Second review: with years and experience in perfumes, one recognises the true value of certain fragrances. Club de Nuit Intense is a standout example. Its longevity is impressive; it is hard not to be amazed by the intensity and endurance. It seems to have an almost magical formula, so enduring it is almost ‘radioactive’ in persistence. Undoubtedly, Club de Nuit Intense stands out for leaving a lasting and notable impression with great resistance throughout the day. It cannot be missing from any collection.

  • mania_voladora

I see people reviewing the EDT, this is the Intense Parfum! My goodness, how rich it is. I gifted it to my partner in a 200ml size, impressive! Does no one notice? Does it not remind them of the old XS by Paco Rabanne? It does to me; it has that something, it took me to the pleasure of smelling that great perfume… it turned it into a beautiful nostalgia. The CDNIMP has its personality; I think it doesn’t project as blatantly as the EDT and that is perfect for an adult man; it doesn’t mean it goes unnoticed, it is felt and enjoyed. I loved the gift, especially when my partner said it smelled great, I’m happier than ever!

  • I love it and so does everyone else. At first, it gave me a rancid smell; that lemon/smoked pineapple was a burnt and rancid lemon. I thought my bottle was bad, but when I let others try it, they noticed nothing, and with use, I stopped noticing those rancid notes. It goes from an initial smoky citrus to smoky woods. I notice a synthetic touch that doesn’t bother me. It lasts about 6 hours on skin and a bit longer on clothes, projecting for the first 2-3 hours. I would recommend reapplying to return to that citrus, sweet, and woody opening; I love it.

  • molletmod.73

Just like the EDT, it’s an absurd flanker on the Aventus scent in a low-cost Arabic version; it’s just a slot machine.

  • Katakraker

Reviewing the Pure Parfum I just bought on Notino for 52€ for 150ml. Unlike the EDT (which I’ve used for a year), the initial citrus part is much more contained, passing almost instantly to the heart and base, with no real evolution. It smells as expected of a Club de Nuit Intense Man, similar to Creed Aventus (which I don’t own but have heard in stores), and I would say it has more similarity to Loewe Esencia EDP or Elixir. Compared to the EDT, we lose some projection and trail, logically due to less alcohol, but we notably improve longevity and the quality of the blend sensation. If you like fragrances that evolve, this is not your case; it is very flat. If I had to choose between the EDT and this Parfum, I would stick with the EDT for its initial fresh citrus projection, synthetic yes, but it has evolution from that fresh-luminous part to the dark-smoky one. The EDT lasts less but is worth its price. This Parfum goes straight to the ‘dark’ part, lasts several hours sending good bursts that I notice are intense after 4 hours, but they smell the same from minute zero and are not very original. Still, I give it a top mark for the price (52€ for 150ml) and performance. Another matter is that I personally prefer the EDT to this Parfum, but well, it is.

  • Fragranticman

It’s unclear whether Fragrantica’s description is for Intense Man EDP or Pure Parfum (nor is it clear if ‘Parfum’ technically exists as a concentration, as both commercial versions are marked ‘EDP’ on the bottle). Having clarified this, I refer to the 200ml EDP. Classic masculine aroma, citrus, fruity, woody, and ambroxan. It is modern, not a classic fougère, for those seeking total masculinity, nothing unisex, balanced but potent, without the harshness of the famous EDT (which I appreciate). One notices better quality than the EDT; it is a worthy inspiration of Creed Aventus. Good performance, 2-3 hours projection, 7-9 hours longevity. Much more refined than the ‘atomic bomb’ EDT, at an excellent price, the 200ml is grabbed for 40€. I haven’t tried the ‘pure parfum’ or the limited edition. The EDT displeases me due to the eternal dishwasher opening; in this EDP, the unpleasant opening lasts 2-3 minutes and smells much more bearable. The rest, heart and base, are very similar and exquisite.

  • Edgarprfms

This review is for the 200ml EDP. I bought it because I owned the EDT and the opening gave me nausea, like burnt lemons. This removes that opening and leaves you with just the dry-down. It is still brilliant, a safe purchase, good trail, good longevity, and great value.

  • [April 2025 Batch] Friends, it hurts my stomach to see people swearing that Club de Nuit smells like rubbish… Before writing this, I read on Facebook that someone claimed Precieux smelled terrible. I held my tongue and took my time. My first Club de Nuit was Urban Elixir, a delicious, clean, masculine, citrusy, and spiced fragrance, everything a man could wish for. I adore sweet scents, so I’m not one-note. Due to the hype, I couldn’t resist trying Intense Man. I went straight for greatness: 200ml EDP. No nonsense, first spray… Gentlemen, this is divine. Smoky pineapple, woody, spiced, clean… It’s Urban Elixir with an exquisite touch of smoky pineapple. Seriously, who did so much damage to ensure this smells bad? I need to know…

  • I had a 2018 batch of Intense Man, and the reformulation is absolute rubbish… it smells much weaker than before, although the base notes remain the same. It is still brilliant, 10/10.
