  • It is a marvel; it imitates the scent very well without being too sweet and is a very pleasant aroma. It is hard not to like it or for someone to smell it badly. For the price, it is a marvel, something safe to put on.

  • I just tried it on my skin and the talc predominates; I find it hard to get used to this ‘freshly changed baby’ essence. I will stick with other options. It doesn’t kill me in my taste, perhaps it will for you. It’s a matter of trying it to see how it works on your skin.

  • Easily one of the best dupes, better than Ultramale and cheaper. A pity that it is starting to smell quite generic.

The famous 9pm by Afnan. The aroma is synthetic, like a Bubbaloo gum tuttifrutti, and the truth is, it smells rich. Its use is 100% informal, ideal for cold climates and party nights. Highly recommended for the price. Regarding the similarity to Ultramale, I don’t know because I’ve never tried it, but it reminds me a lot of Rabanne’s Pure XS Night. Although it seems linear, I find a certain earthiness in the dry-down that I love; it recalls Joop! though nowhere near as beastly as that one.

  • Sebastián2000

This is an atomic bomb; it easily lasts all night and projects well from a distance for a while. Very good for compliments; I would recommend it up to age 25 because it feels childish due to the gum-like scent. I only used it at parties; even for winter, it seems strong. Don’t over-spray or you will get dizzy.

  • I gifted this to my brother after trying a decant alongside the Dive. I used it once; although it is sweet, it didn’t cloy me. Having been wary of ‘gatillazos’ due to past bad experiences, this smells fantastic, offers great value, and is very long-lasting with a powerful trail. For the price, it’s a compliment beast; on one day, six people asked what perfume I was wearing. I will buy it in the future, but for now, I’m seeking something fresher.

  • What a perfumazo. It projects for about five hours and lasts fourteen on the skin. Tremendous fragrance; if it resembles Ultramale, it is identical; I notice almost no difference, only a slight variation in the opening. It has that BPI power. If you see it cheap, it is totally worth it. Identical quality to JPG. Scent: 10/10, Performance: 10/10, Originality: 6. Total: a solid 9, as its name suggests.

  • Excellent fragrance that I loved for its fruity aroma, good longevity, and projection. Ideal for night outs or formal events. The quality-to-price ratio is top-notch; I will certainly repurchase when I run out.

  • Currokontodo

I put it on and tried to take it off immediately. Impossible. The thing is, it sticks well from the second. It smells like an NPC at 300%. Look a bit more. There are much better things at a good price. I don’t know what is worse, the opening or the dry-down. The first smells like NPC type A (which in Spain is a ‘cuñao’) and the dry-down like NPC type B (ultra ‘cuñao’). Don’t be such a ‘cuñao’. Listen to me, I know you are intelligent.

It’s very rich, hard not to like. It’s strong synthetic vanilla. I disagree that it’s spectacular or bad; for the price, it’s incredible. I use it for daily wear, but honestly, I wouldn’t repurchase it because it doesn’t turn heads. However, what it lasts and projects for that price is incredible.

  • Absolute beast of a fragrance, perfect for parties or dates. I haven’t received as many compliments as I expected, but I absolutely adore that amber and vanilla note. It lasts for weeks on clothes even after washing; the scent just won’t go. Longevity: 9/10, Sillage: 10/10, Projection: 10/10.

  • I went to try it due to the hype and was horrified by how childish it is. It smells like chewing gum.

  • peterMartinez

I don’t understand the hype. They want to pass off as the best copy of Ultra Male, but they fail. JPG is usually synthetic but they do it well; this one doesn’t. The opening is ruined, smelling of alcohol. The apple note takes me out of it, the vanilla is poorly made, and the spices too. It lasts too long, but they sacrifice the development; after three hours, it smells like dust and talc. Terrible quality. It’s a good price, but the comparison is annoying. Reviewers paint it as the one that dethroned Ultra Male, but be realistic. Good Arabic perfumes innovate or change the DNA; this one tried to copy and crashed hard. If you can’t afford Ultra Male and plan to buy 9PM, save more for the original. There are other good Arabic perfumes that don’t seek to copy. Scent: 4/10, Development: 1/10, Disastrous. Longevity: 9/10. Price: 7/10.

  • Yes, 85% of collectors own it. If you have others with that DNA, people will think you’re wearing 9PM by Afnan. It smells lovely and makes you feel good, but the compliments have already been spent by others. You won’t stand out, but if you buy it, it will make you feel fantastic. Use it sparingly for work or going out, but abstain for dates or important meetings. Remember: others have worn it before you. Attitude and presence are yours, regardless of whether the perfume is common.

  • I bought it blind because my friend owns Ultramale and they said they smell the same. Opening it disappointed me due to the intense cinnamon scent, but after 10 days of maceration, it changed significantly. Arabic fragrances need time to settle. I give it 8/10; although synthetic, the vanilla and apple notes are quick and pleasant. Initial notes: vanilla, apple, tonka bean, cinnamon, and lavender. Dry down: vanilla, tonka bean, and cinnamon. Wear it all year round, but in summer, four sprays indoors will make you dizzy; in winter, you can apply up to 12 sprays in open areas. Ideal for young people.

  • It’s simply my favourite perfume. It has incredible personality; whenever I wear it, someone asks me ‘what is it?’.

  • Choklito-EDP

I bought it blind and it’s a great perfume that deserves the hype. Ideal for cold climates and parties. The opening is synthetic, but as it dries down, it evolves into an excellent aroma. It has earned me many compliments at parties thanks to the sweet vanilla. Longevity and performance for the price are 10/10: on clothes it lasts over 24 hours, on skin around 12 hours. Projection is excellent for the first three hours. I used five sprays and it was enough. Recommended blind for parties or nights; if you’re over 30, there are better options.

  • It’s the quintessential party perfume in the Arabic industry. Youthful DNA, sparkling and sweet with a mischievous twist, designed to attract attention. You sacrifice quality for the synthetic nature, but the potency is worth it. Designed for the night, but if you don’t mind the dense scent during the day, use it sparingly in non-hot weather.

  • I don’t like the general DNA much. The opening is good but fades quickly and becomes powdery. It’s masculine, but it smells like a barbershop. I’m not disgusted by it, but it doesn’t catch my attention. I find it useful all year round, but it stands out more in fresh settings.

  • It’s more of a flanker than a clone of the Ultramale and, in my case, I like it more than the original. The hype is excessive; it’s not a blind buy or for everyone. It’s sweet, fruity with vanilla, but the lavender can be synthetic, making it sexy and playboy, although to some noses it seems like a sweet fougère for an older person. It’s fruity, sweet, spiced, and slightly talcky. I recommend trying the original or this one before buying. If you like it, buy it now, as batches from July 2025 onwards recover the performance of the 2020 and 21 batches: over 14 hours on skin and 6 of projection in beast mode. It’s nuclear and always draws attention once it has macerated a bit. Even if they reformulate, it will last longer than recent Ultramale batches which don’t pass 8 hours. It remains sexy and party-ready to draw attention. It’s a scorcher if you know the aroma and like the DNA.

  • I love it, but it’s identical to Khamrah, Qawah, or Asad Bourbon. The profile is rich, but don’t expect to stand out; you’ll smell just like everyone else. 8/10 if you ignore the fact that everyone uses it.

  • To my taste, it’s very potent and sweet. For others it’s positive, but I can’t stand smelling so nuclear for so long. I definitely sense the cinnamon and apple, all pastry-like, but I’m not convinced by those synthetic touches that are accentuated by the potency.

  • Sometimes it’s too strong; you have to be careful with the sprays. I’m not sure if it’s my chemistry, but it doesn’t last as long, about five hours. For the price, I’d recommend it to any young person. It’s very youthful and well-executed with the Ultramale DNA, but sometimes it smells a bit of talc. I like it and use it for the gym or days when I want to smell good without spending much.

  • This was my first perfume and it’s top tier. It’s a good dupe of the Jean Paul Gaultier Ultramale: rich but not heavy. There are better options like 9 PM Night Out or Elixir. It smells young, projects to about one or two metres, and lasts five or six hours. I’d give it a 7/10 and recommend it.

  • Diego Leon289

The perfume is exquisite and good, although I had a bad experience buying it: I ordered international shipping and it arrived spilled, with only about 70-75 ml left, so I will not be able to make the most of it. But the perfume is very long-lasting, with good projection and an aroma identical to the Ultramale.

  • One of the first I tried, without knowing much about perfumes or that it was a clone of the Ultramale. It’s very good: sweet and floral. The trail is heavy; at 3 pm I could still smell it strongly from 8 am. Be careful with the sprays; you can make people dizzy. I see it as suitable for over 18s. I wore it at work in winter and was complimented so much that a friend thought I was wearing the original. Because of this, my colleagues started using Kismet or Khamrah. Very good for autumn and winter, day or night. Lately I’ve heard it everywhere on the tube, but 100% recommended.

  • It’s a rich, sweet scent that suits everyone perfectly. It lasted all day on my skin, and while it is sweet, it doesn’t smell like sugar (unless you wear it in summer inside a car). It’s youthful, easy to like, and noticeable from a distance.

  • This is one of the best sweet scents for being mysterious. If you like a serious attitude and mystery, wear it. If you have good chemistry with sweet notes, wear it without hesitation, in cold or heat. In my case, with nearly 30 degrees, it lasted nine hours. My wife fell in love with the scent; I filled an elevator and it didn’t bother anyone. It’s not for everyone, as others prefer blues, fruity, or clean scents. If you haven’t smelled it and have been influenced by experts, don’t take it too seriously; give it a chance. Notes of cinnamon and apple, but without being overwhelming; as it dries down, that creamy vanilla and amber appear. You can tell the effort; it’s like a dance: first you get nervous, then you flow like water. Recommended 100%, especially for the price.

  • Simple, long-lasting, and rich. You can wear it every day, although it shines more at night. Just avoid extreme heat, like in Mexicali.

  • Aka_Kaiser22

Yes, I fell for the hype. An ultra-synthetic perfume that literally smells like cheap brand-name fruit bubblegum. Then a rancid vanilla appears with an unpleasant alcoholic base. It is poorly balanced and structured. I recommend it absolutely not. The good: I only lost €25. Is it beast mode? Yes, but you will smell like a nursery and a small child. Perfume for quinceañeras, sure, but they will have to sell it.

  • For those who say it lacks class if you like it, ignore them. It is a synthetic clone of Ultramale: it smells of grape bubblegum with a vanilla base. It sounds odd but it smells good; it has that DNA that the band loves. Its distinguishing feature is that it is MONSTROUS: I have a 2020 batch with one of the best performances I’ve ever worn. Current batches, if they are genuine (not the Amazon ones for ten dollars), are not far behind. I wear it at night with Kamrah Qawa and always receive compliments; girls and young men adore it. Scent 9/10, Value 8/10, Projection 10/10, Longevity 10/10.

  • Joseph Monterosky

Delicious, though slightly sharp. At first, it smells of apple, which I don’t particularly like, but then it evolves brilliantly. For me: Scent 9.5, Longevity 8.5, Projection 8, Quality 9, Value 1000.

  • Daniel Juárez

My first perfume: for the price, it smells fantastic and lasts a long time with good projection. I have a soft spot for it, but to be realistic, it is a bit synthetic. Recommended for its price point (never above 20 degrees).

  • I only smelled it for a day, but I have it in my coat and can still detect it; I am leaving this review in case you are interested. It is similar to Ultramale, yes, but having smelled it so many times, I notice many differences. The DNA is there, but I would give it a maximum of 80% similarity. The drydown is very synthetic and I do not like it, but as it dries it becomes more similar to its inspiration and is quite better. The notes are accurate: there is no pear, there is apple, and the apple is much more noticeable, with less vanilla, and the characteristic pear of the JPG is missing (as well as the difference in quality). Would I recommend it? Sincerely, no. It is one of the first Arab fragrances, and thanks to this and others (such as Asad, Khammrah or CDN Intense), Arabs gained popularity, so I do not deny their merit, but with so many Ultramale dupes, why buy this? I would go for Rayhaan Lion, practically identical, with a minimal difference in quality. If you have a low budget, go for 9 PM; if it is low or medium, go for the Lion; if not, go for the Ultramale. My recommendation: buy the original, because the price difference is not that great (in Spain the JPG costs €60 for 125 ml). I would avoid the 9 PM, although it smells good, and if you have a limited budget, buy the Lion.

  • Samirabdala

It smells extremely synthetic; the cinnamon and apple notes dominate too much. The scent fatigues quickly, perhaps it would work better in winter, but I can’t see many occasions to wear it. It targets a young audience and doesn’t convey anything special.

  • The opening is sweet and vanilla, very sticky, but once it dries it turns dark and synthetic, not settling well. After months of testing, I haven’t liked it. It feels excessively youthful, even for fans of sweet scents like Invictus. I gifted it to a colleague in his early twenties. Scent 5/10, Longevity 7/10. Good value for money and lasting power, but it’s not for me.

  • Without a doubt, THE WORST PERFUME I HAVE EVER SMELLED IN MY LIFE. If you like it, you lack quality and distinction. It is a repulsive and offensive cleaning product from an Asian bazaar. Any comparison with a real perfume is insulting.

  • Máximodiaz

It has no fixative, no sillage, and smells like a cheap, sweet cinnamon women’s perfume. I bought it on Amazon and it lasted less than two minutes. It is March 2026; do not buy it, it no longer has any fixative.
