Top notes are ten out of ten. I absolutely love it, although my girlfriend doesn’t quite take to it. Ideal for evenings or autumn days, and on cooler summer days if your climate allows. The longevity is quite decent; I would recommend it.

Smells like sweetened pineapple. Don’t expect a trail lasting more than an hour or a powerhouse fragrance. It is good, yes, but it has far more fuss than it deserves. After two hours close to the skin, it starts to fade. This is my opinion; try it before spending money.

One of the best pineapple perfumes I have ever tried. Rich and sweet, I keep it reserved for the evening.

  4. I’m writing this because this fragrance has earned me over five compliments in a short time. My wife wears it more than I do, and on her skin, it smells divine. It lasts over nine hours with excellent projection. I love the dry-down that blends pineapple with woods and moss; it’s brilliant. Recommended for dates; if you wear this to see your girl, she will adore it.

  5. Delicious aroma 🤩😋. One of the fragrances that has earned me the most compliments, just like Qaed Al Fursan, as they are essentially the same. It is a cocktail of aromatic fruits. A scent that accompanies you all day and the best part is that it doesn’t get tiring, so you want to smell it every minute. It has great sillage and is very versatile. It’s one of those scents that makes heads turn. It resembles Vibran Leather Summer and Lamar Kajal. You buy it with your eyes closed. Highly recommended 🕉️🕉️🕉️.

  6. I wrote this review thinking I had a clone of 9PM Rebel, only to find it was the original. The opening is a strong, sharp pineapple and citrus blast that dries down quickly to reveal the moss, which isn’t my personal favourite, but then the vanilla and wood base emerges, a wonderful combination that lasts until the end. A very youthful scent for going out at night, suitable for any season. Longevity: initially gave me 5-6 hours (perhaps olfactory fatigue), but after letting it mature for two months, it now lasts 8-10 hours (I wore it today at 2pm and it was still detectable at 11pm). 8.5/10.

Exquisite, a completely addictive sweet caramelised pineapple (I disagree with the comments about moss; I don’t detect it at all here, I have other fragrances where moss is a standout note giving a forest vibe, this is simply sweet pineapple, a hint of apple and ambered wood). The opening comes out very alcoholic but lasts only a few seconds before its delicious aroma emerges; I cannot stop smelling my hand every 10 seconds, very few perfumes achieve this. I bought it as a decant and didn’t test it on skin, but I am sure compliments are guaranteed, and the performance is top-notch; I wore it before bed and could still feel it in the morning. Scent: 11/10, Longevity: 10. I will definitely buy the bottle; you must have this.

The fragrance with the best projection and longevity I have ever encountered in my life, a compliment bomb. Highly recommended for the (NIGHT) on any occasion. There was no day I didn’t wear it and not receive compliments. In my opinion, it is one of the best Arabic fragrances available and by a long shot, the best in the 9PM line.

  10. A super versatile fragrance with a rich, smoky yet sweet pineapple note; the projection and longevity are luxurious, making it perfect for any occasion. On the first day, I was swarmed with compliments—even a colleague asked for the name to buy it as a gift for her husband because it was so appealing; it’s now one of my favourites in the collection.

  11. One of my favourites; here we find a woody or mossy pineapple, though with the sweetness of pineapple and apple it suits all weathers. You can wear it day or night, with good trail and projection.

  12. Sharp synthetic pineapple opening, slightly plastic but fresh and very sweet; not top quality, but the scent works well and is versatile. Smells like the bottle colour: cherry (pineapple), metallic with a vanilla and sweet caramel touch. Excellent longevity, 7/10.

The opening smells deliciously of caramelised pineapple, incredible—possibly one of the best I’ve ever smelled. But from there onwards, for me, it fades away completely.

I’ve just bought it and it smells delicious; it was a blind buy (I could only smell a dupe in a perfumery) but the original smells a thousand times better. It’s my first original lotion purchase and it didn’t disappoint; the scent is wonderfully rich, 10/10.

  15. I love it; the scent is excellent, smelling of sweet woods. I have other perfumes where the pineapple is more noticeable or natural, so for me this doesn’t count as ‘another pineapple perfume’. It’s worth noting that it projects and lasts a very long time; it’s one of the longest-lasting in my collection. I think those who say they stop smelling it are suffering from olfactory fatigue or got a bad batch. Excellent for everyday wear if you like sweet but not cloying scents.

  16. Pine, oakmoss and vanilla. It opens with a slightly smoky pineapple, enhanced by that fougère touch from the moss and musk, and as it dries down, it leaves behind a creamy vanilla pineapple base. I can smell it when I move, and at work, people have asked me about it several times.

A juicy pineapple with woods; a difficult scent that hardly anyone will dislike. Very versatile, works for everything, and the longevity is good. It doesn’t feel like a beast mode, though it may cause olfactory fatigue; it’s impossible not to receive compliments with this fragrance.

  18. If you’ve come this far reading reviews to buy it, you’ve arrived at the right time; this is your sign. I won’t discuss notes or trail because I don’t want to ramble, but I’ll simply say that in all those areas it’s a ‘beast mode’ and I believe everyone agrees. This perfume has it all; it’s extremely rich on another level. The magic lies in the dry-down on skin; that smoky, mossy pineapple is delicious and sexy, lasting days on clothes until you wash them. If you wear this and people don’t tell you how good you smell, I don’t know what to recommend—you should be worried. It’s a fragrance made to please the masses and make you feel attractive, knowing you didn’t break the bank to buy it.

I detect a spicy scent, or perhaps I tested a Chinese clone of 9PM (I tried it in a Chinese perfumery, somewhat shabby; the bottles lack the proper batch seal below and other herbs). It opens with a rich pineapple scent, with a hint of apple, absolutely delicious. The middle notes are a bit particular; I sense spiciness there. The dry-down washes away the spicy side a little, but it remains present. I like the opening and the final dry-down, but not the middle section.

I bought this on Notino a month ago and can’t smell it except for the opening; I lose the trail immediately. If I spray it on my clothes, I can still detect it after a few days… I’m not sure if it lacks projection or if it’s the cold weather, but there’s no beast mode here. Should I let it oxidate for a while?

If you enjoy fragrances of this style, with a fruity pineapple opening, maltol and a well-masculine woody base, I’d recommend Zara Bogoss or Bogoss Elixir. They are far rounder and offer a much higher perceived quality.

This perfume didn’t fascinate me at first; in fact, it was my least-used one. However, I’ve grown to like it; it’s now my second favourite. It smells of pineapple from start to finish. During the dry-down, the main note is still pineapple, warming slightly with amber and vanilla, but it’s undeniably PINEAPPLE in this fragrance. I wore it to my sister’s wedding—incredible—and also to parties. Just be careful with the sprays; if you overdo it, it can be overwhelming, but with the right dose, you’re a cloud of exquisite scent. It’s excellent for a quiet day, at university or the office, etc. As for projection, trail and longevity, it’s 1000/10. It can last until the next day and even on clothes for days. A great perfume.

  23. I agree with ErwinSchrödinger. It’s just past 7am when I applied it, and yes, I notice it fades. That said, when I enter my room, the scent occasionally hits me; it seems to linger on my clothes. In my case, I let it macerate for four weeks. I’ll leave it for even longer.

  24. Aaron J. Presley

Quite weak in performance; it’s practically the same as Qaed al Fursan, just with a more pronounced smokiness; it’s a straightforward copy; they’ve just flipped the script to sell it at a higher price. Irrelevant, redundant and adds nothing new. Update: After using it and letting it rest for a month, I see no change, as has happened with other Arab fragrances; it remains quite linear without evolution, which is overwhelming and tiring. Now I understand why it’s one of the least sold in the 9 series.

9PM Rebel is a fragrance that makes an impression; upon spraying, it feels like an excellent combination of juicy, fresh pineapple with hints of apple. To this, we must add occasional smoky touches, as if slightly burnt wood were combined with these fruits. If you know or own Lattafa’s Qaed Al Fursan, it’s the same aroma, but with fresher touches and better performance. A masculine, youthful fragrance, excellent for any occasion and weather. The performance is good, averaging 8 hours of longevity and excellent projection. It generates compliments. Blind buy? Yes, if you like fruity scents.

I received it as a gift and it became one of my favourites. I’m starting a collection and hadn’t felt a fruit fragrance so captivating: pure pineapple, juicy, slightly smoky on my skin with a light herbal base. It feels sweet, fresh and juicy; in my opinion, mainly for spring/summer use. I’ve received compliments since I’ve been wearing it. Given its quality and price, it’s 100% worth having on your radar when you go hunting for perfumes.

Delicious and super potent, and I like it even more once it dries: it feels like caramel and ambroxan, very similar to Club de Nuit Untold, but more perceptible since it doesn’t saturate my nose. I’d give it a 9/10 for its price and quality. The opening is pure ripe pineapple, but within minutes that note fades, leaving a super rich caramel vibe.
