  • Very aquatic and refreshing, ideal for spring and summer. It’s invigorating with a sporty air. The only drawback is longevity: on my skin, it barely lasts a couple of hours.

  • The other day I bought the 7 Natural and they gifted me a 10 ml bottle of this perfume. The truth is it is very good and very fresh. Correct me if I am wrong, but for me it is almost equal or extremely similar to the classic L’Eau d’Issey by Issey Miyake.

  • At first, freshly applied, it smells like a generic, soft fresh scent, giving the impression it won’t survive the dry-down, but it doesn’t… in the dry-down it becomes more identifiable. Projection might rise slightly compared to the start, though it remains very soft, almost skin-scent. Basically, it’s the refined and sophisticated version of Nautica Voyage; to me, it smells almost the same, just with less projection and less synthetic, more natural. Longevity is 5 hours, almost skin-scent the whole time. If I didn’t have Nautica Voyage and it cost less, I might buy it.

  • At first, freshly applied, it smells fresh, generic, and very soft, giving the impression that it won’t survive the mid-phase, but that is not the case. In the mid-phase it becomes more identifiable; projection might increase a little, but it remains very soft, almost at skin-level. Basically, to my nose, it is the refined and sophisticated version of Nautica Voyage. It smells almost identical, only with less projection and less synthetic, more natural. Longevity is 5 hours, almost always at skin-level. If I didn’t have Nautica Voyage and it cost less, perhaps I would buy it.

Loewe El Agua was a pleasant surprise. I tested it recklessly after trying four others without space left on my skin, and it turned out to be the best aquatic and one of the best fresh/summer fragrances I have tried, even to me who usually doesn’t like aquatics. I will try it on skin soon, but the composition and the Loewe brand betray it: extremely fresh, subtle, fine, and seductive at the same time. One user says it resembles L’Eau d’Issey by Issey Miyake, and my girlfriend does too. I tested it a long time ago; I liked it but found it rough in the mid-phase. El Agua, however, is always fresh and rich when dry. The only flaw is the trail and longevity, which are very scarce. If it weren’t for this, it would be another great perfume from the brand and they…

  • Loewe Agua de Loewe El was a pleasant surprise. I tried it recklessly after four others had no space on my skin and it turned out to be the best aquatic I’ve tried and one of the best ‘fresh’ or summer scents for me, although I don’t usually like aquatics. I need to test it on skin, but just looking at the composition and the Loewe brand tells you what this perfume is: extremely fresh, subtle, refined, and seductive all at once. One commentator says it resembles L’Eau d’Issey by Issey Miyake. My girlfriend does too. I tried it long ago and although I liked it, I found it rough in the dry-down. Agua El, however, at least in the dry-down, is always fresh and delicious. The only flaw is the trail and especially the longevity, which is scarce. If it weren’t for this, it would be another great perfume from the brand.

  • I had briefly mentioned it before; I fell in love when I tried it. I received it as a gift (10 ml) for buying the 7 Natural, and then I took the large bottle. After much use, I believe it is the best summer day perfume I have tried. I always find it hard to find pleasant yet original summer fragrances, and this is one of the few that convinces me. It is fresh, fine, citrusy thanks to the yuzu at the perfect point, aquatic to a degree, with a subtle touch of pineapple and apple. The dry down features musk, oakmoss, and sandalwood for a balanced and defined aroma. It has no major phase variations; what smells like the beginning smells like the end, only the citrus fades as is normal. At first I thought it was identical to the classic Issey Miyake, but now I say it is different and I stick with Loewe El Agua by far. Very versatile: office, dinners, afternoons, walks… Absolutely recommended.

  • Loewe El Agua is a bomb of citrus and aquatic menthol that clashes brilliantly with juniper, in a Z Zegna Fresh style. The ‘Agua’ prefix screams summer. The best part is that opening where the yuzu rules for 2–3 hours, leaving an ozonic, clean, and semi-formal air. From 4 to 9 hours it drops to skin-level scent but still resembles its sibling SOLO LOEWE, as if a citrus base had been placed on top. Although disappointing, it is coherent with the brand’s philosophy and is its third most successful fragrance. I love it for hot days; it performs well and trails nicely. If you are looking for something less aquatic but versatile, it is a safe bet. Rating: absolute 9.6.

  • I had a sample of this wonder given to me with my last perfume, and today I decided to try it; the results were fabulous: super fresh and very masculine. As soon as I applied it, I went to pick up my girlfriend from work and bumped into two girls; at two metres, one loudly said, ‘what a nice perfume’. This doesn’t happen with just any perfume; without a doubt, I will test my next fragrance with this 100 ml bottle. My girlfriend loved it, so it will soon join my small collection. I highly recommend it: very masculine, fresh, and sensual; it captivated me. Trail and longevity are moderate. Best regards.

  • I find it very refreshing and sophisticated. The yuzu and aquatic citrus make it perfect for high temperatures. Ideal for the day, the office, or summer evening cocktails. Longevity and projection are moderate to low, but it does its job well; I love it and recommend it. Best regards.

  • I find it very refreshing and sophisticated. The yuzu and well-aquatic citrus make it suitable for high temperatures. Ideal for daytime events, the office, or cocktails on hot summer nights. Longevity and projection are moderate to low, but it fulfils its function well. I love it and recommend it. Greetings, brothers.

Loewe Agua de Loewe El is a fresh fragrance, fruity-aquatic style, easy and straightforward. Citric and tropical opening with aquatic notes that provide lots of freshness. Then woody notes emerge but it remains fresh. I agree it resembles L’Eau d’Issey Miyake, though it’s less sharp on citrus and herbs, perhaps with a touch of Loewe 7 Natural. I use it during the day due to its freshness. Longevity is good, over 8 hours in my test, though without much projection.

Loewe El Agua is fresh, fruity, and aquatic; easy to like and simple. It opens with citrus and tropical notes that give a lot of freshness. Over time, woody notes emerge but it remains very fresh. I agree it reminds me of L’eau d’Issey Miyake, although it is less sharp on citrus and herbs, perhaps with a hint of Loewe 7 Natural. Ideal for the day due to its freshness. Longevity is good, over 8 hours in my test, though without much projection.

  • Abdel - Perfumeros.com

A typical aquatic and fruity fragrance with a salty touch. The fruits don’t stand out individually, but the trail is pleasant despite that common plastic note found in many modern launches.

  • Abdel - Perfumeros.com

Typical aquatic/fruity fragrance with a bit of salt. Its fruity notes don’t distinguish themselves from one another. The trail is pleasant despite that common plastic smell in the background often found in modern releases.

  • Fresh, rich, for summer days; I received many compliments, especially at the office. On my skin, it lasts between four and five hours. I already own Loewe’s 7 Natural, but in my opinion, it doesn’t compare to this one.

  • It’s incredible that so many people want to know what you’re wearing, something that doesn’t happen with my more expensive perfumes. This was the surprise. It smells energetic, potent, fresh, spicy, earthy and sharp, with yuzu, woods and freshly peeled fruits. Formidable quality. The bottle perhaps isn’t very beautiful, but the liquid is addictive; you apply and apply again to stay happy, thinking of a sunny day and a walk by the beach. I invite you to try it: the compliments from girls will be endless and friends will want your secret.

  • Loewe Agua de Loewe El is versatile, ideal for spring and especially summer. A lovely combination where yuzu stands out at the start, followed by pineapple, blackcurrants, musk, and oakmoss. A compliment perfume if worn generously. For me, it’s excellent! Longevity is around 6 hours, trail and projection are moderate but it delivers. Highly recommended. Greetings from Argentina.

  • Versatile; I prefer it in spring and especially in summer. A lovely combination where yuzu stands out at the start, with pineapple, blackcurrants, musk and oakmoss. It’s a compliment-getter; use it generously. For me, it’s excellent: longevity of about six hours, moderate trail and projection, but it delivers. Highly recommended. Best wishes from Argentina.

  • Fresh, aquatic and fruity, hard to find anyone who won’t like it; it’s a safe bet if you enjoy these scents. In my opinion, it’s very similar to the famous Nautica Voyage, but with higher-quality ingredients.

  • A good aquatic and fruity fragrance. It’s not very original, but it has that distinctive touch of the brand that gives it a nostalgic feel and adds points. The base smells like things we already know, but it’s well executed. It fulfils its purpose: to smell fresh and feel good. I get about four hours of wear with a bit more sillage, which is fair for a perfume with ‘water’ in its name. A pleasure to over-apply and feel like you’re in a fresh cloud. The old bottle is pretty but dangerous; the frosted glass is slippery and nearly slipped out of my hand.

  • Valdunciel

I love the scent and the quality, but the longevity and trail leave much to be desired. I’m passionate about these summer fragrances; they give energy and the urge to use them liberally, but I’m not sure I’ll buy them again due to the performance-to-price ratio.

  • Looking for a replacement for Loewe’s 7 Natural, which is no longer available; this scent is somewhat similar but fades very quickly. It’s essentially bitter citrus in water, fresh and perfect for spring and summer, with the house’s DNA and good quality. The downside is the longevity and projection, typical of this family: at 30°C it barely lasts two hours. The good thing is it withstands over-application, works well for the office or gym, and performs better on hot nights, lasting around four hours. Still, I feel the house has better options at the same price.

  • A marvellous thing! It’s not a super novel scent, but I don’t see much resemblance to other commercial spring/summer fragrances. From the opening to the end, it doesn’t smell synthetic. The notes are mainly sweet (which makes me see it more as a spring fragrance than a summer one), but it’s not a heavy sweetness that suffocates. Regarding longevity, it projects for 3-4 hours for me and stays on the skin until 7-8. I think it’s a very good purchase, in terms of price/quality because I found it for 33€ for 50ml with a deal at Primor.

  • Tried from a 1ml sample. Very, very similar to L’Eau d’Issey, but this would be a casual, informal, more relaxed version. 5/10.

  • Mr. Baskerville

Perfect name. With Loewe I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I don’t see anything wrong with using a single bottle model for different proposals, but this house doesn’t make it easy to find what you’re looking for in that minimalist style of white sticker with small lettering (ideal for office reports) which is myopic-proof. Ok, it’s a matter of memorising the pastel colour of the bottle, but if you’re not a regular, it’s a pain. It’s true it’s not life or death and that other brands have almost the same blue colour for their versions, and on top of that, the clever ones put the Eau de Toilette or Parfum where you can’t find it, so you end up buying what you don’t want if you’re in a rush. On the other hand, I consider Loewe a house that rarely offers fragrances with repugnant aromas; generally they are good or very good, but their performance in projection and longevity is almost always just and with a poor price/quality ratio (I’m talking about recent formulations). This ‘Agua de Loewe’ indeed reminds of an aquatic environment, carefree but calm, friendly and cheerful, very well crafted with a non-pungent citrus opening but refreshing, supported by a solid base of woods, musk, and oak that never takes the spotlight away from the ‘water’ it evokes. It’s a very good bet for spring, but especially for summer or warm climates. They will say it reminds of many proposals and that’s true, but that doesn’t take away its merits as it’s not about seeking compliments on the seaside promenade but about providing well-being under the summer sun. However, the projection and longevity are very tight, which is annoying regarding the price/quality ratio. As I said, I have mixed feelings; being a good bet, there are others that perform better, for example Nautica Voyage or the L’eau d’Issey Pour Homme by Issey Miyake. In any case, I recommend trying it and evaluating.

Comparing this with NAUTICA VOYAGE should be a crime. Neither in quality nor in profile are they comparable. This is a fresh, fruity, and ozonic perfume, with some elegant and calm green traces. Nothing to do with the artificial and harshness of the hyped Nautica perfume. I see it as perfect for casual summer moments, terraces, walks, afternoons; it’s always liked and distinguishes you from the rest. As for its ‘performance’, Loewe perfumes usually work well for me, and this is no exception; it easily surpasses 6 hours and makes itself felt. Very good perfume.

A fragrance created by Nathalie Lorsson. Aquatic, citrus, and fruity perfume. Excellent in summer and on hot days. It’s aquatic with freshness, bitter citrus with grapefruit, and fruity with green apple, although some perceive mango… It has decent longevity and very good projection in the first hours. On clothes, the scent lasts more than 24 hours. To me, it reminds me very much of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue women. In my opinion, it shouldn’t be missing from a man’s wardrobe in summer. A different summer fragrance from the rest.

  • Excellent for super hot days and environments. Its scent is totally aquatic and fresh; when applied to the skin, it reminds you of just having had a shower. Its longevity, being an EDT, is low (around 5 hours) with a medium-low trail. I think it’s perfect for beach events or outdoors. I don’t think it resembles Nautica Voyage at all, as some say; this perfume doesn’t feel sweet and doesn’t smell synthetic like Nautica does.

  • I bought a 5ml decant because I’d seen it on TikTok and went to smell it; I loved it. It’s for heat, citrusy and marine, extremely rich. It lasted far too well for an EDT. It’s very youthful; when I wore it at school, I received many compliments from girls and friends asking about the perfume. It’s really a good perfume for someone aged 13 to 20, very rich, youthful, and perfect for the beach. If anyone smells it, they’ll like it. My opinion: if you can buy it, don’t hesitate.

I tried it offhand before and it didn’t catch my attention, but a month ago I tried it again more calmly, in warmer weather, and it won me over. I ended up buying the bottle. If Agua de Loewe is unisex and neutral, this Agua Él is more aquatic, masculine, and perfect for hot climates, where it shines and even works for tropical nights. I can’t see the resemblance to L’eau d’Issey despite the yuzu it claims to have; in Agua Él it’s barely noticeable, with Issey being the protagonist. Otherwise, they follow different paths. This one comes out aquatic, slightly citrusy (nothing like the ultra-citrus opening of Issey), refreshing and fruity, very rich. I can’t quite tell what fruit it is; it seems like a splendid blend with that special juniper berry touch. It then balances with an ozonic and salty tone, and as it dries down, a clean musk appears, just like in the original Agua, but with a mossy nuance that gives it substance. It suits its type of aroma well, with good projection for an hour and a half, then staying in the personal bubble until the fifth or sixth hour. You can feel good quality in the ingredients and accords. It smells great, doesn’t clash, and is very well constructed. It fulfils its goal of refreshing. Ideal for hot afternoons and evenings, and for daily wear in spring and early summer. Highly recommended. I agree with others that it should be fined for assimilating this Agua Él to Nautica Voyage; I suggest a symbolic fine or time in an olfactory reduction camp. Loewe has several Aguas worth trying: Agua, Agua Él, Agua Drop, Agua 44.2… it’s hard not to fall for one. Salu2.

  • Reynaldo Linan

A good perfume, discreet with little projection. Aquatic and citrus notes. Ideal for the office and when it’s hot.

  • It gives off the vibe of L’Eau d’Issey but it’s not the same. It smells rich, yet it projects nothing, staying only in your personal bubble. I think L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme is much better in terms of projection and longevity, although it doesn’t last long either. Without a doubt, this is inferior to the original.
