  • I find this fragrance has that fresh point of citrus-aromatics combined with spices, highlighting pepper and sage, with a solemn air of retro classicism. Nice at first but it fades quickly and leaves you desolate due to its brevity. The woods appear sooner than expected: juniper, cedar, and cypress recreate the coniferous forest near the Mediterranean, dry, green, soft with a musky point that makes it less natural. It results in a weak fragrance, lacking character and staying power. Rating: 4.

  • I find in this fragrance that fresh touch of aromatic citrus, but combined with spices, highlighting the pepper and sage which give a solemn, classic retro air. It’s lovely at the start, but it fades quickly, leaving you desolate due to its brevity. The woods (juniper, cedar, cypress) appear sooner than expected, recreating a coniferous forest near the Mediterranean: dry, green, soft, with a slight musky note that makes it less natural. It felt weak to me, lacking character and longevity. Rating: 4.

  • Woody with freshness. At first you don’t notice it, but after a few minutes you feel that fresh wood; a good option if you don’t like the strong, trendy woody scents. You perceive natural fresh wood. Everything in Aqua di Parma Blue evokes natural locations.

  • Official Acqua di Parma notes: top musk, Calabrian bergamot, paprika, pepper; heart juniper, cypress, sage; base Virginia cedar. All match except the paprika. From the Blu Mediterraneo family, perhaps the least citrusy alongside Mandorlo di Sicilia. Opens spicy with pepper and musk, very present. The bergamot is noticeable for five minutes and then forgotten; undoubtedly the juniper berries are there from start to finish. As it dries, it becomes more woody, dry, and aromatic due to the spices, perhaps too serious. It’s nice and elegant, but personally, it’s boring. In the end, cypress, juniper, and cedar close it out. Performance is good; it’s not very projective but I can smell it for quite a few hours. I’ve worn it twice and it easily lasted from 9 to 7. Maybe it’s one of the more masculine in the Blu line; I don’t see it on female skin due to the woodiness. Subjective. I liked it, but it lacks the spark to make me fall in love. It’s a good perfume, quality and natural, performs well, but it bores me a bit, so I’m not adding it to my collection. Still, it’s safe and you can’t go wrong.

  • On the Acqua di Parma website, the notes are listed as top (nutmeg, Calabrian bergamot, paprika, pepper), heart (juniper, cypress, sage), and base (Virginia cedar). Here, they match everything except the paprika. From the Blu Mediterraneo family, it’s perhaps the least citrusy alongside Mandorlo di Sicilia. It opens spicy with pepper and nutmeg, both very prominent. The bergamot is noticeable for about five minutes before fading into oblivion, while the juniper berries persist from start to finish. As it dries down, it becomes more woody, dry, and aromatic due to the spices. It might be too serious: pretty and elegant, but personally, somewhat boring. Ultimately, the cypress, juniper, and cedar stand out. It performs well on my skin; it’s not very projecting, but I can smell it for hours. I’ve worn it twice, and it easily lasted from 9 to 7. It’s one of the most masculine scents in the Blu line; I don’t see it on female skin given its woody character. As I always say, it’s subjective. I liked it, but it lacks the spark to win me over. It’s a good perfume, with quality and naturalness, and it lasts, but it bores me, so I’m not adding it to my collection. Still, it’s safe and won’t fail in almost any occasion.

  • I bought it blindly, thinking it was the best in the Mediterranean line according to MrSmelly and J-Royl. At least I got the 30ml so I wouldn’t regret the money too much. It’s a rare citrus with woody and herbal notes, but it doesn’t feel very unique. It lacks potency at first; it’s a bit heavy after five minutes, with low trail and projection. Longevity is around two hours but very timid. I like it, but it doesn’t feel as well-executed as I thought. Better to go with the intense ones from Acqua di Parma (Oud, Quercia, etc.) or the Essenza from the Blu line. DISCARDED.

  • Von Schlotterstein

In my opinion, it’s too feminine, nothing unisex. A boring perfume that conveys nothing and doesn’t last long. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

  • Von Schlotterstein

Too feminine from my point of view, not at all unisex. A boring perfume that conveys nothing and doesn’t last, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

  • Rapidoyprofundo

I love its simplicity; nothing complicated. I can’t stand old-fashioned perfumes; they feel heavy and oppressive on me. This blue bottle brings me joy to wear. Sure, some might not like it, but who doesn’t love to feel fresh?

  • Rapidoyprofundo

I love how simple it is, no nonsense at all. I’m tired of perfumes that smell old and heavy; this blue bottle from the house is exactly what I need to feel fresh, even if others don’t like it. Who doesn’t want to feel fresh?

  • Torrente80

I like the name too, haha, it sounds like Akua, said by a gorgeous Italian friend. That unforgettable green freshness.

  • BisontedeInvierno

If you like the forest in spring, this is it: fresh, damp northern hemlock with a mountain wood base. A liberating, simple dream, a green scent where you can breathe deeply. A real discovery since my birthday.
