It arrived and the first sample left me speechless: a brutal green and camphoraceous hit that takes time to settle. After fifteen minutes, coconut? Coconut milk with nardes, impossible. By half an hour it smells like Blanche Bête, especially the trail, but up close you can tell it’s different. At first it didn’t convince me; the opening scared me, but now I like it more. It’s not just any perfume, even if it resembles that other one. I wouldn’t buy it blind or from this house; they stray from the norm. I recall with Tilia I had the same reaction and bought it anyway because it’s a monster. Aldebaran is heading down that path. If I add more, I’ll edit. I hope to see if I’m the crazy one with my comparisons. Edit: The dry down is a marvel, it evolves incredibly. It’s pushing me to the limit; I don’t know if I should keep it. The opening is ‘special’ (my husband asked: why do you smell like Reflex?), but there’s something that prevents me from returning it. The dry down is spectacular, lasting over 8 hours on skin and days on clothes. I wore it today and already tolerate the start better. Is it a matter of getting used to it? I’ll re-edit when the sample is finished. Re-edit: finally I returned it. Thanks to the sample I could try it first, and although there were nuances I liked, I didn’t enjoy the fragrance, especially at the beginning.
I tried it on a friend and I loved it, although reading the reviews I was a bit scared. I ordered it anyway and it’s a marvel: a creamy nard, slightly green, spectacular. I noticed neither plastics nor that Reflex spray. For me it’s a safe blind buy. I love Marc-Antoine perfumes.
It’s a nard with great presence. With time and use, the scent becomes more bearable and develops different facets. It’s very sweet; the nards are the protagonists alongside the vanilla of the dry down. The touch of sweet paprika is passing and doesn’t add much. What makes the difference is the mate, the tea accord, blurred but present. Perhaps that’s why some get a camphoraceous impression, but it doesn’t hinder the essence. It’s dense. Calling it ‘Tumbagobiernos’ is an understatement. Huge trail at the beginning. Excellent longevity, surpassing nine hours, I exceeded all my expectations. An Eau de Parfum that behaves like an extract. Pure, uninhibited. If it reminds me of anything it would be Charming TUBEROSE by Majouri, but with steroids. In conclusion: justified quality/price.
It’s a neroli that doesn’t hit from the first moment, but with wear it becomes more bearable and reveals other facets. It’s very sweet, with the neroli as the star alongside tonka as it dries. The touch of sweet paprika passes quickly and doesn’t add much. What changes the story is the mate (the tea accord), diffused but present; perhaps that’s why some smell it like camphor, but it doesn’t detract from the essence. It’s dense. Calling it ‘Tumbagobiernos’ is an understatement. The trail is enormous at first and the longevity is excellent, surpassing nine hours and all my performance expectations. It behaves like an extract, pure and uninhibited. If it reminds me of any profile, it would be Majouri’s Charming TUBEROSE, but with steroids. Justified quality/price 💙
Don’t order this blindly, I swear it. Imagine getting a Rocky-style punch to the face, but in the nose. It’s the most potent scent I’ve ever tried; I washed my arm three times and it’s still there, even with bicarbonate. It smells like neroli extract with half a jar of paprika. Pungent until the nose gave in. If you have enemies at work who want to torture them, use this, but not for going about your day. Only for masochists. Best wishes.

I tried it on a friend and loved it, then I got a bit scared after reading reviews, but I ordered it anyway. It’s wonderful: a creamy neroli with a green touch, spectacular. Neither plastic nor spray was noticeable. For me, this is a safe blind buy. I adore Marc-Antoine perfumes.
I do not recommend ordering blind. I repeat: do not let this happen to you. Imagine receiving a Rocky punch to the face; this is the same but in the nose. It’s the most potent scent I’ve tried; I washed my arm three times and it’s still there, I even used bicarbonate and it won’t go away. Let’s talk about the smell: imagine a nard extract with half a jar of paprika added. That’s it. That’s what I perceive. Piercing (I sneezed twice) until my nose decided to accept the aroma. I don’t know if they have an enemy at the office they want to harm, but wearing this fragrance is a very striking form of torture. I’m sorry for this review, but I don’t think there are people who go through life wearing this. If you suffer from masochism and decide to try it, go ahead. Best wishes.
You can’t buy this blindly; it smells odd: very milky, as if soaked in neroli. My friends didn’t notice the milkiness, but they did detect something plastic, like synthetic vanilla. It has nuclear potency and lasts for days. It’s not easy to wear; I can’t find the right moment, it’s more of an olfactory exploration. Better to try decants or samples first.
