It’s the nocturnal version of the normal Ambassador. It doesn’t have a handle. It also lasts a long time and projects very well. I have both, but if I had to choose one, it would be the normal; it seems to me a more novel, striking, and surprising scent. At first it may seem like the Sauvage Elixir version, but in the dry-down they are different.
It’s curious that it doesn’t resemble the normal version much; in certain notes it keeps the DNA but it remains an extraordinary scent. The longevity is a beast: I sprayed it on a sweatshirt to walk around the house, and three days later it still smells. I recommend both versions, although I see this ‘Intense’ more for daily use than the other. If you are going to work with this, spray 1 or 2 times. 8/10.
Marvellous perfume. A huge trail and a longevity of another planet; you notice 12 hours without effort. I recommend not spraying too much because it is extremely potent. I tried it on a sample long ago and finally it is in my hands. If you like masculine scents, a bit in the style of ‘shaving foam’, like the Dior Sauvage Elixir, this is your perfume totally.
It has finally arrived and left me feeling a bit dry. Basically, it smells like Drakkar Noir with an ultra-old nutmeg; it’s a perfume of that note. I went to the spice rack at home to compare it, and that’s exactly what it is: 70% of the scent is that spice, the rest Drakkar. I bought it blind because I’m an unconditional fan of the first Ambassador. I took so long to buy it because I read they were different, but they bear no resemblance. If it had had some similarity, I would have liked it, but to my nose, they are two completely different perfumes. It’s not as powerful as they say, although it projects more than average. I would use it, but I have better ones that fill the space. I was looking for one that I liked just as much but with more power, as I’m damned if I find that those I like most are weak, and those that don’t excite me perform more than enough. A bit disappointed with Gisada; at first the original was scandalously good, a projection bomb, then every new bottle became more diluted and over on ambroxan, breaking the original composition. This intense retains nothing of the resemblance and, in my opinion, is neither here nor there. Moving on, we continue searching for the perfect perfume; the original was close, but I’m saying goodbye to it. EDIT: testing with the new perfume, I see it smells very well with Tom Ford Noir, which relieves me because at least I can give it that outlet.
Finally, after being out of stock for a long time, I found it unexpectedly at Druni, who had brought in new stock. I was very curious to try them as I was planning to buy them. I sprayed all three: normal, intense, and platinum. What a fiasco; it smells like designer, the longevity is non-existent, and better not talk about the quality. I don’t know if it’s my skin, but none of them seemed interesting to me. The normal one smells a bit feminine, the intense more masculine, but I think that’s because I have niche tastes. I didn’t like it much, but at least I tried before throwing 120 euros in the bin.
It is a fragrance with a minimal fruity touch, featuring spices like nutmeg and cardamom, and a subtle sweetness from tonka and vanilla. The result is a ‘dry’ scent, nothing bright or loud. It isn’t for everyone; I didn’t like it at first when I bought it blind, but after several sprays, I finally saw its appeal. I still believe the original Ambassador bomb is the undisputed queen; that one, blind, is a safe bet. Moderate projection 8/10, very good scent 8/10, 1m projection 7/10, and average trail 8/10.
In my opinion, it smells very synthetic and generic. It’s not that it’s bad; I suppose people will like it, but I don’t think it’s worth its price at all. You can buy something similar for half the price. Besides, I’ve been using Sauvage EDT for years, and the dry-down of this reminds me a bit of it.
It’s basically a minimal fruity touch, with nutmeg and cardamom giving it a spicy air. There’s a subtle sweetness from tonka and vanilla, but the result is a ‘dry’ scent, nothing bright or loud. It’s not for everyone; at first, buying it blind, I didn’t like it, but after several tests, I’ve grown to enjoy it. I still think the original is the ultimate bomb; that one, blind, for sure. Moderate projection 8/10, scent 8/10. The projection lasts about an hour (7/10) and the trail is medium (8/10).
Tested on dry skin. A fruity, tropical, sparkling and youthful aroma is perceived. It’s the youthful and fresh version of Lattafa Asad or Sauvage Elixir.
Bad copy of Sauvage Elixir.
It is a poor copy of Sauvage Elixir.
Alright, this Ambassador Intense is not, as in other cases, a concentrated Ambassador, but a distinct aroma. Basically, it’s a very fine cinnamon and licorice blend. Due to the cinnamon, it reminds me of Sauvage Elixir or also V&R Spicebomb, from which it could be a variation. If you’re not saturated with cinnamon, you should like this perfume; it has quality, though at a slightly high price. I see it as an aroma to enjoy in solitude, it’s a delight to receive its bursts while driving, for example. I can’t imagine what person would want to smell like cake and sweets to others.
Watch out, this Ambassador Intense is not just another concentrate; it is a distinct scent. Basically, it is a fine cinnamon note with licorice. Due to that cinnamon touch, it reminds me of Sauvage Elixir or Spicebomb by V&R, perhaps being a more contained version of the latter. If you don’t get tired of cinnamon, you will love this perfume; it has quality, even if the price is a bit high. I see it as ideal for enjoying in solitude, a delight for catching whiffs while driving. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to smell like pastries and sweets around others.
It’s a real treat. I have many problems with perfumery; practically none last on me, but this has left me stunned; I was eager to find something that finally lasts on my skin.
Haha, a fragrance with 30 notes, in the old-school way, like those from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. No point, 80% of them aren’t detectable. I have the Dior Sauvage Elixir (which, by the way, costs more per ml than the Gisada Ambassador Intense), and either you know nothing about modern perfumery or you have anosmia, but you’ll notice they are very similar. All in all, tell me you’re a geek, but after comparing them extensively, I do notice differences. It’s a fine line, but this Gisada Ambassador Intense isn’t just another Dior clone, especially not those cheap Arab ones that lack evolution and always smell the same, ruining the dry-down and base. Moreover, you can tell the quality in Gisada. Note, this isn’t for daily wear to work or school in heat over 28°C. Its nocturnal nature and freshness make it triumph. An aromatised, raspberry-infused, super-condensed, super-ambered Dior Sauvage, very sweet but not cloying, with steroids. Naturally, it retains part of the Ambassador Men that gives it personality, but this goes straight for the Dior Sauvage Elixir territory. Both last a long time and project like cannons, but in my opinion, the Dior has less versatility and charm than this. The Dior becomes heavy and dark when macerated; this one doesn’t. And for going out at night, which is what they were made for, at under €25, and to enchant ladies, the Gisada is brilliant. Like going out with your handsome, cool mate, with a Visa Gold card with no limit. Anyway, after owning and wearing both, I like this one more. A matter of taste. All in all, if you live in Spain (and I believe throughout Western Europe), go to any generalist perfumerie, as they have them everywhere, try both (better on skin) and decide for yourself.
It’s a real treat. I have many problems with perfumery; practically none of them last for me, but this has left me stunned; I was eager to find something that finally lasts on my skin.
An excellent perfume, a very accessible niche that smells incredible. It has a similar DNA to Sauvage Elixir, but with its own notes that give it a distinct twist in the opening and dry-down. Take that Sauvage DNA but in the Gisada style. Simply, a fantastic fragrance.
I read many people saying it resembles Dior Sauvage, but for me, not so much. Here, I detect many fruity notes with a dark touch. I like this MUCH more than the Dior, which feels a bit more like an older man’s scent (though it’s an incredible aroma). Don’t think that if you have the Dior, this isn’t worth it; they are two different perfumes and both deserve it.
It’s like Sauvage Elixir but less severe, its mellower twin brother. Since the Sauvage DNA gives me a headache, it’s not one of my favourites, but it’s not a bad fragrance.
Hello, I bought this Gisada Ambassador Intense in 2025 for 65€ for 50ml. It shares things with Dior Sauvage Elixir, but sharing notes doesn’t make it ‘almost the same’. I understand the comparison because both carry powerful lavender and ambroxan, but the final result is different. Differences of Gisada Ambassador Intense: it is less potent, something I personally appreciate. It is sweeter, but without being cloying. It is much finer and more elegant, more suitable for dates and enclosed spaces. The Dior, with its potency, in those contexts feels too overwhelming to me. On my skin (dry) it lasts 7-8 hours. It produces a lot of olfactory fatigue. Be careful: in fragrances with lots of ambroxan, it is common. Our receptors ‘defend’ against this note, and the fact that you don’t perceive it doesn’t mean others aren’t smelling it… and quite a bit. The raspberry note, at least in my case, is very noticeable, but it is an elegant raspberry, nothing like a dessert. Clearly more masculine than feminine, and works better on cold nights. Should I recommend it? Yes, but with nuances. I wouldn’t buy it in a hurry or at full price. In my case, it was a blind buy because I collect, but NOTHING is a fragrance to buy blind. Ideally, you should try it, let it dry for at least 30 minutes, and then decide if it really suits you.

Purchased on 03/02/2026. My first niche fragrance of the year and a top-tier masculine scent. Yes, it recalls ‘Sauvage Elixir’ or Lattafa’s ‘Asad’, but it has fruitier nuances. The only drawback is longevity: on my skin, it lasts about five hours, which is very short compared to Asad, which lasts me the whole day. It has beastly projection for the first hour, then a soft sillage. In summary: it’s a great introduction to the niche world, but if you’re looking for something innovative, this isn’t it. Look for a popular scent that people enjoy and will compliment you on. If that’s what you want, buy it.
